I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

I wanted to get some feedback as I’m very new to this. My temperature has gone down today, again on yesterday too. Do you think this means I will be getting AF?

Thank you for input. I do have some other things going on, like sore breasts, cramps, sense of smell, etc but think this is likely not a good sign is it.

@monica3287 how long is your luteal phase normally? A drop around when AF is due does normally indicate she's on her way but it could be that your temp jumps back up tomorrow

About 13 days… my AF is due on the 19th.
I will try and remain positive and patient, until tomorrow to see if it goes up… I was doing some reading about erratic BBT’s and results, but still feeling concerned.

Is your partner taking supplements as well? Maybe it helps!

FertilityFriend and Flo pin my first day of AF tomorrow but Flo says to take a test in 5 days from now if AF doesn’t appear.
Wtf why 5 days?

I have one Clearablue 6 days early test left, would it be relevant if I use it tomorrow, first day of missed period?

Just took my temp now and it’s still
high, 36.77.

@alexalexalex18 he is, although he wasn't when we had the chemical pregnancy and he's become more slack the past few weeks so I don't think he's taken them in a while 😂

I think Flo waits until AF is late annoyingly, yeah you could use it tomorrow.

Taking your temp whilst you're up and about doesn't count towards anything I don't think, has to be after so many hours sleep still led down before you get out of bed. Whilst you've been up and about etc going about your day will just be your normal temp whereas you want basal temp first thing in the morning x

Yes you’re right, I temp first thing in the morning, same time.
But I tried and checked throughout the day when I’m on my period and have low temp and it stays low all the time.
I’m just desperate at this moment 😂 might not be relevant at all.

I’ve read supplements take around 3 months to work.

@alexalexalex18 me too re supplements, I've been taking mine since the CP but I think the OH is going to give them a miss this month then get neck on them next month. Are you taking supplements?

How’s everyone doing? I’m 12 dpo today and luckily have been away with work so unable to do any testing. Home late tonight but going to try and avoid testing tomorrow and just do it on Friday… yesterday had a drop in bbt but not below coverline so maybe an anomaly. Had severe cramps for a few hours in afternoon but no sign of AF so again.. fingers crossed!

Waiting for O day on Saturday, DTD -5, -3 from O so far and going to try for -1 and day of O so that should hopefully have us covered. Going to try use preseed for one if not both of those days 🤞🏼

Got my positive OPK on CD18 🥳 DTD -4, -2, -1 and I'll go for tomorrow as well if my temp jumps up again x

I’m all good thanks, at my 10 week scan I was measuring 11 so I’m now officially over 12 weeks! Starting to go by really fast, can’t wait to start telling people xx

@Angelselevenx Great news! Fingers crossed for you. Sadly think my temp starting to fall, it went back down to 36.22 today so only just above coverline. I'm CD 27 and normally 28 days so expecting AF tomorrow really. Not sure I can cope with disappointment of neg test so may just avoid doing it?!

@IGB3993 oh I'm sorry 😔 I think wait and see if AF appears and then if not test, although when I see my temp start to drop I just throw the towel in 😅🤦🏽‍♀️

@Angelselevenx hello! I’m good thanks. I’m 10 + 6 🙌🏻 had a private scan on Monday as had some bleeding but all good. Have my 12 week NHS scan next week so will be a few days out. But don’t really have any symptoms and so far a completely different pregnancy to my son where I felt rubbish from 4 weeks and by 12 weeks had gain over a stone 🤣. I’ll find out today if I’m part of this BMI over 25 consultant lead new announcement. It used to be BMI over 30 - so we’ll see!

@Pumpkin80 that’s interesting about the BMI thing, they calculated my BMI as 26 at booking in appointment and they didn’t mention it? Let me know if you find out more! Congratulations on your scan, you’re so close to 12 weeks now!!

I would definitely still use the preseed especially if you don’t get much EWCM!

Hi everyone! 7dpo today, didn't use preseed but I will next month! Current graph is sitting like this. Todays temp was about 50 mins later than I normally take it (7:15 instead of 6:25) so not sure how right that is

@Angelselevenx the chart is looking good! Later temps will generally be higher, when you record them on FF if you put the time in it will mark that on the chart as it could be important info later on. I sometimes use a bbt temp adjuster to correct them although Ff advised not to.
looks like you have a nice luteal dip going on!

Hey guys! @Angelselevenx your graph looks great! I ended up having a chemical this month, tested on 14dpo and it was a nice positive but but 16dpo no change and by 18dpo I had some bleeding.. temp finally down so we go again! Hoping the rumours are true that your super fertile post CP?! Who knows.. wishful thinking? Have attached graph, you can see the temps weren’t looking good anyway so I’m not surprised.

Hey @IGB3993 I've been having a lot of pulling etc up until yesterday but nothing since, also I feel like I get those every month to be honest!

Oh no I'm so sorry to hear that; I had a chemical in April time and I read everywhere you were super fertile, didn't happen for me but I've seen lots of positive stories of it happening for others so hopefully, I've got my fingers crossed for you!

Sorry about your chemical, it’s so shit. How long after did you ovulate? My natural cycles is saying it has no idea so I’m a bit lost, just assuming it’ll be normal time?

My cycles went pretty much straight back to normal so I ovulated cd21 which was my normal, although I'm now ovulating cd19 which I think is due to the vitamins I'm taking

Ok that’s good to know thank you! I ovulate quick early at around day 13/14 so I’ll start assume my fertile week is from CD7… keep us updated on how you get on! X
