March SMEP!

Hi all.

starting this thread as I’m going to try SMEP this month And thought it would be good for moral support to do it with other ladies. It’s worked for me previously. I’m on cycle day 7. So will start testing from tomorrow! Let’s do this!

I am about 5/6 dpo from what I’d guess … and I think I’ll be testing 10th or 11th as I usually would! But at least I’m not putting ALL the pressure on it - as I know I managed to DTD when I needed but didn’t do the ten times as I did last cycle 🤣

how are you doing? No scan yet. Still early. I may call this week to start the ball rolling. Still no symptoms yet.

will you test today?

I am guessing my DPO really, but I got a static smile on 29th!

when she does it’s my time to admit defeat and ivf it is. So I doubt I’ll be on these threads I’ll be diving into that world instead!

Hasn’t ended well for me…I’m positive though. Next time around 💜🤞🏾

fingers crossed ey!! Going for every other day when we can at the mo. Not SMEP as too intense hahah!
