Go for it, If he is that excited the goooooo for it!!!

NatalieJane · 20/02/2008 10:33

We can't, don't you lot bloody start!!!

We have to be sensible about this, because it isn't just us, it is the two boys as well. If we have another child so close to Xmas, every year will be crap through lack of money to go around, it is bad enough now without adding another. Really even February would be difficult, but much more doable. And then it is DS1's birthday in March, so that is out of the question, so we're looking at April and beyond to be properly comfortable.

And on top of that, we have to give ourselves the best chance of being out of here before baby is born, and realistic with the way the house's aren't selling quickly/easily, we could still be sat here in 2 years time with a for sale board up.

I can join in with the symptom spotting, I do that every month with out fail, even when I know there is no chance in the world!!

kayzisbroody · 20/02/2008 10:40

AWWWW!!
I can see what you mean though. I wasn't to keen on having 1 in feb and then having ds's birthday in march.

largeginandtonic · 20/02/2008 10:42

Morning! I have pox ridden dh and baby but they are on the mend.

How is everyone else? You talk to much to catch up!!

I had a BFN with a clearblue digital on Saturday as still no AF. It arrived yesterday am pleased really as 2 birthdays in October is enough.

NJ are you going for it now then? Bet you beat me and Teuch to it

OP posts:
NatalieJane · 20/02/2008 10:44

I would be happy to have a baby at any time, and if it was our first, we would have just gone for it, but we do have to think of the boys, like I said it would fuck up every year, and that's not fair to them, or the new baby.

Anyway....

Wheres LG&T????

kayzisbroody · 20/02/2008 10:45

Hi LG&T, I'm so sorry about AF

Playingthewaitinggame · 20/02/2008 11:15

Morning all, sorry didn't say goodbye yesterday was such a busy afternoon and left work so late just didn't have the energy to come back on.

I think the reason Natalie seems like she is always GOFing is becuase everytime she does she tell us!!! Mind you you do seem to have been quite busy recently!

You can all just decide to go off an ttc, who will keep me company till Spetember?

Glad to hear LG&T family is on the mend.

kayzisbroody · 20/02/2008 11:20

Hello Playing.
We'll all keep you company anyway!!!
While we're moaning about heartburn and swollen ankles etc, you can sit there and laugh.
At least you have willpower.

NatalieJane · 20/02/2008 11:23

Well what's the point on being a thread like this and not sharing the GOF'ing? LOL

Pssst, I don't tell every time.

And no, April/May for me, no changing my mind.

DS1 has just been sick.... here comes the fun

kayzisbroody · 20/02/2008 11:28

Oh dear poor DS1.
I think ds is teething again. He is dribbling everywhere and everything is soaked.

Playingthewaitinggame · 20/02/2008 11:31

I know you ladies wont desert me entirely, I will just get more and more impatient as you all start trying, but hey thats my problem not yours. Natalie, I was only winding you up, remeber the only rule of this thread!!

Teuch · 20/02/2008 11:35

THank goodness you're back LG&T...were getting worried!! Glad the pox are clearing up but what a faff with AF, eh? So that meant some kind of monster cycle?!

NJ...you just have to budget and save . Everything can be worked around with a bit of planning . DS is start of January and it has been great so far...

I also have a large family so there are many birthdays many months...I tend to buy cards/gifts in a 'quiet' month and put them aside. Or take advantage of offers...I have a box of bits and pieces in the office which are all 'gifts of the future'

NatalieJane · 20/02/2008 11:43

I have a few pressies for when DS1 brings home an invitation to a party on a Friday and the party is Saturday morning Hate it when they do that

We don't really 'do' saving, we just go month to month, it isn't often we want/have to buy something we can't afford in one month.

BeMyLilBaby · 20/02/2008 11:50

playing you here? a ladys asked about buggy boards in the preg section, cld you possibly help her? x

Playingthewaitinggame · 20/02/2008 12:01
