@Panda101x its the progesterone that is released from the corpus luteum (the cyst that releases the egg) that makes your temp increase. If your temp doesn’t increase then you either aren’t producing enough progesterone or it’s didn’t burst & release the egg. What is todays temp looking like on your chart?

I no I have progesterone Lack as I’ve had six losses which they put down to progesterone. We’re have to see. It’s only a few different

@Panda101x have they not offered you progesterone pessary/shots/patches? If you have low progesterone they it needs to be substituted for a viable pregnancy

Sadly not gp is useless and I can’t get to referall without gp doing it. Im just told next time I get a positive there give me progesterone tablets.

@Panda101x thats awful. I’m so sorry you’re going through that hun. Have you thought about going private at all? I know it can be expensive but maybe just for an assessment & the progesterone?

It’s so expensive sadlt for me. I thought given it’s been over four years and six losses no other children I’d get nhs help but nope. It’s just so sad and affects me so much

@Panda101x have you had day 21 progesterone level test? If your level is less than 10ng it can actually prevent ovulation. What has your gp done about it so far?

@4LeafCloverBaby gp fobs me off no interest or tests offered at all only they give tablets if postive again

@Panda101x as long as there isn’t anything else affecting it like BMI or age then I really think you need to complain & ask for a second opinion from a different doctor hun. It might even be worth ringing a private clinic & telling them your situation to see what they wouldn’t suggest. They are usually really helpful & wont mind having a free chat with you x

This is my second gp practice. Clinics have said they’d help if have gp ok to. But they won’t do anything. So unless I pay it’s a no help situation I’ve called all sorts places even tommys and no joy

I did have a laparoscopy and found endometriosis yet they won’t help any further With that their answers were the best thing I can do is go on contraception or get pregnant so neither of them are very helpful for me I think it’s because I’m only 25 to basically say I’m young fit and healthy so should be fine just keep trying

@Panda101x I’m sorry that’s must be so hard to deal with. I personally would do anything I could to save up & go private. Get an evening job or something for a year.

This is my chart today, I’ve got a lot of twinges lower right stomach and feel a bit groggy (but not sure if that’s the abscess or AF getting ready to appear!), I’m 10 DPO today

Nothing positive from me, I'm afraid. I do have notable progression from 12DPO to 14DPO, but nowhere near as much as would be expected at this stage. I can't muster any hope.

AF is nowhere to be found, I do have one ever so slightly sore boob and a super mild belly ache, but no real symptoms. Weirdly, all my morning tests are the faintest and I've found afternoon or evening, even after having had a cup of tea or soft drink, much easier to see. Still, the tests have just today reached the same darkness as when they plateaud during my last chemical. Basically just waiting now.

Below tests are 12DPO morning and 14DPO (today) about half an hour ago (3rd wee of the day after 2.5 hour hold).

I'm still unwell hoping to go back to work tomorrow though, think work aren't too impressed with me being off! I'm 5dpo and CD 24 now

@Barney2009 im ok thanks. Don’t feel that good very much of the time tbh, either ravenous or feeling nauseous lol but I haven’t been sick yet so that’s a bonus! Chart looks good so far & hopefully they are implantation pains! 🤞🏼🍀

@Cazzy87 I really hate that we feel guilty for genuinely needing time off sick! Try to relax & not stress about what they are thinking. It will be forgotten once you’re back anyway x

@4LeafCloverBaby only update I have is I'm still spotting but my cervix is low and tightly closed when usually it's high and very open so I'm sure AF is on her way xx

@Lowrilawson still crossing everything tightly for you hunny. When are you actually due on? x

@4LeafCloverBaby no sickness is defo a bonus! Embrace that for sure! My chart shows I’m not out just yet so that’s good news, had a very sweaty night but I do tend to get that when AF is on her way, so we shall see. Keeping everything crossed but as it’s only one cycle since my mmc I’m pinning everything on it just yet…
