Couldn’t find a thread so thought to create one and see who else will join the community!

Preparing to start TTC early October based on my cycle.

TTC: baby no.2
Age : 29
average cycle is 28 days for me 😊

@TTCnewbies so sorry. I have fingers crossed it is just spotting. I hope you got a BFP soon

@TTCnewbies nothing is TMI on here for us ladies 🥰 I've been having a watery discharge for 3-4 days now....but it's brown like old blood. Starts off with more in the morning and then hardly anything all day, my period is due Tuesday, but not sure if this is my period and it's all over with already when this started, but there's no red blood?

so well, let's see. AF is due tomorrow. I've not had anything else, TMI, in terms of fresh blood, like @KM8 it would seem. @KM8 is this something you've had before, the watery discharge? This is my first day of it, I'm 12 dpo and as mentioned, AF is due tomorrow, but it's a new one for me.

I've also got bad heartburn today, and I never get heartburn. I'm on the ginger tea this afternoon!

@HRHXO I’m only 2dpo! It’s literally the longest wait on earth!!!

Anyone else place the crippling and emotionally damaging game of working out when you’d be due, when you’d announce, how would you announce etc if you fell that month?? 🙃🙃

@monica3287 I had a heartburn feeling pretty much all last week and the only time I've ever had heartburn before was when I was pregnant (but never this early on)

I'm thinking that I'm probably overthinking things as we all want see a positive test but just thinking it's not my month again.

The watery discharge is a little heavier in a morning (it's as though due to being laid down all night) and then there's not much all day but I've never had this before??

Got everything crossed for all of us whenever it may happen 🥰

@bumptobean Absolutely! I think the hardest one for me lately was when I really thought it had happened for me back in July. I ovultated just after the most romantic trip away with my DH. I worked out the earliest day I could test with FRER was on what would have been my DH's late mum's 60th birthday. I thought I was some sort of sign from the universe. It wasn't to be though. It was BFN and sturdy that way. Then 2 weeks ago, my friend announced she was pregnant. I put her due date into an online calculator and it told me the day she most likely conceived was that same day I got my BFN in July. I felt like the world was playing a cruel trick on me. Its horrible the way we can't help but torture ourselves with these things.

You should definitely talk about your feelings so that you can let out how you feel and what you think. No judgements here so it's a safe space.

I tend to go crazy symptom spotting but this time I'm not even going to test.

@ceruleansky thank you thats very kind of you. I am in a much better headscape now. And as you said not going to test either until 13DPO when AF is due.
Just been more relaxed this month. Even OH has been gocing me massages and foot rubs at night time.

I was also having heartburn last night and this morning and a bit Nauseous.
Now the bloating has hit. Forget how horrible it feel with bloating.

Aww the massages and foot rubs must be nice! Always good to do things to relax ourselves.
Warm water does help with heartburn, try to avoid anything acidic..
Last time I tested 14dpo and AF came that evening. I was so confused over a faint line and AF cleared all those doubts.
So this time I plan to test 16dpo if AF doesn't appear.
I might use OPKs this time but I'm not sure since my Dr will ask us to dtd after my trigger shot anyway..

@bumptobean I constantly do that 😂 back when I first started TTC 12 weeks would've been my birthday so thought that would be a great time to announce then it was DH birthday and now around Christmas. I get far too ahead of myself and need to take it 1 day at a time 🤦🏽‍♀️

So my period has arrived....onto another month 😫

@wanderlustre that’s really tough. I definitely have had a few ‘this is a sign from the universe moments’ and the crash is always worse isn’t it.. especially when a part of you believes in it too.

I’ve actually had to hide posts from my timeline over certain friends who are pregnant now. I’m happy for them but also it really hurts. My best friend is due to announce her 3rd in the next week or so and it’s mentally difficult asking about scans, midwife appointments etc.

Last night at 2:30am I randomly woke up and then started walking around the house, I felt kind of active but sleepy (eyes were closing), checked on DC and DH, then stayed on my phone till 4am 😂so random

On these threads I don't think there is such a thing as TMI.

I don't have much discharge at all, I'm not really sure what that means.

I also check due dates/ conception dates etc!

I hate when you log your period on Flo and its takes away your "If you're pregnant: Day X" box and rejigs your potential due date box, sending the date even further into the future 😔

@wanderlustre me too. So depressing. This month I've managed to stay away from OPKs and only updating Flo when we DTD. Tbh I have sort of given up hope with the whole thing but that might be because I'm tired and a bit hungover from a wedding we went to this weekend

My next urine test following the molar surgery is due on 20 Oct and Flo reckons AF is due on 22 so I will maybe test on the 20th at the same time as they want to know if there's a chance you could be pregnant so they can do extra checks before they put you on the chemo list.

Had a scan today cd12 and my follicle hasn't grown yet. Have a follow up scan on cd14. Hope it grows by then otherwise I'm not going to ovulate. 🫠

Struggling badly with my pcos at the moment on cycle day about 90.... Does this look like a positive ovulation test? I've never had one before quite like this so hoping the maca root I've been taking is doing something!

I'm in full blown crampy mode now, my period hasn't fully started yet but it's the start of it with a bit of spotting. So I'm going to probably not have much to say for a couple of weeks but I'll keep an eye on the thread and comment again when closer to next ovulation. Good luck all 😊
