I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

I would agree, I reckon you’re ovulating the day of the dip @Angelselevenx . You can ovulate 12-36 hours after a positive OPK so you could be ovulating on dip day for sure. Do you always have sex the day after your positive OPK anyway? I used to use Natural Cycles a long time ago and actually figured it got my ovulation wrong a couple of times - it would say I ovulate anywhere between day 12 and day 18 ish but since just temping myself and going by body signs, I was definitely ovulating always day 13 or 14 X

@sashastuck I get my dip and then get my positive as my temp starts to rise so I think O day is right on my NC xx

I wouldn’t really rely on the opks, temps are much more accurate. I found Fertility Friend really good to use as the graphs are super clear.

@sashastuck I’m really good thanks. Very different this time around so far but 9 weeks tomorrow. Early scan was all good and have my 12 week of end of the month. How are along are you now? Xx

I agree about Fertility Friend, found it much more useful (and free!)

@Pumpkin80 I’m the same as you! You must be due 1 day before me, although at my 8 week scan I was measuring a few days ahead so may already be 9 weeks if that makes sense. My 12 week scan is end of the month too x

I normally have a 31 day cycle so expecting AF tomorrow, did a test yesterday at 10 dpo and negative xx

@Angelselevenx I’m not just saying it, it looks promising. I didn’t get a positive until 13DPO and 12dpo it was stark white. Just keep temping. 🤞🏻 how do you feel? Xx

@sashastuck I definitely not officially 9 weeks as I had an early scan which dates me now at 7 + 4 but NHS have me at 9 (tomorrow) until you have your official 12 week scan. Have you had an early scan? EDD is 8th Jan but obviously that will change once I have my scan at the end of the month xx

@Pumpkin80 aw I see! My due date is 10th Jan but think it will come forward a few days. My friend was brought forward a whole week at her 12 week scan! Yeah I had my scan at 8 weeks and was measuring 8+3. Best of luck with everything xx

@Pumpkin80 I feel normal to be fair, bloated but I always get bloated before AF. And I have a lot of creamy CM but again I don't think that's not normal. Oh really? I'm 11dpo and haven't tested just going to see if period comes tomorrow xx

@sashastuck i definitely think mine will be pushed back as I know when I ovulated but until 12 weeks can the NHS went entertain ovulation dates/private scans etc. You’ll have to keep me posted ♥️ xx

@Pumpkin80 still no AF annoyingly, I think it's vitamin b6 that's lengthening my luteal phase as it was 11 days before and now I'm on day 12 and cycle day 32 xx

@Angelselevenx would you test or are you going to wait? You should in theory have a big dip day before AF and the fact you’ve gone up again shows it won’t be tomorrow you get it which makes me think you could be pregnant xx

Completely agree with @Pumpkin80 . Not to get your hopes up BUT if that was my chart I would assume I’m pregnant!😂 X

@sashastuck honestly I think it'll be negative, I go on holiday tomorrow so no point stressing out I'll just wait for AF although I am gunna keep temping x

@sashastuck @Pumpkin80 did either of you take vitamins? I take a fertility vitamin, coq10, a normal multivitamin and b6. Might just strip it right back and take folic acid for next cycle x

Yeah I took cq10 vit D and a well woman pre pregnancy multi-vit. Definitely test with FMU tomorrow/today and let us know. Send us your chart too 🤞🏻 xx

@Pumpkin80 AF came last night and temps dropped below cover line this morning! Onto cycle 5 xx

I didn’t take any vitamins whilst ttc other than folic acid.

All the luck in the world for next month ✨ the best advice I was given was to DTD every other day from the day after your period finishes until day 22 exhausting but works! Xx

@sashastuck @Pumpkin80 thanks both! I've ordered preseed for this cycle too, after having a chemical in month two I thought it would've happened by now but maybe not xx

I used preseed the month I conceived, not sure if it was a coincidence or not but worth a try! Good luck xx

I used it only twice, on day 13 and 14 of my cycle I think - conceived day 13. I did have sex I think on day 12 and 15 as well xx

@sashastuck which day did you O? I'm CD5 atm so still another 2ish weeks before O day 🙄 xx
