@bringmearainbow I emailed them last night to explain what was going on and asked them what to do. They wrote back this morning basically implying that they don't believe me, I shouldn't test early, it could be the trigger etc (despite me telling them the test had darkened before stalling) and want me to call and record the positive test tomorrow if it's still there on the ClearBlue (which I imagine it will be). They said I could have a blood test for 'reassurance' but like... of what? Reassurance that I'm having a chemical? Why would I need that? It's like a chemical pregnancy isn't on their radar at all and I can't work out why. It's so frustrating to be ignored and not listened to or believed.

@TheBirdintheCave that's really frustrating for you lovely having a couple of blood tests might let you see what the hcg is doing though you don't know for certain that it's a chemical ❤️ I suppose to them they are not emotionally involved and they have their protocols there for a reason they just want to know if yes it's worked or no it hasn't.

Still no AF and my cervix is super high much higher than it was yesterday 🙄 not sure she's gonna show today

@bringmearainbow I do. I know it with the certainty of a thousand dying suns but no one will believe me 😂

I had a reply back from them just now to say that they still want me to report whatever faint line is there as a positive so my poor husband is going to have to call up tomorrow and suffer hearing the receptionists saying 'Congratulations!' and then asking him to book a scan 😥Then they want me to come in for a blood test which I'll have to pray is negative or else they'll make me do another one. So it looks like it'll be £20 and a lot of time wasted.

@TheBirdintheCave fair enough lovely. Sometimes our gut tells us and we know ❤️ oooh I don't know enough about the meaning of cards but they look a bit ominous. What does it mean they are upside down that has a different meaning doesn't it

@bringmearainbow Yeah the reverse is usually the opposite meaning but not everyone uses them. The basic gist of this reading is something like: things are coming to a conclusion suddenly and you're in mourning.

The three spilt cups is the three miscarriages I guess! Not sure what to make of two unspilt cups though.

I'm 1DPO! So back in the TWW, had O pains all day yesterday and peak started on Sunday, through til yesterday about 10am and then O pains started so I'm confident I O yesterday. Managed to DTD -5, -2, twice on -1 and O day so 🤞🏼 used preseed for the first time as well.

Yay to being on holiday in the next TWW although you're not out this month until AF arrives. How many dpo are you now? X

@TheBirdintheCave I'm so sorry you are still getting confusing lines on the test. Totally agree that you shouldn't go into London unless entirely necessary. On the flip side, having the bloods will give you a definitive answer regarding where your HCG stands.

@TheBirdintheCave 😂 yes we're off to menorca for a week the in-laws treated us DH is staying at home as he needs to work so just me and DS going with SIL and her kids and DH parents

@Angelselevenx ahhh back in the tww 💪🏼 how did the relaxed approach go this time? Feel better for it? You got some very good shots in there! I'm 12dpo today so I suppose technically might not be out but lp is normally 10/11 days. My cervix is still high and I'm not dry which is a bit weird it's very slippery and not sticky like it normally is atm 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm still expecting her to show though 😂

@bringmearainbow yes! Sooo much better, the pressure was completely taken off, OH didn't know I was secretly testing LH though 🤣 but it obviously helped him too without being too pressured and knowing when it was.

Ah yes we have similar LP don't we, 12 day LP is good though and a promising sign! Could still be early days as implantation may have been late 🤞🏼

@TheBirdintheCave argh I’m sorry this must be so frustrating for you! But maybe if you go and they do blood tests they will be able to record it as a chemical and not just pass it off as leftover hcg? Not sure if it means you can get any extra help for next time?

@Angelselevenx 🤣 I never tell DH I just test away secretly. I'm sure he knows by now though it's been long enough and I don't pounce on him every day otherwise 😂 yes we do 🙊 im so impatient I want to know either way now 🙄

@LuckyMoonstone Nah it's ok I've accepted it now. Just merrily sitting on my living room floor cutting out a new top and skirt 😅 No idea if husband has even called yet as he's not messaged me. We'll be back to trying naturally in August and I am DETERMINED to get it to work. I'm going to try all kinds of positive manifestations and see what happens. It does help knowing that we have embryos in reserve to try in Sept, Nov and Jan. Jan is the reconsidering point as any baby conceived after that point will be born post my 38th birthday which was my personal cut off.

@TheBirdintheCave good for you ❤️ oh I see so you do the transfer every other month and it’s ok to try naturally in between
