Does anyone know anything about progesterone cream? Isit good to take when u are pregnant

@jjunaki100 I wanna throw anything that works at this whole thing, but I'd be wary of taking anything that could mess cycles up further...have no idea if progesterone cream is one of those things or not though...is this your first miscarriage? Sorry if you've already said. From what I understand, most miscarriages are a case of bad luck rather than underlying issues and there's no need to do too much differently...but...definitely not an expert, and totally understand wanting to find things that help

This was my first mc and I guess I'm just left parronoid I'm sorry I know people have had more.losses 😣

@jjunaki100 don't be sorry; it's my first as well and I've been absolutely devastated by it. Especially the feeling from "real life people" that, ok, back to normal now, come on. It's so hard. What they told me at the hospital (I was paranoid about my age and asked lots of questions) is that it's usually just a case of getting the "right" sperm and egg next time. So unless you think you have underlying issues like thyroid stuff, etc, you wouldn't necessarily need to do anything differently. That said, I'm so willing to do anything I think might help conceive and then hold onto it :(

Heard low dose aspirin helps bit I spoke to my gp yesterday she told me to not think about all that unless it wad to happen again. I'm just thinking I don't want it to happen again 😭😭😭😭

@jjunaki100 We're trying but I've yet to ovulate again post m/c. So trying in vain at the moment. What about you? I think what I find both terrifying (and oddly freeing I guess) is that if there's an issue with the embryo there's nothing that can help. I think things like creams, aspirin are more for if you suspect there's an underlying issue with your body that keeps it from holding a pregnancy versus an issue with the embryo itself. I could be 100 perfect wrong though, I'm no expert...others who know more might chime in..!

Ok so I’m 3dpo and my boobs hurt. I know it’s irrational and likely just progesterone buuuut 👀 I’ve never had sore boobs after ovulating before. Has anyone else??

@Skl2021 my first symptom of pregnancy with the miscarriage was super sore boobs. No idea how many DPO as I wasn’t tracking. I’ve had a Google and likely progesterone but hey I’ll tell take it 🤣

@aesgriff ooo maybe it's a lucky symptom then 🤞 hopefully this is the month!! 🙊 Haha don't Google 🙈 keep positive! I'm not doing too bad. Still don't believe it 🤦 just feel normal still don't have any symptoms or anything so hasn't really sunk in xx

@Skl2021 I'm good thank you, getting some dizzy spells and nausea waves that come from nowhere and are so strong, how are you? 💕

@arianasky that's promising! I have hardly any symptoms. It doesn't even feel real. I have had a bit of dizziness and feeling wet down there 🤣 constantly knicker checking 🤦 xx

@arianasky it's horrible expecting blood every time u go to the toilet 🤦 I don't usually get sickness until after 6 weeks. Tiredness has started tho 🤣🙈 xx

@Skl2021 well my last pregnancy I never got sickness at all so this feels different, I'm struggling to eat aswell and I loovvveee my food 😂 I just feel so full straight away and the thought of a lot of things are turning me 🤮 I'm not too tired yet just my normal tiredness feeling, in weeks how far along are you now?

@arianasky oh that is different! I'm definitely not struggling with food wish I was 🤣🤦 I'm 5+1 today but going from my last period i would be 6+1 but I know I ovulated later xx

@Skl2021 😂 it's honestly the first time that's ever happened to me I normally love eating haha! Ah ok yes I'm the same should be 4+2 by nhs dating but I'm 3+5 from when I ovulated, how are you feeling now? any better about it Or still very worried? 💕

@arianasky I feel a bit better but I still think something will for wrong. It just feels too good to be true? Also feeling worried about being behind on scans or appt as I know I ovulated late but they go from last period so they won't match. Just more things to stress about 🤦 hoping it gets a bit easier as time goes on! X

@Skl2021 I'm the same with the scan thing I'll just keep in mind I'm a few days behind though even though I know it will be tough, I'm dreading a scan as that's how I found out about my MMC at my 12 weeks scan it was horrible and traumatising so I'll be so scared each time now 😢
