it’s like, while I’m more hopeful for a BFP, I’m DEFINITELY more worried now that I’ll keep getting chemicals.. although because I promised myself I wouldn’t test early or before AF I think I’ve mentally prepared myself for that not to be the case - hmmm, it’s hard isn’t it! But I’d definitely rather not know. I’ll also be more mindful about a BFP if I were to get one but tbh once I bled properly I turned quite quickly to a BFN on a digital so I’m sticking with digital testing maybe like 2 days after a missed period - if I get lucky?!
my other concern is whether the chemical will impact AF … so mindful that it may not be a missed period until a while after? Ugh I don’t know lol! It’s all up in the air.
like you, I have had a few similar symptoms however nothing to the extreme like last month but I’m hopeful this will be a good thing because tbh I was so poorly a few times last time so assuming that’s because my body was rejecting it?? Hoping I have mild symptoms but not holding out on a BFP this month. I didn’t track digitally as we were away and kept it pretty chilled.
The two things i am also mindful of are boiling hot baths - I take one an evening which is no good if you’re pregnant so wondering if that’s something to stop after ovulation or is that just insane. Secondly, the non caffeine is something I’m trying for sure - there are some lovely ones that actually taste better! I stick with my morning caffeine but then have as many as I like non caffeine through out the day.
I also wasn’t taking folic acid religiously before the chemical so I’m mindful of that and trying to take this daily too! It’s like a game of chess isn’t it 🤣🤣 hoping for a BFP for you this month 🥰🤞 xx
