I’m almost 100% convinced I’m out now!

Really really hoping a December baby is the one. Anyone else?

@BiscuitLover3678 I normally ovulate day 13 which I think would be 8 March but no doubt covid will mess my cycles up 🙄 the gift that keeps giving

@BiscuitLover3678 I used to have 28 day cycles, so day 14 which would be the 11th, this last one after the chemical was 31 days tho, with ovulation about day 19, which would be 20th, so basically I have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️. When are you expected to ovulate?

10th or 11th via different apps. Tbh it hasn’t worked on ovulation day so far so who knows!

I’m sorry, I don’t know how chemical affects it but I know it could change it all.

I hope you have good months and can maybe just DTD when feels right and if it happens, it happens. That’s what we sort of did month before last after lots of illness. Didn’t work for us but I’ve known a number of babies be born that way!

A bit odd but what does is mean if your periods really short? think it’s over already and I’m day 3. Normally it’s 5 days and v light on day 5. On day 3 and nothing all day!

It just seems to mess the cycle up, guessing to do with hormones, whereas my 7 week miscarriage before these two chemicals didn’t, which I find weird. The only time I ever had short periods was when I’m sure I didn’t ovulate and it was more a bleed than my period if that makes sense. They were just after I had my implant out. Did your period come early? Could it of been implantation bleeding?

I would agree with @Bubblesandballoons on the short AF. I didn't ovulate in June and had a 3 day cycle xx @BiscuitLover3678

That’s really weird! How did you work out you hadn’t ovulated? Only thing is I’m pretty sure I got static smileys on those ov sticks. Who knows. I’ll see if Af suddenly comes back of something! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also first day was really heavy. Maybe I didn’t properly ovulate though.

@BiscuitLover3678 after I miscarried in April I started to track fertility with OPKs and log everything into my iPhone. I used the easy@home sticks not the clear blue ones though. I had 3 high days but no peak. And a shorter AF. So I'm assuming I didn't ovulate. But who knows. I found the short AF weird too but it never happened again and I got actual really dark peaks since June.
We weren't trying to conceive back then I just found it helped me focus on something after the miscarriage.
A static would suggest ovulation though 🧐

Yep so AF was only 2 days for me, so so weird.

I’ve missed some of this thread as been away since Friday but I’m here on CD3 and ready to get trying for baby #2. Can’t decide whether to use OPKs this month or take a break.

Hi, hope its ok to join as gutted that AF arrived a day or two early even! Does anyone else's cycle length vary each month? Really hoping we'll get our little December penguin-baby this month :)

It’s so reassuring for me to see there are a few of us TTC #2 who can haven’t conceived straight away! I sometimes feel like it’s all the other mums I know got pregnant straight away with their second.

Yes I keep hearing that people conceived on their first go. So hard to hear when it hasn’t happened like that for you. We’ll get that BFP soon 🤞🏼

@Charl881 my previous two pregnancies were conceived on cycle 8 each so I think I was being naive if it would happen earlier 😂.

@Chanel05 my DS took a full year. But I had a chemical last year when I wasn’t even trying and only DTD once all cycle, so I naively thought it would be easy once we actually started trying!

To be fair most people I know said it took a while with the second so made me feel better.
I wonder if I’ll ovulate earlier this month after such a short period. Sort of can’t be bothered with opks but if it doesn’t work this month the due dates for the next few are pretty rubbish so it would be nice!

Hey, how’s everyone doing? I’m also trying for no 2. Cd 5 for me and bleeding pretty much tapered off, so hoping for a more normal cycle this month 🤞🏻. Considering taking baby aspirin this month, is anyone else on it?
