Halloween testers 🎃

Hi all,

I’m just starting my TWW and planning on testing around 29 October (unless period comes sooner which it did last month!)

Anyone else planning to test around Halloween?

@TI2411 ahh ok yes I was just wondering if you might have ovulated earlier than your app thinks - actually just read your post again and you said that you might have done. So annoying not knowing for sure what's going on, isn't it?

I caved… is this what I think it is?! Photos taken at 3 minutes. The line seems too far over to me?!

@TI2411 i see it but yeah it does seem it could be a bit far to the left, have you got any others to test with xx

@ChloeN ive got some Boots strip ones so not as sensitive as FR. I’ll leave it a couple of days and test again

Actually that must be kind of a stressful result for you 🫤I guess there's a chance that is a real test line, but they've lined it up wrong when they manufactured the test. But yeah, it doesn't look right...

8dpo and the urge to test early is getting stronger 🙈

Seeing people testing is giving me the.urge to POAS....or do I wait the couple more days until AF is due?

Also does anyone have any recommendations for which FRER to get!? I never usually test and just wait out for AF to show lol

@Billyv i am so confused 😕 my other half said ‘well what else could it be’. But I’m still not convinced 😂

@Tbark if you want the early one I think it says 6 days early on the box! The only other first response test I’ve seen is the rapid response ones xx

Same boat as you! 7/8 dpo, negative test this morning.

I have caved and bought a box of wondfos of of amazon, says you can test from 10DPO and got a box of 25 tests too so won't be as bad as spending a small fortune on FRERs.

@TI2411 I have never seen that before but retest and let us know!! Fingers crossed its a gd sign!!

Thanks everyone! Gonna nip past the shop ony way home.from work....I can't resist the urge to test!!! If its a BFN I know I'll be more disappointed than if I'd just waited for.AF haha. How crazy does this TTC journey make us 😅

I just caved with my only test (cheap strip test) at 8/9dpo it is of course stark white, at least the temptation is gone as I have no more tests 🙈😂

@Roxybabe its so odd isn’t it! My brain is so confused!
A couple of my friends have said there’s definitely two lines there, but both agreed that the test line looks too far across.

@TI2411 what DPO are you? I agree, no denying there is a line! But its far over! I don't know how you are waiting to retest! I would be straight down the shops!!

Hi all can I join .. period due on the 30th and I said I was gonna wait but I took a test today of course, absolutely amazing self control I have ...Lol

It's defo an evap line. However I am still convincing myself it isn't and holding onto some hope.

I haven't read all- so much to read! But I laughed at the symptom spotting. Crazy how many of us are on the same boat.

I'm not familiar with all the abbreviations sorry! I think I'm 9dpo

@Roxybabe I'm 11DPO.....so probably not but I'm clutching at strawers and my sister didn't get BFP until AF was nearly 2 weeks late with all.3 of her kids!!! This is honestly making me crazy 🤪
