I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

Sorry to butt in but have been following along.. I’ve just used preseed this cycle of mine - ovulating roughly today or tomorrow (day 14 or maybe day 15, waiting for temp increase!). This month we went for every other day in fertile window so for me that was 9/11/13 and probs today for good luck. Have used the preseed on all occasions.. will let you know in 2 weeks if it helped me or not!

It’s been a weird week… I’ve never had a drop like the one before O, and then again today at 5dpo? Too early for implantation.. maybe just an oestrogen dip, I know that’s also a thing so not always related to implantation! You know what the overthinking is like in TWW!

@IGB3993 secondary oestrogen dip seems to happen around 4/5DPO, I tend to get it on 4DPO. I'm the same I feel every single niggle in my body when in the TWW. Still got a while for O for me but fertile week starts Sunday.

@Angelselevenx Have fun next week!! I’ll show how mines progressing after the weekend. It’s our 12 year anniversary next Saturday (24th) and that’s the day AF is due.. so could either be a very happy day or yet another depressing one.

Jumping on this thread to get some opinions about my chart.
My temps usually go down starting with 11 dpo so feeling hopeful.
But I have on and off AF like cramps which scare me 😳

I tested today with a cheapie and stark white.
Thinking of testing tomorrow with some ClearBlue 6 day early.

Only symptoms other than random period cramps and right ovary twinges are some unusual acne, fuller breasts and rage 😅
My congested nose and 193837738292 sneezes are probably due to hay fever.

Your chart is looking good! You can implant anywhere between 6-12dpo so you may have implanted on 11dpo which would mean you would see results 3 days after 🤞🏼. Do you have any photos of your graphs on other months? X

Here’s my chart overlaying my last month cycle. My temp usually declines starting with 11dpo.
Ot’s my second round of Letrozole to make sure I ovulate.
Last cycle I was on 5mg, this one I was on 7.
I definitely felt the ovulation pain :))

I wake up to pee often during the night so my morning test tomorrow won’t be very accurate, I’m afraid of seeing yet another stark white.
It’s just so hot at night and I drink so much water…

@alexalexalex18 eek this is positive! Do you have any FRER? Or take a test when you wake up in the night if it's a long enough hold? X

I couldn’t find FRER anywhere :( I have 2 fresh Clearablue 6 days in advance waiting for me out of sight, or else I’d use then 😅

I want to keep positive and hopeful but all I feel is exhaustion and period cramps and ovary twinges, topped with a few pimples.
And all could be PMS unfortunately 🥹

If anyone could explain how cramps before a BFP actually felt I’d really appreciate it 🧐

@alexalexalex18 I had a chemical a few months ago and my cramps were like pulling sensations, I also didn't feel like my period was going to come (which it did, a few days later after I started mc)

This is really interesting. Do you also have a non pregnant month view to compare it to?

first month tracking and I’m finding it so interesting. Got my peak today so I think that means O tomorrow then into the dreaded TWW.

@alexalexalex18 I had a mmc back in March, but my symptoms were so classic PMS that I was convinced I was out! I did an LH test and 2 days in a row the result was so strong that on day 3 I did a HCG and.. it was there!

I heard about the LH strips getting dark when pregnant but tbh I despise them as I’be never got a positive one when I was using them 😅
I’ll just have to wait and see what’s next and try not to murder anyone who breathes or chews louder than my unstable nerves can take 😬

Another thing that’s bothering me is that I have absolutely no discharge now.
Very dry.
I read many stories where women had lots of creamy discharge before getting their bfp.

Are there any success stories with dry undies?

My temp dropped a little today 😔

I don’t have any more period cramps though, just an ache on my right ovary area and fatigue.

I’m afraid I’m out 😞 And I’m so sad.

Fertile week starts Sunday for me, think I'm doing to use preseed -4, -2 and day of O and see how that goes

Fingers toes everything crossed, it’s your month!!

I tested yesterday with ClearBlue 6 days early (diluted, noon pee) and it was negative.

AF. should arrive tomorrow or on Sunday, I’m on cycle day 30 and mine are usually between 30-33.

Good thing is I usually spot the week before my period and it hasn’t happened this month.

Bad thing is that my temps are still high but I feel like me period is coming 😂
I don’t think if I were preggo I’d feel like my period is near and ovary ache.

So basically just waiting for AF.

I’ll use Mucinex for helping with CM in the fertile window and take my Pregnacare Conception and COQ10.

@alexalexalex18 some people don't get their BFP until after AF is late, good that your temps are still high!

I hope so but I feel more and more defeated as the months go on, we had our chemical on month 2 which was March and nothing since, now on cycle 5 😔

Keep me updated, hopefully AF doesn't show and your temps stay high!!
