TWW - anyone??

Hi - I have just had my positive OPK & CB digital ovulation and expecting ovulation in the next few days. Weirdly I had stopped tracking for a while due to irregular cycles and just had an urge to test today!

DTD today and plan to for the next few days (sorry tmi!) but wondered if anyone else is on the TWW - it would be nice to have talk and share our experiences 😀

@MrsL22 bleeding gums can be a symptom 🤞

@Mrsrobinsonx symptoms are so tricky and on months I’m not ttc I know my pms symptoms vary wildly from super sore boobs to nothing at all, so I probably should just ignore all symptoms.

today (perhaps 4po) I have had a load of ewcm. It’s too early for implantation and I often get a second load of ewcm but I’m thinking it may mean I didn’t ovulate at the weekend (though cm dried up, ovulation tests went back to barely a line and my nips were a bit sore which they usually are post on). I suppose it’s possible I am now ovulating as I have had cycled when I ovulate late and conceived my first on cd23, so it’s possible.

@PrimarilyParented that is true! I did a test this morning currently 9DPO and there is the faintest line but I think it’s an evap line. I’ve never had one before though, I took the test with easy @ home..

what does everyone think? Are these tests prone to having evap lines?

@Hopefulx theres definitely a line but it looks kind of grey, so I don’t know. I’d try again with another test and afternoon urine. I know they always say morning is best but for some people evening tests are better so I’d try both.

Thank you all! I did a FRER yesterday afternoon and the same thing happen - the faintest line appeared but again it didn’t have much colour. So I run to tescos and got an early digital which confirmed pregnancy. I still don’t quite believe it, but trying not to get my hopes up until I see line progression.

One app says I’m 9DPO today and another says I’m 10DPO, either way it’s still early so anything could happen and I have zilch symptoms, but it’s so early I guess.

I have no symptoms this month either really.
had light pink after sex last night but again I think it’s a sign AF is coming as I had it last month and wasn’t pregnant, strange though as last time doctor said it was friable cervix from my colposcopy but this time we have dtd lots and nothing until yesterday. X

@Mrsrobinsonx no symptoms for me either, I’m trying to stay calm as it’s on cycle 2 of ttc and I know it normally takes longer than 2 cycles even if everything is fine. I’m still so so hopeful that this is our month but distracting myself with other things as there’s really nothing more I can do this month.

Eeeek congratulations @Hopefulx fingers crossed everything progresses how it should 😊 what made you do a test initially? I noticed you said you have no symptoms. Only thing I've noticed this month is really tender nipples but not my boobs. I feel so much more relaxed about it all though

@Mrsrobinsonx how many DPO are you? That’s sounds like a good sign. Keeping everything crossed for you! When is af due? Are you going to test?

@PrimarilyParented thank you! I’m trying not to get ahead of myself though, last time I started planning everything in my mind and miscarried at 6 weeks. So trying to be more relaxed but it’s so hard. Keeping my fingers crossed for you! When will you start testing?

@Sb86 the only thing that was odd, was my temp dropped on 8DPO by about 0.2 and then shot back up on 9DPO so I was a bit curious so did a test. I usually start testing on 9 DPO though as I can’t stop myself. I keep reading that it’s so unlikely to actually have any preg symptoms before as too early, usually just the progesterone kicking in! Glad you feel relaxed! Keep us updated 🤞🏽

@Hopefulx i am 11dpo and AF due on Wednesday.
I tested today and think there’s a faint line, but it’s so faint in person so I won’t be convinced for a while. Praying this is it 🤞🏻

Fingers crossed @Mrsrobinsonx do another test Tuesday if you can wait til then and the line should be more visible 🤞🏼

Ah I see @Hopefulx that's fair enough, any little thing is enough to excuse us to do a test isn't it haha. I haven't temped this month as I found it kind of added to the stress. We've done all we can do just hope that nature does it's job 🤞🏼 but will defo keep you updated. I think af is due around next Sat so we shall see if anything changes this week in terms of symptoms and see if af rears it's ugly head 😒

@Mrsrobinsonx ah fingers crossed this is it for you too! Mine was like that it was so faint but it’s still faint but it is getting more noticeable. If you have the cheapies easy @ home tests, I’d just test every morning
so can see if there is line progression. Sending you all the positive vibes!

@Sb86 temping can add to the stress I completely agree. I said I wasn’t going to test this time round but then we didn’t dtd much so I already thought I was out lol Will you start testing before or just wait for af to arrive or to not arrive!

i think I’m around 7dpo but I could be less or more as I don’t temp and didn’t even use ovulation tests regularly. Cd14 almost no second line on opk, cd16 a strong line, by cd17 the line was weaker and cd18 it was almost gone again so I just figure I ovulated somewhere in the 16-18 day region.

@Hopefulx going to wait and see if af arrives, I have tested early before and been downhearted seeing nothing. I'm either going to be pregnant or not, I don't have any plans for the weekend so I don't need to test early to see if I can have a drink. Got brother in laws 40th the weekend after though, really hope I can't drink for it, people might start questioning things as it's a bottomless brunch 😅

I did one today (11 DPO) and the line is faint pink but a lot more visible now which is positive. I don’t know why but I still feel worried but got to relax and enjoy it as everything may be ok 🤞🏽

Hi ladies! What cheapie sticks would you recommend (at the start of the TTC 2DC).
Also would you say that conceive plus lubricant is better than pre seed? Or the other way round? Xxx

@Hopefulx Got another faint line on a cheapy test and faint line on frer but sooo faint so I’m not sure.

This month I haven’t actually had many symptoms, most months I’ve had more symptoms I haven’t been pregnant so they were obviously pms.
I only have slightly tender boobs, sharp pains/throbbing in my lower stomach and felt a little bit nauseas but only when I’m hungry. X
