I’m almost 100% convinced I’m out now!

Really really hoping a December baby is the one. Anyone else?

@Sunshine92 last month my LH levels went from really low to peak in one day! So defo recommend testing more than once a day if you don’t already

Sunshine92 · 08/03/2022 13:01

@Charl881 ooh thank you! That’s made me feel better! I have been testing in the morning and then again in the evening … if I remember šŸ™ˆ
I’ll hope for the best!

BiscuitLover3678 · 08/03/2022 13:12
@BiscuitLover3678 are you doing OPK testing? It only takes once and today is still a bit early if you do ovulate on Thursday so fingers crossed he’s better for tomorrow / Wednesday!
That’s true I’m hoping he perks up.

I am and they’re low or a bit inconclusive. My digital opk one seems to be broken!

Ok so day off today and time to obsess about LH levels. CD14 and a low 0.38 maybe I'll ovulate later this weekšŸ¤ž

What tests are you using to get a number? Fingers crossed! Also means you have time to be in the mood to DTD Grin

@FreckledMouse I actually don't mind cd1 either. I find it more frustrating between a bfn at 9dpo and then waiting for cd1 because you feel stuck in a pointless cycle šŸ˜‚.

I'm on cd12 and got my static this morning, though my cheapies aren't quite positive yet so will probably ovulate tomorrow or the day after.

That puts me at a due date of 1st December if I was successful and I'd most likely need an elective c-section, so would really be around the mid 20s of November.

MrsGrealish · 08/03/2022 15:01

@BiscuitLover3678 very true and I'm so not 😐
Easy@home ovulation strips. Download premom app, POAS, wait 6 mins and upload to the app. So easy....if only everything was šŸ’•

And thank you. If I’m out this month then I’ll get some for next month. Something to focus on.

@MrsGrealish last month I had .38 in the morning then my peak that same evening, confirmed with a digital clear blue, so it might be closer than you think!

I hate this bit of waiting for the fertile period, almost as bad as the TWW.

MrsGrealish · 08/03/2022 21:27

@Charl881 šŸ™ˆ actually? Wish me luck tonight then šŸ˜…

Tinkerbell098 · 09/03/2022 11:58

Hi ladies, I've just finished my FW and entering the TWW. Can I join? Just wanted some positivity in my life as have been struggling for more than a year to conceive. Now trying to focus on positive things like the would be due date/ how to tell OH the good news/ how to break the news to the rest of the family etc. So, hoping for a December baby. Nice to meet you all :)

Charl881 · 09/03/2022 14:13

@Tinkerbell098 welcome, I hope the TWW passes quickly for you. Although what I hate about TTC is you’re constantly trying to fast forward time. Fingers crossed this is your month, my DS took 13 months to conceive, was so shocked when I got my BFP. Now it feels like number 2 will never happen, just got to keep on hoping.

Tinkerbell098 · 09/03/2022 15:04

@Charl881 thanks :) when are you due to test?

Charl881 · 09/03/2022 15:51

@Tinkerbell098 not even in the TWW yet! Due to ovulate Sunday/ Monday so still got at least two weeks before I can even think about testing.

MrsGrealish · 09/03/2022 18:15

Hi @Tinkerbell098! Everything crossed for this month for you 😊
For me CD 15 and a crappy 0.23 level. Total false alarm last night.
@BiscuitLover3678 how's DH?

BiscuitLover3678 · 09/03/2022 18:59

Anyone else feel like this is a really slow month?
Dh is feeling much better thanks! Hopefully we can get to it soon. How about you?

According to all my apps ovulation should be tomorrow but I’m still getting a blank smiley and really faint lines.

Hi @Tinkerbell098 sending all the baby dust your way and hope these two weeks pass quickly! šŸ’«

@BiscuitLover3678 yes, this month feels really slow for me…I haven’t DTD once yet but my OPKs are so so low!

Has anyone else had results this low before?! It went up a little bit on CD11 then back down again…think I’ve missed it?! 😩

December babies ā„ļøā˜ƒļøšŸ§£šŸŽŠšŸŒ²
Charl881 · 09/03/2022 20:54

@BiscuitLover3678 yep really slow! CD12 for me and first day of fertile period according to apps but I cba to DTD which I know is the wrong mindset. It all just feels like an effort this month.

@Sunshine92 when do you usually ovulate? Might just be later this month. Doesn’t mean that you’re not currently fertile.

MrsGrealish · 09/03/2022 21:06

@Charl881 @Sunshine92 mine started high I think because of chemical but dropped really quickly so CD15 and still really low. I've still the odd covid joint aches so am thinking my body is in recovery mode.
DTD last night and day 6/7 but it felt like a struggle..šŸ˜•

@BiscuitLover3678 glad DH is feeling better! Hopefully in time for ovulation..and yes the month is dragging.

Gonna keep testing anyway in case it's just a delayed ovulation but I'm rarely late

Sunshine92 · 09/03/2022 21:23

@Charl881 yeah, hopefully it’s just later this month šŸ¤žšŸ» I usually ovulate around CD14 which is today. But last month I had an unusually long cycle. Nearly always bang on 28 days and regular as clockwork but I was 33 days last month… so, who knows!

Charl881 · 09/03/2022 22:19

@MrsGrealish yeah covid could well effect it as well! Apparently the first part of your cycle can always vary in length whereas the second part is meant to be the same each time.

ali2021 · 09/03/2022 23:22

Hi everyone! Going to jump on board and join you lovely ladies in wait!! Hoping for a Dec baby too šŸ¤žšŸ¤ž TTC for 10 mths and becoming very disillusioned with the whole process!
Just in relation to your easy@home dilemmas above.. I also was using these last month for the first time. I similarly recorded v low readings all month and assumed I didn't ovulate. However, I'd gone to doc on day 3 and day 21 and turns out I had ovulated.. doc was very happy with my progesterone levels! So don't be too worried if you don't appear to get a peak reading 😃
Sending baby dust to all ā¤

MrsGrealish · 10/03/2022 07:44

@ali2021 😳 what a gimmick then because I have loads of EWCM just low readings. Thank u for this little nugget of info!

Charl881 · 10/03/2022 07:44

Yeah first time I used easy@home tests I didn’t get anything close to a peak but I was using the clear blue tests at the same time and I got one on there. Maybe they’re not the most accurate!

I always remind myself that DTD regularly is more important than targeting a specific day or two anyway. Easier said than done though!

MrsGrealish · 10/03/2022 07:49

I suppose it can peak so quickly you'd likely miss it if you weren't testing enough..still gonna POAS today can't go cold turkey šŸ˜‚
