TWW - anyone??

Hi - I have just had my positive OPK & CB digital ovulation and expecting ovulation in the next few days. Weirdly I had stopped tracking for a while due to irregular cycles and just had an urge to test today!

DTD today and plan to for the next few days (sorry tmi!) but wondered if anyone else is on the TWW - it would be nice to have talk and share our experiences 😀

@PrimarilyParented I understand what you mean. It's a hard one. I'm just going to see how I feel, if I wake up and want to rest tomorrow then will go for it. Need to tell myself even if negative it doesn't mean it's the end!

I randomly did my BBT this morning (I know you need to do it everyday to get the graph etc but I'm silly) and it's 36.08. Would that be considered high?

I gave in and tested at DPO8 using internet cheapie. Got an annoying indent line. Bit I'm not too fussed as I knew I was being silly. I'm deliberately holding off ordering FRERs until I'm DPO9 so they'll arrive for morning of DPO11.

If FRER is negative on DPO11/12, I think I'll order conceive plus vitamins for start of next cycle. 😊

@apples24 sorry to hear that! How do you know the difference between an indent line? Is this the same as evap?

I wish I had held off ordering my FRER, they came a lot earlier and it's torture! I'm going to try and hold off until Sunday (10DPO) to test - I don't think I can wait that long though!

I highly recommend conceive plus. Although only started using them beginning of December, it gave me a much stronger peak on my OPK and I got ovulation pain for the first time! Wish I had tracked BBT to see if ovulation has actually happened but definitely a step in the right direction. Heard a lot of great reviews too. Hoping that if not BFP that AF will finally arrive as they help to reduce cycle lengths!

Hey ladies I've read the thread as I'm just a few days in to the tww so nothing to report symptom wise. Had a miscarriage in October at 8 weeks due to a Subchorionic hematoma which I'd never heard of but turns out they are quite common! We started trying again last month but don't think my cycle had gone back to normal. This cycle got a static smiley on the CB digi (first time using) and 2 very strong lines on the lh test. We covered all bases DTD thankfully my oh is more than happy to oblige. I use natural cycles and temp for bbt and have done up until this morning but going to give it a miss now until my af arrives if it does, just that in the past it has me obsessing over it and stressing that the temp isn't going up etc. I'd rather just wait and see if af arrives or not, going to hold off testing early too as on another thread I'm on there have been a few chemicals leading to obvious disappointment. So glad these threads exist as I don't feel like a crazy person when I see others doing the exact same I do eg googling every little twinge or feeling haha. Currently 10dpo into my wait. Had a bfn today. Had nausea for a few days, was sick yesterday, breast changes but still nothing. Weve been trying for 12 months now. Weve had 2 early losses and 1 ectopic. The TWW is horrendous but I think im out this month.

@Louise0808 don't give up hope, 10dpo is still early. With my last pregnancy I tested at 12dpo and was bfn then waited until 14dpo to test again and it was a BFP and even then it was only a thin line. But you're right, the tww is awful. When is your af due? Maybe try again in a couple of days

I'm due the 10th to 12th. So still early I guess. I hope things change. I'm glad they did for you and it gives me hope still :)

Nothing new my end either, he odd cramp but that's about it... starting to feel like I'm out this month. AF isn't due till 12th so still time I suppose.

@Louise0808 sorry to hear about your losses! Definitely don't give up hope there is still plenty of time - easier said than done I know 🤣 7DPO and already itching to test!

@AROSE9 I see your temperature post, it’s hard to know if that’s high or not for you without seeing your temps prior to ovulation. Hopefully you get your bfp and don’t need to temp, but if you have another cycle I recommend temping as it can help confirm once you have ovulated. It can also help identify if progesterone is low, I think I have this as my temp has started to come down already.

I had some very mild cramps yesterday but they have gone today. I cracked today 😂 did a FRER test at lunch which was of course bfn but trying to still have hope as only 9 DPO and my pee was so diluted (trying to convince myself that’s why it was neg) I really thought this month was the month but now I’ve got that gut feeling I am out. I’m going to test again on Saturday morning and then will hold out until AF arrives. How are you getting on lovely? X

@AROSE9 heyyy, hope you're doing well! Im going to test tomorrow (approx 12dpo) then im going to leave it until after AF.. no new symptoms.. just tired today and my right boob is still hurting to touch. I usually get sore bbs days before AF and I havent had that yet! AF is due Sunday. My app says that my cycle is 25 days but has been 24 days and 26? So god knows.. i dont track ovulation, but we did dtd on the day i had EWCM and according to my app it was 2 days before ov but might be 3 if my cycle is 26 days or 1 day if 24 days? All very confusing 😕 x

@Hopefulx I thought so with BBT, think I am just clutching at straws 😂 I did a test today too late afternoon (7DPO) which was of course BFN. I think we both tested too early so just got to be hopeful! I'm not sure if I should test tomorrow or not! I just want to know!

@30mummy I think it all sounds positive still! We're not out until AF appears. I feel like as the day goes on I am not feeling as many symptoms so think I'm out again.

I had another dubious looking line on internet cheapie thid evening, I'll test again in the morning and might upload a pic here if something shows up again.

omg this 2ww thing is doing so many tricks with my mind. One moment I’m convinced I have symptoms and the next I’m sure I’m out this month. I honestly just don’t know anymore. I woke up in the night with bad cramps but desperately needed a wee and TMI had to go for a number 2 urgently this morning so it could have been that. Nothing much else all day other than some discharge but I have seen it in months we weren’t TTC so I don’t think it’s a sign and actually think it means I’m out as it’s normal for me.

Thanks ladies, was the worst time of my life and not a day goes by when I don't think about how big I'd be now and how I'd be going for the scan anytime as I'd be 21 weeks. It really is tough going, I just hope that we get a BFP before May as I'm dreading the baby's due date coming up and not being pregnant 😔

We are doing all we can just got to hope that everything is going to plan behind the scenes.

Having these threads to talk to all you lot is great though and really does help

Just an update,

I did a FRER this morning (12dpo, i think) BFN. My AF is due Sunday so I'll just wait for that

8DPO and BFN..... I think I'm out!

@AROSE9 - not out yet if only 8DPO! I had mine with first at 10DPO - I think I had implantation on 9DPO as remember struggling at work with awful cramps.

I had a better line this morning - so 9DPO. Even husband can see it and it has proper colour. I also tested my ICs with just water and there was no evap/indent. So I'm cautiously starting to think it could be real. It is still so early though, could turn out to be chemical. I also have zero symptoms - tummy was a bit upset yesterday but that's all.

FRERs should arrive on Monday.

@AROSE9 I did another test this morning and it is still BFN, I can’t help myself otherwise I keep thinking about it all day 😂 I also did a progesterone test over the last 5 days and my results are getting lower so I think I’m definitely out this month. Keep me updated with how you get on, sending you so much baby dust ✨

@AROSE9 Yeah definitely, all new to me this so we will try next month!
8dpo is still very early, I think i might just start waiting for AF's, so much stress counting these dpo's!

@Sb86 so sorry for your loss. It’s so hard, we are very similar I would have been 22 weeks now if didn’t Mc. Let’s hope we get our little rainbow - sending all the baby dust! How many DPOs are you? Have you had any symptoms as of yet? X
