I think I'll join you on the 9th! Don't feel at all pregnant though so not expecting a BFP this month. Consoling myself with already having a Christmas DD, don't really mind waiting another month to avoid too much birthday/christmas congestion! , maybe Mr Sod will apply his law...

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 08:02

hopefully lennied. when is your period due?

had backache last night, so think i shall be out soon

OP posts:
NatalieJane · 05/04/2008 09:05

So is the 9th confirmed then? What time?

Lennied have read many times that the months people think they have missed the boat, is the month they get their BFP

Look at Kay!

kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 10:01

Its true. I honestly thought that because I was too tired 2 days before OV and dh was feeling ill the day I OV, that we had missed it this month.

But I was wrong luckily.

Lennied · 05/04/2008 10:49

Latest period could be due is 9th, possibly even the 10th since I started late at night on this cycle, not sure what you count as CD1 when that happens. Earliest could be due is tomorrow. Have 31-34 day cycles, usually 32 days.

Sorry about the backache lissielou, not necessarily AF though. Think we get hypersensitive about symptoms or lack of them don't we! Main reason I don't think I'm pg is cos boobs aren't sore and tummy is bloated. Had really sore boobs even when had a chemical pg, and bloated tum usually means I'm due on.

NatalieJane · 05/04/2008 11:03

'Tis all over for me, CD1, again, and now we have to wait till May to start TTC'ing properly..... blardy hell!

Jackstini · 05/04/2008 11:12

Oh what a shame NJ.
Rest of you 9th is ok for live testing for me! I am working from home that day but if we have to do the first wee of the morning it will be about 7.30....!
Felt a bit ick this morning but my boobs have stopped being tender...

Jackstini · 05/04/2008 11:13

PS - Nat - what date in May will AF be due then - will have to start countdown..

NatalieJane · 05/04/2008 11:18

LOL Jackstini I have no idea yet, am just popping round the shop (need Galaxy, can't do period without them!) will work it out when I get back....

NatalieJane · 05/04/2008 12:11

Tried to work it out but now I have no idea how long my cycles are, have had 30 days, 29 days, and now 32 days, since the MC. I guess it should be in the first week of May, then we can TTC, testing will start beginning of June I suppose. God that seems so long away!

artichokes · 05/04/2008 13:53

Sorry to hear your news NJ. At least you know what is going on now. Good luck for May .

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 17:43

NJ, im sorry my period was all over the place after each of my mc's, keep an eye on the tummy thing though.

so, 9th live test? am quite optimistic, despite backache. im exhausted really cant keep my eyes open, and had a real need for cheese, tomato and pickle sandwiches for lunch. heres the kicker, i dont like cheese or tomato!

Could be promising Lissie.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 17:57

i hope so kayz, cant get my hopes up though even if i do get a bfp

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:01

I really hope it works out for you Lissie. You really deserve it.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 18:03

thank you. dh and i had a bit of a row last night because im getting down (always do in the 2ww) and i was trying to explain that Im really, really scared of getting a bfp, part of me doesnt want to know. but im also scared that we will never have another baby...

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:07

I honestly cant begin to imagine what you are going through.
TTC really gets hold of you though. We were meant to be waiting until ds was about 2 and he has only just turned 1.

I suppose its hard to think about anything else during the 2ww. I know it is for me and I dont have any added worries.

I'm sure your dh understands.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 18:11

he does, and for the most part he's great, but he's scared too and i suppose we just know that pregnancy/birth is never going to be how we've imagined it, and thats quite a hefty thing to come to terms with.

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:14

You never know what can happen. You (fingers are constantly crossed for you) can go on to have a perfectly healthy pregnancy and healthy little baby.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 18:16

i know, and if we get past 6w then that a big step, its just that the naivete(sp) has gone now. and that part of the reason i now put off testing.

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:17

Well if you can you could just not test. Impossible probably, it would be for me.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 18:20

the prob is, i need a scan at 5w, my ep ruptured at 6w4d so neeed to get on the system nice and early iykwim

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:33

Yeah, I undestand that. I really hope it goes well for you.

OracleInaCoracle · 05/04/2008 18:37

thank you so how are you feeling?

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 05/04/2008 18:39

I dont really feel any different but I had no symptoms with ds. I am craving pickled onions though.
