@MeganMama28 welcome back! So sorry about AF but come on in for May, few of us already into the cycle! I'm just waiting for AF to bugger off, she was meant to be done by now and I have a wax today as off on hols tomorrow, reaalllly don't want to have to go with a tampon in! (Some morning TMI for you all 😂)

LOVE the POA, I'll do mine ha

• I think I'm going to do a semi SMEP, so will try every other day from CD 14--CD22 and when I hit peak do two days in a row (the most I think I'll get out of DH!)
• Carry on with all my vits (thousands) but avoid bit b6 &12 until after ovulation (worried it's making my whole cycle longer)
• RELAX. Stop obsessing, enjoy the holiday, and stop feeling the FEAR (as my therapist put it lol) about not getting pregnant
• use the Ovusense and see if I can get reassurance that I'm ovulating

Anyone else bothered by how you can't watch any TV or movie without being reminded?! It's so frustrating... And my FB is full of lots of newborns... Happy for others of course but it doesn't make it any easier... :(

@pocketbunny oh it's relentless isn't it. I was off Instagram for like 3 months post MC as was so overly sensitive to it all.
I'm a bit better now but weird things trigger me, like celebs I don't know announcing their pregnant! Very random...

I've been working on positive thoughts (not toxic positivity!) But things "like 90 percent of couples get pregnant in a year, I've been pregnant before, my sister has had two uncomplicated pregnancies and she started when she was older than me"... Etc. When you're feeling upset or angry, I try to think of that. Definitely doesn't always work but is a starting point!

@MO22 @pocketbunny it's everywhere when you don't want it to be, isn't it? My SIL had her second accidental baby while I was in hospital having a MMC. Horrible. I had to avoid Instagram for a long time after all that.

I'm fairly certain Rihanna is going to have her baby around when mine would have been due so can't escape thinking about it!

@Presently14 and @MO22 sorry to hear about your challenges too. I can't imagine the pain of having a MC... I really hope you get your full term, healthy pregnancies soon xx

I just feel like if someone could say "it'll take you 7 months to conceive" or "you'll have a baby in 2023" or something it would make it easier. I thought it would be instant and now I've gone from being positive about it to worrying if my years of excessive period pain are going to turn out to be something more sinister. (Don't think being stuck at home sick all day is helping with my mindset. I feel soo unattractive and useless and AF is due in a day or two.)

@RMS0209 Can positive Polly come out?

Hope everyone is doing ok, and I agree I think I need positive polly too!

9DPO today and have started bleeding. So far it's not a lot, and is brown not bright red, but still pretty sure it's AF 😔

Hi ladies, mind if I hop on? I'm currently 3dpo and it's going sooo slow 😭 last month I was so busy I could almost forget about it but not this time!

@Nyxxie there's a chance it's not AF when it's brown. Hard to be positive I know my period started like that last month but several women seem to have brown spotting as part of implantation.

@QueenBee22 Thanks, some small part of me is still hoping it could be implantation! I have been having a short luteal phase so it is about the time I would expect AF though 😪

Hi everyone, hope it's ok to join in? TTC #1 since Dec.
Think I'm about 6dpo, but only had a really small and slow BBT increase after positive LH test so can't be sure! Already itching to test and it's driving me potty!

@pocketbunny I know exactly what you mean - it's the not knowing that's the hard part! What cycle are you on? We conceived first cycle back in august then MMC in October and nothing yet. It's so tough, wondering when/if it will happen.

@Nyxxie can't offer much advice bar a handhold as I had that last cycle and turned out to be AF. I hope yours isn't but for any solace if it is, at least it's sooner into the next cycle and another chance to try again. Big hugs

@pocketbunny I completely agree, if someone told be I'd definitely have a baby, but in a particular time frame I'd chill out. I felt the same trying to meet my DH, dated a lot of frogs and didnt meet him.until.i was 29... We just have to keep the faith I think that it WILL happen at some point

@MO22 @Presently14 I googled the Mira and they keep emailing me offers now. I'm like haha not a chance.

Hi, just thought I would update as I’m a serial thread watcher and not good at participating and I always wish I saw more people say what happened next.

So my two week wait went much quicker this time after getting a UTI followed by a sickness bug, honestly felt like death. Arrived on holiday yesterday and this morning and remembered I was 13DPO so took a test and got a BFP 😬.
Feeling all over the place as I had a chemical pregnancy last month and felt more ‘pregnant’ then than I do now. My line was so much stronger than last month and appeared instantly so really hoping for a sticky bean 🙏 although feeling guilty for all the Imodium etc. I took over the last few days when I felt so ill.

Trying not to overthink everything and relax 🙏. Fingers crossed for lots more BFP on this thread xxx

@MO22 hello! I weirdly have a good feeling this time which is annoying as I don't want to get my hopes up too much as then the disappointment if it doesn't work out is awful! Time is going slow, how about you where abouts are you in your cycle?

I think early ovulation for me again noticed EWCM already

Hi all, I am TTC baby no.2 for 6 months now, this is all new to me as with no.1 I fell pregnant right away (lucky I know). I'm weighing up whether to try ovulation tests or not.. I don't want it to add more pressure when I am already starting to get slightly stressed wondering why it was so easy first time but not this time. Is it better to use ovulation tests or just try to have sex every other day?
Any advice on how to chill a bit?😣

@Mummamama if you think it's going to add more stress, why don't you maybe try just one month of OPKs? That way you can check you do have a surge? I'm pretty sure BD every other day should cover it, but checking there is an LH peak would put my mind at ease a bit I think x

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet, needed to take some time away after another negative month, it was good not to think about ttc for a while honestly.

Im cd 6 today and af has gone so I’ll start opks again soon. Not strategies or changes this month, just focusing on healthy eating and keeping as stress free as possible - good luck right 😂

totally agree with pregnancy and babies being everywhere at the moment! I think I get a pregnancy announcement every week at the moment! trying to stay of Instagram too - I always gets baby stuff coming up otherwise!

@Hello47 when I was pregnant last year I followed a lot of tik tok pregnancies. After the miscarriage I opened the app once and it was so triggering I have never opened it since. I totally get this.

Also too damn old to be messing about with tik tok😂
