Hi - Sorry to disappoint but its a BFN this morning. Still no sign of AF though so will test again on Monday if still no show....

TBH though, you are probably better to wait to use it until you have got a BFP (or a possible one) because they aren't as sensitive as other tests. So would be even more likely to show BFN.

By Monday I'll be at CD32 or 5 days past AF. Is there an abbreviation for that, like AF+5?

And what is 2ww? I have tried to work it out but haven't come up with it yet.

Lovely morning by the way, bit soggy but bright and sunny. Shoe shopping for DH this weekend and a bit of food shopping, maybe even a trip to bravissimo to try on a swimming costume, I've heard there one's can be tricky to put on but won't know unless I try...I'm quite large uptop so need the support.

Unless anyone can recommend a swimsuit for keeping the girls under control during aquafit?

2WW is the 2 week wait between OV-ing and (supposedly) either period or being able to test.

I thought CBD are the most sensitive as they can tell you 4 days early?

Nope they are widely known as being one of the less sensitive ones. I think the normal clear blue ones (the non-digital, are they anologue? ) are said to work up to 4 days before period is due, but First Response is the same, and they never gave me a BFP, even when I was late!

Hmm, it's an odd one re: CBD. They promote themselves as an early test, yet if you look at the HCG they detect they are definitely towards the least sensitive of the range. Read a thread once that concluded that they do pick up hcg pretty early, but you would have to have it in high concentrates for it to reach the digital display (hence frantic ripping apart of tests on that thread to reveal faint positive line, and clear BFP a few days later!!)
Can't help on the cossie front either!! I have a couple of fried eggs, so it's never been something I've had to worry about .

I didnt buy a CBD, I have 4 tests I dont really need another.

I have bought some mumomega as it was only £5.99 as its out of date and the end of march and as there are only 30 capsules they'll be fine.

I'm feeling very tired today, DH was out late and I can never sleep until he gets home, then at 2am the howling wind woke DD2 up.
