Hi!
Making a thread looking for some company/support
I'm currently going into cycle 4, trying to conceive baby 1.
Looking for others in similar situation.
Beginning to feel a bit deflated now, as I am sure many many others are too.
Trying some things different this cycle to hopefully get a BFP
•ordered an Ovusense core
•carrying on with my reflexology weekly
•Trying the SMEP method
•Hot water bottle after ovulation as I read someone else done on here
•carrying on with my supplements

Any other advice/recommendations/suggestions welcome

May April be the months of lots of BFP's 🌟.x

I'm 2 DPO and so far I have googled obsessively about EWCM and also short luteal phase (mine is 12, but it was 13 pre miscarriage).

This does not bode well for the TWW... I am feeling a bit mad this month!

How is everyone else doing?

@Tor2022 sorry to hear about your loss 😞 it is possible to ovulate around 14 days after your miscarriage started, before your first period

@MO22 if it makes you feel better I am 14DPO with 0 EWCM... and I get 12/13 days before I start spotting then AF x

@Longbin obviously it's sad that you're having to go that way but hopefully it's a bit of a relief to know you have a plan? and to not have to obsessively think about it for a while.. hopefully those dates don't drag for you, have you got much planned to take your mind off it this year?
@Tor2022 welcome! Sadly there are a few on here who have had MC's or chemicals so hopefully the group will help.
@MrsGrealish ah still plenty of time for that BFP! just think of you peeing on a fiver anytime you're tempted to test 😂
Anyone know if bad headaches can be a sign of being about to ovulate before I get lost in a google hole? It's been awful the past 2 days, and looking back I had the same thing in my last cycle...

@RMS0209 I'm similar, since the miscarriage I spot days 11/12 and come on day 13...

I'm taking b12 but is there anything else we can do??

Probably the best thing is not to stress!

@Tor2022 so sorry for your loss. I got a static smiley about two weeks post surgery but I don't think I actually ovulated. Someone wiser than be on this group or the miscarriage one has already said it, but give yourself a break if you can. I went mental TTC right away and it did me no good mentally. Thinking of you x

@alwaysseeingstars I caved this month and got the premium flo app (to join several other apps) and it says headaches v common around fertile window if that helps!

@MO22 oh thank you, that's really helpful! I suffer from a rare type of migraine but this is a completely different pain so feel it must be linked somehow. Is the premium version much better than the free one? I just have the free one and wondered on the differences! :) Also I've heard Omega 3 is good for a healthy luteal phase if that helps...

@alwaysseeingstars I just went in with the premium version actually so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It's ok, it is quite interesting when you log your symptoms and it compares them to other people at the same time and says whether it's common or not!

I have bog standard migraines and I find I get them around my period but only just started tracking it. I think anecdotally lots of headaches can be from different hormones dropping and peaking - so when estrogen drops in fertile window it could cause it, or when progesterone does...? Dr Google over here 🧐

@MO22 That makes sense re the hormones changing :) Haha I know what you mean re the vitamins, at least our bodies should be benefiting from us filling them up with all this goodness! 😂

It's not EW (I've never noticed that before) but my CM has changed to very watery all of a sudden - maybe ov is finally on the way!

I am 4DPO and just had a stabbing pricking pain I've never had before for about 10minutes and now it's stopped... The 2WW is the worstttttttt!!!

Did a FRER this morning at 10DPO and BFN 😔 going to count myself as out and resist the urge to pee on any more sticks (or fivers!!) unless AF is late which is due Monday. Having some cramps so think its coming soon.

Hoping for some positive tests for you all and good luck to those approaching the TWW ❤
