Been away since Friday and can't believe how many posts there are per day so have skimmed trough them as I don't get much time to look at mn at work these days (and am waiting to get hooked up to the net at home). Thanks for your reply Hester. I'm still on the dpo waiting time but am trying to be chilled out this month and not really do much more than punch in my temps each day to ff so for once I don't even know how many dpo I am.
Happy bding, temping, opking, etc etc to all you ttc mners this week!

morningpaper · 07/12/2004 12:48

Hello Cockenzie and all - I have been popping in to check on you all occasionally and to see how you are getting on! CD4 here so AGES to go until I am crazy again. I am getting some smiles from watching you all going slowly mad like I was last week. :)

I can't decide whether to buy some OPKs or not... I'm worried that thinking about it too much might LESSEN my chances... Dunno! Too tight to go the whole Persona hog I think (where is the cheapest place to buy them 'on the high street' btw?!).

Love and kisses to you all, especially those in limbo! XXXX

cockenzie · 07/12/2004 12:50

blimey, in 4 days 384 posts.what a bunch of chatterboxes!!

cockenzie · 07/12/2004 12:52

if u want a good tip to feed a family of 4 on the cheap, a good way is curries. a big pot of curry will do u 2 days.thats what i do.and its filling (chicken and potato curry with rice?)yuammi. i am just under the weather.

morningpaper · 07/12/2004 12:52

Fastasleep: sorry about your BFN, sorry you are going crazy. Nice to see a young mum here among us with our cardigans and slippers.... Wink

RudyDudy · 07/12/2004 12:55

Bonkerz!!!!Grin Grin Congratulations!!!

Understand your nervousness - are you near a early pregnancy unit? There's one at my local hosp and you can self refer for an early scan. They do them after 6 weeks as that's when the heartbeat shows.

Take it easy and all the best!

Oh - and don't forget to dish out the babydust Grin

RudyDudy · 07/12/2004 12:58

jb - lol Smile. Really don't think it is diabetes - just think I'm knackered with an overactive imagination!!

Speaking of which DS is napping so Im going to grab some zzz's too. See you all later, RD xxx

jeddah · 07/12/2004 13:07

cockenzie I am 41 yrs old, can't afford to waste anymore time!

runtus · 07/12/2004 13:09

Massive Congrats Bonkers!

jeddah · 07/12/2004 13:18

JB dont worry about the stick, it happens to me when I pee on them too much!!!!!!

It reads the hormone in the urine not the blue lines! so you don't have to repeat! (its read it correctly as you have a red light and it would tell you if it was a deflunked stick. just don't pee on it for as long....should only be for 3-5 secs hope this reassures you Grin

jingleballs · 07/12/2004 13:19

good mornin Jeddah - how are we today? it's CD23 for u isn't it? another week to go? ooh hopefully santa will bring u a nice little surprise!

jingleballs · 07/12/2004 13:20

thanks Jed - god i'd be going mad if I didn't have u as a personal persona customer care person! lol.

cockenzie · 07/12/2004 13:37

sory jed.
anyone out there has been trying for 1 year or more?

fastasleep · 07/12/2004 13:46

I'm getting such strange pains in my belly now!! I dread to think what AF's going to be like!! (V weird, if its all..erm..bitty, I'm going to freak out) Sad

I had a funny dream last night, my friend was wandering round asda with her other friend...they were both really 'bumpy' as I call it lol... I stumbled into them unknowingly, took one look at their bumps, and ran off crying! I guess I should listen to the signs my brain gives me rather than testing lol

good luck to anyone going insane, and to those of you who are still in the saner 'pre O' period Wink

jingleballs · 07/12/2004 13:54

right then off to work again... doh! lol.

Hester - i'm assumin ur workin as u've not posted for a while, but I must confess I left the patterns at home, (bit dense really cos they're next to the chair I was sitting in, but any ways, I will copy them for you.. and send them over) Can you do the cable stich as well? I have a lovely cardi (hoody) in that I bought it but it's too hard for me to do :(
