Me and my partner have been trying now for about 2 years on and off , but this month we've decided to track and jist go for it ... @GeoSmed that sounds like a really good plan. Just take a break, let yourself and your body relax and do some nice things and go back to treatment feeling refreshed.

I hope it's ok to ask.. you're paying privately for this treatment aren't you? When they abandon a cycle, do you get any type of refund or is that it and the money is spent?
I know money isn't the issue here but was just wondering.

I also have LOADS of CB digital tests I've gathered over time and they all go out of date next year. Will probs offer to send someone them if this goes on much longer haha.

I took this test this morning and I think it might be positive? I’m only 10dpo.

I’m currently in a hotel room away with work and have no one to talk to! Also trying to avoid alcohol when I’m usually a very boozey lass, which is very hard without spilling the beans (the beans that I’m not even sure about myself!). What do you guys think? Should I go buy an early test tomorrow?

11 months isn't easy but I'm grateful that I get another chance each month and some people have to wait longer and have so much more difficulty so I try not to stress too much! Trying a few different things this month so hopefully it will work! 🤍🤞🏼x

Thank you darling. That’s a really lovely message. Yes I think my body is just not playing. Interestingly for you, she said with pcos it is so erratic and what works one month, might not the next. And it’s obviously in its ‘back off’ phase at the moment where it’s resistant to it. She said we could carry on another week and throw more drugs at it but it starts to get dangerous when you go over 2 weeks as you’re messing with you natural cycle and body.

unfortunately it’s money out of pocket even if it is cancelled. We’ve had 3 rounds now, totalling £3,600 and we’ve only managed one trigger but it is what it is. We’re in a fortunate position that we can self fund but obviously not for ever and not if it starts messing with our mental health as it has this month.

I weirdly feel calm from it all and I think in my head on Tuesday I knew something wasn’t going right as I could tell and just had a spidey sense. Maybe that July one I predicted after all. The most frustrating thing was that the bloods they did after the trigger and in our TWW showed that we ovulated, it fertilised, it became and embryo and it implanted but just not deep enough to stick. Which I guess is good and bad.

Haha thank darl. I have n obsession with painting thing black. 😂 I know and it is, but I’ve got to think of my body and it’s not going to be healthy to carry on this month. Health is wealth right? So I just think sometimes cutting your losses is often the safest and best thing to do. It has taken me a day to get to that conclusion mind - had you messaged at 12:00 I’d have said fuck the world, fuck my body, fuck wanting kids and I’m going to Hawaii. 😆

have you had tests with anyone else other than the gp? Cuz like you I don’t have the symptoms just loads of follicles each month. Might be worth pushing the gp on it? Happy to talk if you ever want to ask questions. Tho as we know, my body is an arsehole so I can’t guarantee I’ll know 😂

bless you. Have you still got the spotting? Good in a way you’re coming on. Shows your body is working! When was your ‘expected’ period day? And yes. May babies suck anyway 😂 Xx

Flippin eck, it's incredible it showed that it implanted even if it didn't stick. It can work, we just need a sticky little bean for you. Later this month is a fresh start. The Glastonbury week - my fertile week too 🤣

I've convinced myself I implanted this month because of that weird ass pain I had, it just hasn't stuck. I think from all the reading I've done, as sad as it sounds, mine just wasn't a healthy one (because I'm a senior grandma). It actually makes me feel better, because I feel like the process is (probably) working, it's just the top quality egg hasn't been released yet. Obvs I could be way off, there might not have been an egg, no fertilisation blah blah but my gut is telling me that.

I've got a biatch of a period coming, this pain has been relentless for 24 hours! X

@LeopardLover thank you! We have been TTC ‘properly’ for 8months (tracking ovulation), but I’ve been off the pill for around a year.
Im almost 35! I actually don’t know who 112 are! 😭 but after googling, I suspect that it’s because I’m Irish 😂 the age fits I think! Haha.

@Bubblesandtroubles What are you thinking? Can you wait until tomorrow morning? 😅 If yes, I vote this option! Unfortunately no AF yet but it's coming. If I hadn't experienced early pregnancy cramping before I'd be confused, but I know from experience it feels completely different! Unfortunately I have those undeniable dull aches. It's taken it's time though, but this happened last month too. Maybe my app is right and it'll arrive tomorrow, even though it'll make my cycle longer than normal!

Does cycle length change if you ovulate later? That's magic if so!

Yeah I've had tests at our fertility clinic.
I had 30 follicles on my hycosy scan but only 1 dominant. My bloods are normal so they say I don't have it.

I've had laser hair removal on my face for years anyway (v dark hair) so no idea if that would be getting worse or not had i left it. And have had spotting pre period for about 6-7 years now.
Still spotting today yeah, I'm only CD24 today so that's what's stumping me! If this was happening in a weeks time I'd be like yep.. period is coming and this is normal. But the spotting all throughout cycle is not normal for me 🤷‍♀️ can only put it down to the maca root.

@LeopardLover Sorry you're getting AF symptoms. She's such a bitch I really hate her!
I normally have a longer cycle if I ovulate late. Luteal phase tends to last 14 days regardless of when I Ov but I guess that might be different for others. How are you feeling?? Xx

My husband went out and bought a pack of tests before I got up this morning bless him. No sign of AF so I took it.

BFN 😢

Was our first month of trying for no 2 so would've been really lucky I guess. I'd totally let my mind wander and get ahead of myself 🙄

I didn't know whether I was 100% ready in the days before we started but decided to just go for it. This TWW has cemented I'm 1000% ready. So I'm in the June crew I guess! Xx
