Hello ladies I'm officially on my two week wait 🙌 it's my first time tracking this month so I'm all new to this ..... Me and my partner have been trying now for about 2 years on and off , but this month we've decided to track and jist go for it ... I'm more positive this time around so if you would like to keep me company your welcome x

@dabs9 don't apologise! I'm 14dpo I think (dont temp so not 100% sure on timing) was expecting AF this morning so just waiting on that now.
I'd clearly got my husband's hopes up too as he looked really surprised it was negative bless him. Xx

Who's still in with a chance? @LeopardLover @Bubblesandtroubles ?Anyone else? Sorry been hard to catch all the updates on the thread; I've been busy this week. Still no AF for me although my cycle was really long last month so I'm not really sure if my period will be late again.

@Sealover123 I'm out. AF arrived less than an hour after I got a BFN this morning.
So, you know, just to add insult to injury, she basically made me waste £10 or whatever the test cost! She's an absolute delight isn't she... 🙄

I'm a bit unstable emotions wise now. I'm absolutely gutted. Then feel bad for feeling bad- as though I'm saying my little girl isn't enough. 😩 Been a bit teary so good job it's sunny and I can hide behind sunglasses! Xx

I’m okay hun. Thank you for checking in you’re super sweet. I think I’m actually okay. I slept the best I have in a week and that shows that the anxiety around it all was too much. I have really struggled this week and it really started to affect me as I started beating myself up about it, so a break I think is vital atm. Plus I won’t lie - that wine last night was DEVINE!!!

Thanks lovely! And the wine tasted amazing. Me and mr georgie worked out I hadn’t drank for 6 weeks cuz of being on the 💉so yeah least that’s a bonus 😂yeah that’s it. Physically and mentally. The amount of hormones that I was injecting was making me weird. And it defo affected my sleep. I cried the other day as my legs hurt from doing legs in the gym 😂🙈

I know I dunno if I’d rather have known or not - I am trying not to micro analyse every thing I did that made it unstick but I don’t think that’s a good mentality! I’m just focusing on the next 2 weeks being away Both weekends with loads on.

yeah that’s totally true. That’s what my consultant said yesterday. Your body will naturally reject it if it’s not like an A++++ embryo. And not all will be based on egg size / maturity etc. being a grandma defo doesn’t count. If it does I’m fucked 😂I have a good feeling for you and @CAGH03 xx

@GCS34 I think that if there's been such an immediate improvement with your sleep and mental health knowing you're having a little break and knowing what's happening it's definitely a good thing right now, even tho it's not the ideal outcome it's definitely most important to look after yourself and your health 💕

I asked the fertility Dr about my follicle number and she made out like it was a good thing lol. But said if my cycles become more erratic to get back in touch, which I did and she told me I could start letrozole at that point. I've said to my husband I'm gonna have 1 more natural cycle and if it's a shitty long one again I'm gonna ask for the meds.
They did check my FSH a few times.. can't remember the results but they have always said they're normal.

I have no idea on luteal phase this month lol. Cos not 100% on confirmed ovulation so I'm just winging it and waiting to see what happens. Not even opk testing anymore.. have zero hope this month, just need to have a proper bleed and reset!! 😂 xx

@Amy95 do you think you'll continue to track next month?? A walk sounds lovely!

I was out at a homebirth all last night so I'm wrecked.. but would like to go for a walk along the beach as the weather is so nice!! 🌞

Well my app says I'm going ovulate when I'm out there I don't wanna track out there either , so maybe a month off tracking and just seeing what happens is really sounded good to me my oh was gutted this morning because he thought it was going be our month , I'll still join the chat though 🤞❤️ omg I bet you need matchsticks for your eyes , who's homebirth was it ? omg yes Chinese for the win 🙌😋

sorry to hear of all the bad news @Amy95 @GCS34 @LeopardLover and May babies definitely suck haha. It’s good you have a holiday planned @Amy95 so just enjoy that and try to forget about everything.

@LeopardLover I am pretty sure I’ve had a few months where something has implanted and failed, and I see it as sort of positive really, our bodies are capable and is just waiting for the right one to come along! I think mine may be being extra careful following the miscarriage and see that as a good thing (although it’s frustrating waiting!)

I hope you all have sunny and lovely weekends. It’s lovely up here and it’s my birthday Monday so I am ignoring the fact I currently have the Period from hell (perhaps another failed implantation!)

I also have a question I’ve never been sure about. Do you count spotting as first day of period? I only seem to get it when TTC and am never sure when my period starts properly. Or is it full flow? I have no idea and I suspect I’ve been tracking wrong (which also may not help).

I'm still waiting for AF but this isn't unusual, I usually have a few days of cramps first. It'll happen as I'm at the big family lunch this afternoon 😅 @dabs9 Fascinating about luteal phase remaining the same length, I looked back at my cycles and this seems to add up! I never knew 🤣

@GeoSmed Glad you had a lush sleep, you deserve to relax for a bit and make the most of being able to drink haha. ❤️

@Annapolis35 So glad we're on the same page re things not being quite right with the embryo the months it doesn't happen! Our bodies are doing what they are supposed to. And that makes sense yours is being extra careful.

@dabs9 Well,actually now you've blown my mind about the luteal phase length always being the same (mine is 13 days), it won't arrive until the early hours. I'll enjoy the BBQ in peace ✌️😂

Hope the hot water bottle helps! So annoying when it's hot outside but you need the pain relief. Xx
