March SMEP!

Hi all.

starting this thread as I’m going to try SMEP this month And thought it would be good for moral support to do it with other ladies. It’s worked for me previously. I’m on cycle day 7. So will start testing from tomorrow! Let’s do this!

I am TWO DAYS away from ovulation, so I have DTD planned 3 more times 🙈 then I’m starting TWW 1st April!

I’m due on the first! If I’m late then that 9 month wait starts haha. Fun times! I’m out for food tomorrow naughty but I may have a shandy lol just in case it’s my last one for a while! X

no idea how to interpret that… but going to go for the DTD 3 days now and then see if I have any energy left after that 🤞🏻

@lottieb92 just keep DTD. AS long as there’s sperm waiting you’re in with a chance! Have you got any children already? X

yes me and DH had a son together when we were very young and very surprisingly haha so none of the TTC chaos.. we got a house, careers we like, got married got a dog then decided we were going to try again…
we thought it would be easy! 😝 we were 22 then and we are 30 now x

30 is young! You’ll be fine. 💙

@Blessedmummytobe yess I do feel less anxious I am praying I have age on our side! But we have been trying since 28 🥴
just wish I hadn’t listened to societal pressure and had more babies when I wanted too haha!

but my son is excited to be a big brother and I just hope one day he can be 🤞🏻 No use crying over the past!

I tested…nothing but an indent line and false hope. So upset. Next round!

@Blessedmummytobe nice to see you back 💕 awww I know it's so so hard at times Iv really tried to relax this month as much as possible because it's too hard to wait for ovulation and the TWW, I have a feeling we all get there eventually.

I'm good I'm currently in the TWW and was feeling calm but my body has thrown a spanner in the works I tracked ovulation and I'm 4dpo but I had light bleeding yesterday so it's either ovulation bleeding or implantation bleeding if I ovulated earlier than expected....who knows i will just have to wait 😭 xxx

@Babydustthisyear I have done the same. I decided not to track this month and get weighed down with everything. I’ve just been a lot lighter and happier. It actually started to take the fun out of making love to my partner. I noticed some ewcm yesterday and pounced on him though LOL! Only managed to DTD 4 times this cycle as he was away…I’m hopeful though.

Well! I reckon that is implantation bleeding! If you don’t normally get ovulation bleeding (which I’ve never heard of tbh) then it’s probably not that! How exciting! When can you test? X

@Blessedmummytobe aww I'm glad ur feeling the better, some friends who are older than me that I have confided in and have had their families all say that when the relaxed that's when it happened. So it will for us too.

I'm so confused to be honest, I have never had ovulation bleeding but google said it can happen I was so shocked as I was only 3-4dpo but then I read than u can ovulate early and my last cycle was only 26 days when it's usually 28, who knows Iv had some cramping today like my period is due but, I'm confused about when I can test because I could be further along in my cycle than I realise but flo said 25th April and im going to try and wait as long as possible I can't take negative tests 🙈🙈 rather Af showed than a negative 🙈🙈🙈 xx

Staying away from them until af comes due Saturday!

annoyed as SMEP was intense and think we DTD 10 times in the end 🙈

I think I’m ovulating today. Bloated and right sided dull ache. Not tracking. DTD as if I’m following Smep but less pressure.

@Blessedmummytobe thanks for checking in, I'm good, still confused lol I had spotting until yesterday and cramps and nothing today. AF due next week so I'm just going to keep busy until Af shows or I can test.

@Blessedmummytobe period due today, tested and BFN, got cramps just now so assume she’s coming very soon ☹️

In one sense feel okay because December baby wasn’t my brightest plan, but also now can’t believe it’ll be 2024 baby !?

Hey ladies hope your all good, I'm still as confused as ever 🙈 I'm still spotting that's from 4dpo and I'm now 9dpo, it eased about 7dpo then came back. This has to be the worst ever two week wait out of all the cycles AF is not due until next Sunday a week today 😭😭😭

@lottieb92 I totally hear you! I was a little bit gutted when I realised that we were out for 2023 😭 but the way I see it, is more time to get things you want done and save extra money, that's what I'm trying to do. 💕💕

@Babydustthisyear thats promising as it’s something not normal for you. You should defo test now!

I’m about 3DPO. I think! Bloated and twinges! Let’s wait and see!
