Couldn’t find a thread so thought to create one and see who else will join the community!

Preparing to start TTC early October based on my cycle.

TTC: baby no.2
Age : 29
average cycle is 28 days for me 😊

Hi everyone,

Joining this thread! I am sending out good vibes to all those still in the wait window.

I am currently 7DPO. Of course I've already done a test this morning which we all know is way too early 😂and was negative.

I've only been TTC for 3 months (this one is the third cycle TTC)

The 1st cycle - I got 2 lines on many FRER but AF turned up on time (chemical pregnancy?)

The 2nd cycle (one just passed) - I got a digital positive which ended up in a very early miscarriage at 6 weeks.

Naturally, lots of thoughts about something wrong here (My GP in Australia won't do any fertility testing until 2 or 3 miscarriages and doesn't count the chemical pregnancy as a miscarriage)

BUT also know that it's very normal and keeping an open and positive mindset for successful conception soon.

Another close friend announced they're pregnant today. Baby number 2 conceived on cycle 2 (baby 1 took 3 months). They did tell us very sensitively which I really appreciated and obviously I'm really happy for them. But I'm just so pissed off and over it all now.

Hello everyone, 3rd cycle trying for our 2nd.
I'm in the dreaded TWW and have done an early pregnancy test (period due 26th). Earlier I thought I could see a faint line but now think it could just be an evap line. But, I didn't even have that in previous months, so who knows! Won't be able to get to a pharmacy tomorrow for more tests so have to wait til Tuesday to test again and feel so impatient. Attaching pic. Any thoughts?

@Chocolatehobnobs2948 I definitely see a line! Do you know how many DPO you are? Hopefully will get darker when you next test 🤞🏼

@dg3131 I ovulated on 11th so it's now 11 days after...not sure if you should count the day you ovulate too.

AF arrived today so I’m out

Today is cycle day 34 and no sign of ovulation on the tests this month 😪

I am joining this thread and currently 4DPO.
Had a miscarriage last month very very early on. Been doing Ovulation tests and i did ovulate this month which is positive.

Holding out for as long as possible to do a test, and deffo imagining symptoms whilst in the TWW.

Had some random spotting today. It's cd26. I know for a fact that I didn't ovulate until cd13 since I had a scan done. I don't know if I've ovulated since, I didn't use OPKs because I thought I was out this month, in terms of my treatment cycle.
I wonder if it's just AF arriving 6 days early..That will also mess up my cycle. 🫠

Could I possibly join (albeit we are nearing the end of October now)

We are ttc #1, I think I had my peak on Saturday from my ovulation strips and we've done BD all around that date so hoping it's done the trick! Still testing as my predicted date on Flo is a week later (I have regular 34 day cycles) but never really known when I ovulate.

Will be nice to chat to others as I think I'm driving my DH mad already 😂

Morning everyone, hope all ok.

I'd like to join too. This is 7th month ttc. A 28 day cycle, and I'm usually day 15 / 16 for ovulation, but last month was day 17 and today, I'm still seeing low (but definitely getting darker) OPK's, so think will be peak today.

I've had 8 days of ewcm, so was expecting it to be around 15 - 17, not another day later. Does this seem typical to others? It does seem like ovulation on 18 of a 28 day could be a bit tricky?

I have been unwell, a bad cold, since last Monday. Do others think being unwell affects ovulation too? Thanks guys, I was hoping 7 would be a lucky one for us!

@wanderlustre oh I feel for you. My best friend is in early pregnancy with her 3rd, first cycle.

Happy for others but also it’s hard.

I'm out this month! Af came 5 days early with spotting that made it look like implantation, very cheeky.

@ceruleansky must have been something in the air, I also had five days of spotting before AF coming 2 days early. Fingers crossed for November - see you on the other thread 😩😩

@wanderlustre I feel for you. It's so hard even though you don't want anyone else's baby its still tinged with something (can't quite put my finger on the right word though...sadness, helplessness maybe?) especially if no one else knows about the journey you're on. One of my friends is just going into her third trimester with her second and another of my friends has a six month old and the group chat is just all pregnancy and babies it soul destroying at times and sometimes I just have to check out so you just need to do whatever works for you.

Hi everyone. First time using this. Just want some help, advice and guidance.
I currently have a 6 year old boy already but decided to try for another.
I came off the pill Sunday 22nd October and had unprotected sex that day too I took ovulation test on the Monday and it was positive and another one Tuesday but Tuesday I started to bleed, which I believe is a withdrawal bleed.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone and the chances of pregnancy already. I know it’s very early on but would just like some advice etc…

@hicketypickety @bumptobean thank you for your kindness. Sometimes I feel a right crank being grumpy about other people's happy news but it's so bittersweet. I'm happy for them but sad and frustrated for me at the same time.

@wanderlustre yes I think frustrating sums it up perfectly. For me at least it's a sort of "why can't my body do what it's supposed to like theirs"

@hicketypickety I’m finding this so strange as I’m a 5 day heavy period every month type of gal, this month I started spotting 3 days before AF was due, thought it was implantation but I’m now on day 8 of spotting! Not sure what this means for conceiving, I’ve just ordered ovulation strips for the first time because of it 😩

First time tracking ovulation! I assume there’s no point DTD’ing tonight if we don’t fancy it because this isn’t a strong line, or should I still be DTD every other day? 👀

Hi everyone, need some opinions.

Currenlty 10 DPO - have had really watery CM for the past 2 days, so much so that I thought it must be AF but nothing when I wipe. Did an IC this morning around 11:30 and got a vvvvfl, told DH and he can see it too. Worried about how faint it is, although not FMU & my predicted AF day varies from PreMom & Flo. Does anyone else see it? Or am I going crazy!
