8dpo today and going crazy with symptom spotting 😂 had a metallic taste earlier this week and I had some really watery discharge this morning. Also feeling pretty tired today. plan on testing on Monday.

OK cycle day 10 so nearing ovulation again.. Good luck everyone..

9dpo and I caved and did a cheapie pregnancy test which was negative. I am starting to feel less optimistic

@Mummysparrow So hard not to symptom spot isn't it! Sorry you got a BFN - it's always disheartening.

@Racket81 Yeah you're not too far off me, I should be ovulating next weekend

10dpo and clearblue digital says not pregnant. I got a positive at 10dpo with my daughter so I believe I am out

I woke up this morning with bad indigestion which I had with my daughter so decided to test again and there is my BFP. I really thought I was out

@4LeafCloverBaby I hope you are well. Would you mind telling me all the supplements you were taking again please? I was taking pregnacare conception but have since found it it contains biotin which might have skewed my tsh levels on my hertility test….

@onetwoandthree hiya, yes of course:

•2000IU vitamin D-3 - vitamin D deficiency is linked to fertility issues.
•600mg CoQ10 Ubiquinol - this can increase the quality of your eggs, as I’m older this was important as egg quality decreases with age.
•Super B Complex - this has 400µg of folic acid (B9) & 900µg vitamin B12 for fertility & embryo development. It also has B6 to increase the luteal phase.
•1000mg vitamin C - I took this along side the B6 to lengthen my luteal phase which started out as 10 days & increased to 13 days.
•2000mg Omega 3 Fish oil - linked to higher fertility rates
•3000mg Red Macca - to balance out hormones.

@4LeafCloverBaby thank you so much. Did you buy them from Amazon? And how long were you taking them for? Sorry for asking a million questions 🤦‍♀️ I’ve just started taking the 600mg ubiquinol and have vitamin c but it is 1500mg - do you think that’s ok or too much? The vitamin D I have is only 1000 IU….

@onetwoandthree I started taking them 3 months before I started trying. I’m not sure that you can really take too much Vit C, I think you just wee it out if you consume too much. Yes I got them from Amazon. I will post pics of the ones I got. x

I've been a bit quiet as I'm trying to have a stress free month all about this conceiving as starting to get me down. But just updating where I am. I'm at cd12 getting high on fertility monitor so just awaiting the peak. We have not dtd as much this month as a trial as we normally do ot every day pretty much so we haven't for 3 days now so hoping to dtd tonight and leading up to ovulation. Hoping that has given his sperm a boost amd body a break. Guess we will see. I started thinking I looking old at 42 so got some new anti ageing face serum and have been cleansing amd moisturising but cheesed off becuase after all the efforts ive now woken up with 2 big spots on face a d i never get spots. 🤣

Yeah I think it's healthy to try and have some down time, especially if it's not happened straight away - me too!. I try not to obsess but it's really hard.

I think we're a bit like you, we DTD pretty much every night during the fertile period. He's only back from work for 3 or 4 nights, right when I ovulate, so hopefully this approach will work! Good luck to you!

I'm still mostly laying low for a bit as we've had quite the roller coaster these last few weeks. I went for my EPU scan to confirm blighted ovum yesterday and came out with a picture of a little baby with a heartbeat. Hubs and I are still in shock and, while the EPU seemed very happy, we are guarding our hearts still. I should, going by LH, have been 7+2 yesterday, and they measured baby as 6 weeks. I'm sure of my ovulation date, so there's no chance I ovulated late. I don't really know why it could be measuring so far behind, but I know it could go either way at this point. Obviously, we are hoping for the best but trying to keep ourselves prepared for the worst

I'm in a state of limbo now and have a follow up scan with EPU in two weeks time. I've still not had any particular symptoms to speak of except some bad cramping two weeks ago and some very, very mild nausea this week. I just wanted to update everyone as I've always found this thread so lovely and supportive ❤️ Wishing you all really well.
