Actually not sure when to expect AF to be honest - am on CD 26 today but, since TTC, my cycles have ranged from 26 days to 34 so could be anywhere from tomorrow to next weekend!

Hi Beaniesteve - nice to speak to someone in the same boat. And I'm glad that we've both found the right man (even though it is a bit later on in life - much better than sticking with the wrong one earlier on eh?!). Here's hoping we both get some TTC luck soon

Hi Eleveld, my periods have always been pretty light but just dragged on IYKWIM, to have it totally stop after 2 days was just random (and frankly enough to get my hopes up dammit).
I'm 32 but an appalling worrier, I think I've only ever been late once in my life (and in fact it was only a day!) so I'm alternating between convincing myself I'm infertile or early menopausal. I know it's completely ridiculous it's one of those awful things, most of my friends are similar ages or older and are up the duff within 35seconds of trying (or so it seems).

I'm so pleased you found the right guy, if a little late! If you've only been together 18months it means you'll still have plenty of enthusiasm for bedroom antics

I don't know about that - we're both knackered half the time!!

Don't think I'll test over the weekend. I made the mistake the first month of trying, wasting money on testing because obviously I was convinced I'd get pregnant immediately!

Made myslef a promise that I wouldn't ever test again until I was definitely late so would be another week away at least

You do right to hold out on the testing, it's heart breaking. I only tested this month as I'd convinced myself the 2 day period was not really a period. And I spent a lot of time searching the internet to confirm the possibility. Clearly it was and I got a BFN and it's still unpleasant even if you're braced for it. I applaud your stance and look forward to some exciting news this time next week!

Oufton - it doesn't help when everyone around you seems to be getting pg (without trying apparently!). You'll be the one who is making them all broody when you've got a brand spanking new DC and their DCs are teething and weaning and generally making a bit of a mess. Well, that's what I'm telling myself whenever I see any of my pg friends!

hi jaamy ye im ok just been back working in the hospital on placement and my body had forgotten how much hard work is involved
still spotting here aswell was your AF like this last cycle with your CP? (sorry you dont have to answer that if you dont want to i know its a sensitive subject) its just brown but its enough to need a pad so im not sure what to think! im still waiting for my test results from the GP so it will be monday before i know any more (unless i cave and test over the weekend) im on CD7 now so usually any sign of AF has disappeared by CD4 so this is VERY unusual for me!! bloody body confusing me!!

I have a scan booked for next Tues to confirm m/c is complete and after that we may start ttc again. Going away for 3 days next weekend (Fri next week is a public holiday here), so you never know what will happen

have had 2 higher temps on ff need one more to establish ovulation ye then i have my egg

does anyone else think that we should take some of the higher cycle days off of list as we dont hear from them

I thought their cycles were long

day 3 of period and it's horrid! Had period pain this morning which is really unusual

Also highly emotional (which is usual unfortunately) but did get tea in bed today despite being a bit of a twat last night.

BS - hope the pain has gone a bit. Be good to yourself today. Hotwater bottle, sofa, duvet and a nice film. Is DB there to look after you?

Ei - sounds like my AF after CP. More brown than red and quite light. Lasted for longer then usual too. Kind of glad you've been busy to take your mind off things. Don't work too hard though, you need to be kind to yourself. Hope results from GP go one way or the other so at least you're not stuck in limbo any longer. The waiting is awful.

Scully you def need a nice long relaxing weekend. Hope scan shows that all is ok and you can start TTC very soon.

Thanks for updating stats tink. Should we make to cut off CD100? Unless we hear from any of the ladies?

Was hoping to get stuck into some work this weekend but my contact has been on hol this week so won't have any details til Mon. Means will be a rush job again! Oh well, good job I work best under pressure.

Think AF is on her way here too. . Everything swollen and bit off DH's head yesterday. Oh well, already have too many family members with birthdays in Jan (including DD1) so a Feb baby would be OK, I suppose. Optomistic

Hrrmmpphh - day 4 of my period and it's HEAVY! After last month when I had a long cycle followed by a period I could manage I seem to have gone back to where I was before. Am in no pain but just a lot of blood. I am thinking I might ask the doctor about checking for Fibroids or any of the other things I could have.
