Yeah. Also Whitby is the home of Dracula and he apparently runs up and down the 199 steps to the Abbey in dog form!!

If I saw a big black dog on the steps I think I would die.

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 10:56

Not sure how you would make one but put me on the list to buy one once you've figured it out!

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 10:57

as for ghost walks. I would love to do one. I wonder if they do them in my area. Right, I'm off to google to find out.

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 10:58

I have done one in York and it was great. We might do one in London around the Jack the Ripper sites.

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 11:04

Maybe Kay, you could take an iPod with you on the ghost walk, and ask the dog if he can change it to an iPregnant? Surely things from 'the other side' know how to do impossible stuff?!

Diege · 25/03/2008 11:09

Love the idea of an ipregnant ; would deffo fast forward through the first 12 weeks, and replay the last few (I love those last few weeks!).
Kay, I'll be doing a ghost walk in Whitby this year. Meant to do one last but it was sooo rainy!! Didn't know that about the Abbey steps and Dracula!! . Will keep a look out from our holiday cottage!

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 11:10

Yeah I will take my ipod and ask him.

I might be going house hunting on Friday. I have told dh I want to move to Whitby.

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 11:17

I love Tinkerbell's posts...they give a great summary of everything I have missed!!

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 25/03/2008 12:14

Oh, Oh...I did a ghost walk in Edinburgh which was a bit flat until we went into the vaults!! wwooooooooooooo-ooooooooh! (ghost-like sound).

I was actually standing with my fingers in my ears, my eyes squeezed closed, rocking on the spot in case the poltergeist (sp?) touched me....

I was so relieved to have lived through it that I got hammered on whisky and smoked about 60 fags.

Never again

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 12:26

I want to go to Edinburgh and go into the vaults! I would be terrified but I'd enjoy it.

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 12:33

PMSL Teuch

I am still chuckling, got a v. funny mental picture of you shitting it LOLOLOLOLOL

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 12:35

Did you think the rocking on the spot would scare the ghost away?

I am still giggling....

tinkerbell2 · 25/03/2008 12:55

you make me laugh btlt its the image of you rocking back and forth lol

tinkerbell2 · 25/03/2008 12:58

LOL,

I'd probably do the same.

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 13:05

LMAO Tink, now have a mental picture of the ghost stood there with his fingers in his ears, his eyes tightly shut, rocking away gently on the spot incase Teuch moved towards him

LOLOLOLOL

(Has everyone seen the thread in active convo's, about the poster and her DH stuck in her parents spare room after having a bit of a session, not realising her dad is downstairs? am also PMSL at that, will find link, hang on )

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 13:06

BeMyLilBaby · 25/03/2008 13:09

OP posts:
tinkerbell2 · 25/03/2008 13:11

lol thread is great
if i was near a poltergeist i would have to call the ghostbusters

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 13:12

PMSL at that thread!!!

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 13:19

If I was near a poltergeist, I think I'd call DH.... or adopt a Teuch pose!

In fact I'd adopt a Teuch, DH would say something like "but is it really a poltergeist, or is it wind...?" Everything with my DH is wind....
