@TheBirdintheCave these glasses will be the ruin of me. Variable focus. The lenses themselves cost £600 and I feel like I was lying to the optician when I told him I could see outta them. Also I think he knows that because he's booked me in for another appointment today when it should just be pick up the glasses 🤣

@TheBirdintheCave it's because I use my watch rather than a thermometer. It takes a bit of getting used to but I can tell that I've O so that's all that matters 😂 my temp doesn't usually drop until after AF shows anyway so temps no good for seeing if AF is on her way 🙄

@MrsJGrealish eurgh glasses are expensive 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just get the cheapest pair possible 😂 but then mine are not varifocals when they ask about all the add ones I'm like nope just give me the £25 pair of glasses goddam it 😂

@curliegirlie I'm at the same point as you with ttc. It's pretty shitty after trying for so long but really feeling my age now 😢 also I can't really take the hit on my health anymore. DH will be booked in for the snip very soon xx

@TheBirdintheCave literally got everything crossed for you. Absolutely nuts that FRERs have disappeared - they were always my go-to test! I do think CD12 is early, so hopefully tomorrow that line will progress nicely 🤞🤞also I had no symptoms with either of mine. On AF day I just had a heap of discharge (which I thought was AF) but I had cycles where I had way more symptoms so I'm not sure symptoms mean much tbh.

@curliegirlie have you looked into having any tests done? Ttc is so hard and soul destroying. 💕

@bringmearainbow I've read good things about RHR. I never did it but I think it can be a pretty good indicator! I also never had a drop in temp before AF so was never particularly helpful for me either.

@MrsJGrealish 600 quid for glasses! I'm all about the cheapie, boring framed ones but appreciate the lenses aren't particularly expensive either 😂

@bunnykins123 I was wearing cheapies and they were fine. Got them in my shop actually but Optician did not approve. It's so weird with these new ones..everything is bright 😂 seeing lines in my sleep at this point (joking I haven't tested today..don't wanna be skint and disappointed on a Friday off🤣)

@bunnykins123 no I'm not having tests this time round, as tests/timing of AF etc indicate that I am ovulating each month, I'm already taking my thyroid meds (although probably am due a blood test for that) and we can't throw money at IVF, so what will be will be....

@curliegirlie DH would shit a brick if I suggested ivf. There's a reason I named this thread 'the last' 😏

@bunnykins123 thanks lovely will test tomorrow AF due Monday/Tuesday so won't be long before I know anyway. I don't feel like I am this cycle

@bringmearainbow I'm just really fed up with this cycle. I Od late, got fed up with tracking, my phone and watch are now binging at me 'has your period started' and it REALLY feels like it's going to start. And the psychic/medium who works with us refused to read me because she felt something bad. I don't believe in this btw but her reaction scared the bejesus out of me. When someone looks at you and their eyes fill with tears you think long and hard about things 😭😳

@bringmearainbow sounds like a good idea! Just try not to focus on it too much, I know that's easier said that done though!

@bunnykins123 no! I'm shitting myself! I had to stop tablets to ttc and it's just taken so long now when this cycle ends it'll be me on them again 🤞🏼 just scared to start before I bleed in case by some miracle I am pregnant and they damage the baby 😭

@MrsJGrealish Yeesh that's really worrying. I did my tarot cards yesterday and the message was 'stop wishing for better things and ignoring the good thing in front of you'. Which I took to mean stop stressing about tests 😂

I'm sorry things are so stressful for you at the moment 😔 And there's no pregnancy safe medication they can put you on?

@bunnykins123 I am still stressing 😂 Tried the FMU this morning and the line was so faint it was barely there. Used SMU with a 2 hour hold and got a slightly better line that yesterday. The whole situation is just baffling. I wish I could afford to have blood tests done to just see if things are actually doubling 😭

@TheBirdintheCave omg I can defo see that! There is defo progression from yesterday to day. Could it be you implant a bit later in your cycle if you have ivf? Also I had a look last night and you can get next day delivery FRERs on Amazon if that's of interest to you!

@MrsJGrealish that's understandable. How soon do you need to take the meds? Can you wait until AF / bfp just to make sure??

I'm driving myself slowly insane guys. Just tried another Easy@Home with a 2.5 hour hold to see if afternoon wee was better than second for them and that's as faint as FMU. I don't understand. Is it me or the batch? I have to wait until 10am tomorrow until I can do the ClearBlue and see.

I'm so upset. I'm trying to cook tea but I just keep crying. G is never going to be a big brother and I don't want for that to be how our lives turn out 😭

All I will say is remember the tarot card reading whilst I try and forget my recent medium disaster. You can't compare tests this early on especially as you may have drank more (so many variables)
