Oh wow @Supertrooper101 next week?! Have you tried harvesting colostrum, eating dates or drinking raspberry leaf tea? That might bring it on naturally 🤷‍♀️🙏 I'm going to go with induction even though I'm aware of things that can happen I've actually heard a lot of positive things too.. that's the plan for now, there's also good chance of section but won't know until closer to the time... she was 2.6kg yesterday so still big but not enormous 😂

@Sez281 that's great thank you, hopefully they'll be helpful at gp. My OH is happy to go private but I just don't want to be repeating tests I've already had and not getting more answers.

@Paws4thought you dont seem to have much look with your doctors so good job ur oh is ok with private lol some only do the full bloods if your being referred, but ask, and if they say no, question why, or what i used to do was ask the nurse to add a couple more on whilst doing the booked one, but i think i just got lucky with her tbf lol
@Sez281 my other two did all the tricks and defo recommend raspberry leaf. This time round, even though they say she is unlikley to move, i cant risk it case she does. Read too much on cord prolapse 🤦‍♀️.. myne was 7 12 last appointment so be interesting to see if its true ish lol youl be 35 wks soon wont you so should do your birth plan nxt week maybe? Jumping ahead but are you planning to get back onto it for no°2 ? Lol

That’s interesting about the vitamin D, @Sez281 . I normally take extra on top of my prenatal but had run out recently so maybe there is some link? Bought more now though 🤣

Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling a bit low. You’ve been through a lot and maybe your body is just responding to that just now. I know I feel a bit all over the place with TTC and if we are doing the right thing. Hope the tww doesn’t drag for you too much @Paws4thought

@Supertrooper101 if everything is looking safe enough I'll try anything, good to know it worked for you in the past! I can't believe you'll have baby here in a few days 🥰 Does it feel real now?

I'm on the wind down from work, my consultant is going to write me off next week as I'll be going early more than likely... As for going again it is highly unlikely! I'm so grateful to be in this position and honestly still don't believe it's happening 🥹. If I was a bit younger I'd love to try for a sibling but at this stage time is almost out so we won't actively try... I mean I will never track ovulation or use opks again but if it was to happen we'd obviously be delighted. Just focusing on the next few weeks now 🙏

@Supertrooper101the Dr didn't know what I meant by day 3 bloods but realised when I said AMH, she said they don't do at gp so would have to be through referal which thry won't do until get results from progesterone. I also mentioned I get random sharp pains sometimes if I stand too quick or sneeze but she didn't suggest what that could be.
What day are you booked in?
@xxcxdonxx the first week has gone pretty fast but the second always drags. It's so hard knowing if it's right and a month between each try feels like forever.
@Sez281 you'll be able to get plenty of rest once you're signed off, have you got much left to get ready? I always think you don't know about a second until after the first.

@Paws4thought I'm really surprised your GP didn't know what day 3 bloods were but it just goes to show I guess!... You can actually book your own through any blood test place near you, it doesn't have to be GP or fertility clinic. My day 3 cycle was on a weekend so I found a random clinic in Dublin. Just google day 3 bloods near me.. or use the Hertility pack that @Supertrooper101 suggested (I haven't used it myself so can't comment)

I have literally everything bought now and bag ready to go. I just need to start trying to relax and prepare myself mentally as I've been so busy I haven't had time to 😂

Morning, had growth scan this morning all fine baby weighs around 3lb 12oz at 31+4 weeks and following curve just below 50th percentile. Really active and actually gone head down 🙌 only went on the ball last night so surprised its already done this.

