Can't find a thread for this but I'm TTC #2. In on CD1 as AF arrived this morning... feel free to join this thread xxx

I'm on CD 12, using CB digis and still on low but got loads of EWCM this mornign so going to dtd tonight anyway. Started on Tuesday doing EOD and will try to do SMEP and do every day after peak. Would have expected the CBs to be flashing by now, especially with the EWCM but I expect they will tomorrow. I usually ovulate around CD15.

@TunnocksTCake in going to test next Sunday as AF is due when DH is away and he was away when I got my BFP with my first so I really want him to be here! I will be 12dpo so I think with an early detection test it should show a positive if I am.

I'm now 2dpo the wait is on! How is everyone in their TWW doing? It's already killing me😂

@mummytoemilia Hi! Looks like we’re around about the same... I ‘think’ I’m 3 DPO but only managed to DTD on CD13 and CD16 so I’m not holding out much hope this month :-( how long have you been ttc?

Hope you don’t mind me joining , ttc baby number 2, period due on the 20th of Feb. For some reason I didn’t think I’d be as nervous anxious around this journey second time around but I totally am and I’ve forgotten everything 🙈😂

I'm 4dpo today, nothing interesting to note (not that anything would happen at this point!)
I plan on testing with my frers & easy@homes next Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning 🥰

the TWW is just so hard I’ve already stocked up on lots of cheap strip tests and I’ll test everyday even though it’s too early I can’t help it I just have to get it done with in the morning or I obsess all day 🙈🙈

Can anyone tell me if over saturated is a thing? Thought seeing as control line is there it’s still a valid test? Help!

Hello 👋 joining in also, I'm getting to the end of my cycle, been quite crampy and had back pain last day or 2. Couldn't resist and did a frer, now here I am ffs 😭
Will attach a pic (broken because yano 🤦‍♀️), vf positive or indent?
I will update in the morning, hopefully with a darker test 🤞

@Rebeccaaa I can see something on the first pic! How many DPO are you?

@Caths456 how long did you wait until you took the pic? These tests usually stay pink for around 10 mins ish. They suggest 3 mins or not to read the test until white xx

I'm inclined to think faint positive, as it looks like the line has a bit of colour towards the bottom rather than just being grey!

Joining in too if that's okay. I'm on cycle 2 of TTC #2, I already have a little boy who turned two recently. I'm currently 5dpo and waiting to test until Weds next week!

Hi, hope you don’t mind me joining in. Jan second month TTC after a few months of tracking my cycle, and AF arrived this morning 😢. And is unusually heavy too. Trying to stay positive, but I’ll be 38 next week 🙈 Was told to TTC for six month before going to doctors, but at my age, do you think asking for hormone tests now would be unreasonable/too early?

@Caths456 I'm not sure to be honest, it does look oversaturated. But I also think I can see a faint line!

@AmyA64 hello! I guess everyone is different in needing hormone tests and things, but I'm on another forum and theres a lady 5 years older than you who has been struggling for a while. If you feel it necessary there's no harm in asking in my opinion, maybe they can give you some extra advice? 💐

@mummytoemilia the wait for your ovulation window is the worst!!

I ended up purchasing a basal thermometer I think I'm just going to track ovulation by that this month! By testing temp every morning before I wake up. Save myself testing with strips as it's alot of stress 3 times a day & also adds pressure.
I'm just Going to dtd every day/ other day ( we usually do anyway ) without fully seeing my surge. xx

@AmyA64 honestly such a long wait. This is our second month of trying & im feeling impatient already ahah !!

I'm now 4dpo, kept having twinges today and when I cough it sometimes hurts, also tmi but when we were doing the deed this evening I was having sharp pains, anyone relate and then later got a bfp?? Not sure if I'm symptom spotting (already!!😂) or whether this is a real symptom at 4dpo but thought i would document anyway ❤️

Hi again, so I had 3 frers. Took another, from same box, that same night and the line was slightly darker. Next morning frer from a different box showed nothing. Got a clear blue today....nothing, I am 8dpo now. That line must be the worst indent I have ever had, from one of the most expensive tests too. Don't know why I test so early because I don't trust any result anyway 😩🙈

@ukMummyof1 im convinced I felt implantation with my first. I can’t remember what dpo I was but I had a really sharp pain in my pelvis

Remember CB aren’t as sensitive though and it’s best to test every other day (they say) as hcg rises if pregnant every couple of days. I know exactly what it’s like though to become obsessed and testing twice daily 😖

my first line at 9DPO with my daughter was super faint but did get stronger each day. How is it looking this morning?

did you get more frer?

I can remember a similar experience when I had conceived but not while having sex. It was just random sharp pains that proceeded into pregnancy occasionally like round ligament pain.
