Hi all. Currently in the TWW and if we conceive this cycle bubba will be arriving in October! Anyone want to join in symptom spotting and testing 😊?

Ah really?! That's good to hear 🤞🏼 I've had some spotting this morning red/brown ish so not sure if AF is starting. Xx

Also abit confused now as I had static smiley on CB on Saturday 15th and cheapies too so wouldn't expect to ovulate that close to AF? Xx

@Holly3 my periods are so irregular and I got my peak yesterday morning on day 26 😵‍💫

@mummytorm It's so confusing not having regular periods especially isn't it. Also TMI but normally when I come on AF I know as it's heavy and I need a pad this is only when I wipe so who knows, also have cramps round my back. Trying to just keep busy with the school run and not overthink it 🙈

@Holly3 definitely. My cycles were not this long before DS so thinking my hormones haven't settled properly yet. Those symptoms are deffo signs of implantation so 🤞🏼🤞🏼. Sorry if you've already said but how old are your LOs?

@mummytorm Yes definitely agree with that. My eldest is 4 and youngest is 1 they are both October babies so not sure if I'm mad or just love the craziness of October 🤣 I only started using the CB digital ones on the 14th and had the empty circle which I've now read is normal for the first time otherwise I'd of tested again after it disappeared xx

@Holly3 oh yes I remember now! I want an autumn baby so if not this year then next 😆😆. I hated having such a young baby in the heat last year. It got hot so quick and I didn't know what to do being a FTM.

@mummytorm Yes my sister had summer babies and I just remember the worry constantly that they were too hot and keeping them in the cool. I find winter babies so much easier even though I still worried 🤪 X

I’ve been having left sided cramps, like ovulation pain since we dtd, which is not normal for me. Normally day after ovulation it stops. Hoping that’s a good thing!

@Holly3, @mummytorm, @Tandabear I’ve always pictured an autumn/winter baby too! Somehow wrapping them up seems much easier! Plus I love babies in little knitted cardies . Although I’m summer born and did love having birthday parties in the garden! Fingers crossed for all of us! 🤞

Does anyone know if I peaked yesterday would I be most likely ovulating yesterday or today? Can the egg be fertilised on and after ovulation or is it only before? Just getting a bit confused 😅

@ttcbabya so are you planing to stop ttc for a bit while the tablets are in your system? Or are you thinking to not take them?
We were going to have to wait a bit to start trying as we initially booked our honeymoon in Antigua which has Zika virus, we ended up not being able to go but I do understand the frustration with having to stall ttc! It might be good to have a little break from it though 💕

Well this is only my second month of testing & from a nerdy perspective I thought it would be good to see how my hormones fluctuate throughout my cycle. Just wondering if it peaks again etc. I'm definitely getting positives in the middle of the month but a part of me is thinking maybe I actually ovulate later on and that's why it hasn't happened yet. Clutching at straws a bit I think...

@SunnySideUp2020 ah that's really interesting, so it does go down initially but then back up again when AF is due. So you can necessarily tell really early on then.

@Mariabombia if you got a peak yesterday, you could have ovulated yesterday, be ovulating today or not ovulate til tomorrow! The only real way of knowing for definite is if you temp as well.

Me too! Can’t test until end of the month. I’m 3 dpo. Is there a calendar going for testing?

I’m not holding out too much hope as DTD a few days before and then day before the surge. Nothing on surge day! Then DTD again day after.

DTD heaps last month too but again missed the surge day. You never know though.

Ds birthday is in November so knowing my luck I’ll get pregnant next month around his birthday instead. Or Christmas or Jan 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I'm now 11DPO, I am adamant I am not testing today.

I'm of a completely different mindset today, yesterday was calculating the days and cycles and symptoms and even testing.
Todays attitude is just wait, if I'm pregnant, I'll find out eventually.

@Mariabombia I would have thought it typically means you'll ovulate the day after your peak (that's what apps predict), however like others have said, it could be that day, the day after peak or the day after that! But I just always presume ovulation happened the day after peak or it becomes so confusing 

@BiscuitLover3678 we didn't dtd on day of peak either, we did 3 days before ovulation and 1 day before. I read it's best to have it sitting there waiting for the egg, but if it doesn't work this month then we'll dtd on day of ovulation next month as well. Hopefully we both caught it 🤞

This is 7th month ttc
I'm now 10 or 11dpo and last night had some brown spotting. I have never had spotting mid cycle or earlier cycles so hopeful it is implantation. Had a few spots of blood this morning to and some cramps but not yet full AF.
Anyone else cramp with implantation? I hope it's not early AF! Still BNFs on the cheapies (but 10umol/l one)

@mummytorm I've still had bleeding on and off whilst doing errands this morning but haven't needed to use a pad only a small pantyliner. Not sure if I'm just hoping but is it common to have solid smiley and positive OPK 5 days before AF? Xx

It's so so confusing! I get myself all wound up about it and then at times I just give up and think what will happen will happen!

I've heard a lot of people who have had success with vitamin B6 and extending their luteal phase, sometimes it's by one day per cycle but it seems to work overall!