Ah nearly time for you @Supertrooper101 and @Sez281 💖 I dunno if I'll last in work for another 6 weeks it's killing me now 😂 although they think I'm nesting as I'm sorting loads of crap out. X

I found some gps are a bit clueless with fertility stuff, I only ever had day 21 bloods tho @Paws4thought X

That’s great @Westy22 , glad everything was tracking as it should!
I think I finished up 2-3 weeks before my due date but my job is office based and for second I was working from home so very different to being on my feet all day. See how you feel but it might be nice for you to have some proper rest time before your little person arrives xx

@Paws4thought so if your day 21 come back ok, your dr wont do anything? They probably will come back ok so to save yourselt a headache, i would just use hertility health lol mine said the same about amh, only hospital does it but day 3 they can 🤷‍♀️
@Westy22 am not suprised your nazzed youve not stopped at all lol are you going to get regualr scans now too just in case?
@Sez281 am shattered lol, not sleeping at all with shit loads of scenarios going round my head about a section and afterwards. Not use to a 'choice' so think ur right trying natrual first. Nurse said yesterday ppl are allowed to.opt for sections now for convenience. I find it bizare. And said it should only be for medical/saftey reasons lol

@Supertrooper101 no, unless she measures me again and it's off the charts lol I'm not sure if she has to send me again or can leave it due to having one already? Baby has been moving around ever since and has been in every position going so probably won't be head down again 😂 I'm in full on get house done mode so can't stop yet, although I'm getting tired quicker. Helped the OH do dado rails and wallpapering yesterday and I kept going light headed 😂 finish line is in sight tho 🙏 32 weeks today 🤍

I've read lots of positive things about planned c sections, my friend has had 2, her second one was planned and she raves about it....also goes on about a pico dressing saying I must ask for it if I have one as she said it was a million times better for healing. You will be fine so try not to worry xx

@Westy22 fair play to you being able to be so active. I finished up yesterday, ended up being admitted last Friday night for observation as I'd a little spotting and BP was high as usual. I got discharged the next day, spent 2 days finishing up things in work and I'm now home with feet up as I think it's going to happen soon if I don't slow down 🫣

@Sez281 ah I've still got a bit time yet tho, definitely feeling more tired and achey. Started the rasberry leaf tablets yesterday and took two.....woke up cramping a bit so I'm switching to one for now until my body is used to it 😂 happy mat leave! Just chill and baby will come when ready ❤️ I'm just starting my 6 day stint in work and feel like crying 😫😂

Well i must be the only one who hated the section. Worst thing iv known. If you guys can go natrual, do it lol well and as for 95th centile, she was a tiny 7lb 3 lol still all abit surreal and cant beleve we got here 🙂
@Westy22 i guess if the scan showed them being on the 50th then they wont book anymore, but bet it was nice seeing him her again 🙂

@Sez281 due on Saturday so just waiting to see what happens, no testing this month. Should get results tomorrow from bloods hopefully. Enjoy your mat leave! Glad you were discharged quickly x

@Sez281 yeah MW give me the go ahead, although I've gone to 1 rather than 2 tablets a day because I started cramping a bit in the night on Tuesday and it freaked me out 😂 ill up the dosage in a few weeks..I'll do anything for a quicker labour lol xx

Just had blood results all normal except prolactin is slightly raised, about 100 over the top end, anyone else had this? She's emailed fertility to see if they want to do anything as could contribute to mc / infertility but could also be nothing 🙈

@Paws4thought if you can scroll a few posts back you'll notice that my day 21 prolactin was about 100 over too. It can be a sign of a harmless benign tumour which can only be confirmed by MRI or in most cases a tiny jump like 100 is usually stress related. I conceived 2 cycles after these tests so hopefully it has no affect on you either 🙏

We do have a name.... and now am doubting it 🤣 am a bugger... just to me there was nothing personal about the section. U just walk into theatre and its like you have gone in for an operation, thats it. I know alot of ppl rave about them but for me, i hated it... but anyway.
@Paws4thought have a look into vitex, that lowers prolactin. If it is too high it can work the same way as contraception. A good version of b6 also lowers it if you dont want to go down the herbal route. If your gp is chatting to fertility on ur behalf, cant they just refer you 🙂.
App wont let me scroll thr names to tag 🤦‍♀️. The raspberry it mite have just been the initial dose until you got used to it. I rate them before and after tho.
