Hi all. Currently in the TWW and if we conceive this cycle bubba will be arriving in October! Anyone want to join in symptom spotting and testing 😊?

Thank you everyone I don’t know how to reply to people yet. Iv felt crampy since around day 8, I honestly wasn’t expecting anything at all when I took a test on 9dpo I was merely just using it up as it was in my drawer sitting looking pretty so I thought bahhh why not lol it came up with a faint pink like immediately which has got so much darker over the days. I’m still crampy now and achy from where my ovulation took place. But I have had a miscarriage once and I made it to 7 weeks and there was not a single cramp what so ever so I do feel cramping is good as everything in there has to grow rapidly so I’m feeling a bit better about these cramps this morning

mummytorm · 28/01/2022 07:31

Thanks @SunnySideUp2020 @frenchie4002 I'll try again tonight. Don't have any more FRER and won't be able to get any today. I have 1 strip left but I don't trust it now 😂.

@Charl881im around 8dpo so still very early!

BFN for me this morning on a easy@home test, didn’t do FMU as didn’t realise I had any tests left. 11/12dpo. Think I’m out but the Tesco tests from yesterday are giving me a glimmer of hope still until AF arrives.

Charl881 · 28/01/2022 09:00

This is my Tesco test after leaving it overnight. The line came up straight away but was fairly colourless, very faint and thin. Is this still likely to be an evap line? I wouldn’t have thought it would get bluer, but I’ve heard v bad things about Tesco tests.

Congratulations to those getting their BFP! I've had 24 hours of feeling really nauseous. It's either pregnancy or a meal out didn't agree with me. If it is pregnancy I think my fertility tracker must have been off as according to that I'm only 9 days post ovulating. What do you think? Too early for nausea? I had almost no nausea at all with my first pregnancy so it's a new experience for me! Sending DH out for a test at lunchtime 🤞🏻

loves2plan · 28/01/2022 09:31

Hi all, hoping to jump on! I thought I was due mid sept but had my early scan yesterday (thinking 7w) but she couldn't see anything so she thinks I'm more like 4 or 5, putting me due around 1/10! Going back in a couple of weeks for another so 🤞🏻 will actually see something then!

mummytorm · 28/01/2022 15:58

@Charl881 sorry to say but I don't think the line is thick enough. I think its an evap ☹️ I didn't get a + until approx 13dpo with my son so theres still time x

How many dpo are you? Me too :(

Just want Af to arrive.

Charl881 · 28/01/2022 17:20

@mummytorm you’ve got lots of time still! It’s so frustrating isn’t it.

@BiscuitLover3678 also just waiting for AF, annoyingly I’m now a day late which just makes it worse when you know you’re out

mummytorm · 28/01/2022 17:31

@Charl881 I know but it's just so confusing getting positives on one test and negatives on the others!! Just going to wait a few days

I’m sorry. I hope it comes soon and we can look forward to some potential November babies. My first baby is a November one. He’s the best. Grin

Cruz86 · 28/01/2022 18:10

@BiscuitLover3678 af got me today so I'll be hoping for a November baby too!

Charl881 · 28/01/2022 18:27

@mummytorm yeah I’ve had indents / evaps on three different brands this cycle, and lots of BFNs. Makes waiting for AF even worse. I really hope yours were true positives and you get a BFP soon 🤞🏻

BiscuitLover3678 · 30/01/2022 12:34

I’m out !

I’ve made a new thread for anyone trying for November now :)

Mariabombia · 31/01/2022 10:51

Hey girls,

Just wanted to update you all.

I caved and tested last night on a FRER 10DPO (AF due Thursday) & it was negative 😭 & tbh it's likely to be accurate as it says on the packet you can test up to 6 days before missed period 😭😭😭

I've definitely been feeling pelvic pain not long after ovulation mainly on one side but radiating around my lower back and middle too sometimes. It's not a strong pain but it's definitely there niggling away on and off. Last night I couldn't get comfy in bed because of it but now I'm freaking out if it's not a baby then what the hell could it be .

I've called the drs and have to give a urine sample this morning to rule out infection.

Will share what I find out in case anyone is ever having similar symptoms.

So upset about the negative test again, really thought this was our month :(

Sending you all love

❤️

arianasky · 31/01/2022 10:55

@Mariabombia ah I'm sorry, but thought I'd let you know I had a stark white BFN on a FRER at 10dpo and had the faintest of lines on one at 11DPO and they just got darker from there so you never know 🤞🏻still have everything crossed for you 🤞🏻

Mariabombia · 31/01/2022 11:04

Thanks for your message @arianasky ❤️

I really hope that's the case with me. Feel really deflated and worrying about if I have a problem now as well :(

Hoping the dr will test my urine for pregnancy.

How're you doing? X

arianasky · 31/01/2022 11:26

@Mariabombia I hope all is ok 🤞🏻 hopefully it's just going to show on a FRER a little later, I'm good thank you 💕

mummytorm · 01/02/2022 12:01

I've been testing the past few days. I'm 12dpo and just started AF 😒

Disappointed really as my last two pregnancies I conceived first time.

Hi ladies. Joining this crew and reading through your discussions. We have been ttc for a year after 2 mc but no luck. I’ve been using clearblue ovulation kit but only added to my stress.

In December I visit a gynea who suggested to scan near my “approx” ovulation date to check status of the egg. She also told to not have sex 3-4 days before this scan. Also got me on chlomid and low dose aspirin.

Met her on cd 12 where she showed me enlarged egg in left ovary, upon measuring the egg, doc mentioned the ovulation will happen today or soon so get right to business 😬

Cd 14 I had really sharp and bad pain on left side which continued for few hours. Bad enough to take paracetamol. Cd 18 onwards, I’ve been having period like crams daily and fir most part of the day.
Took test soonish (like 8/9dpo and bfn). Told myself to get ready for AF

With daily cramps, no AF or pregnancy symptom except constant cramp, I noticed strange glow on my face which made me take the test and got faint positive on 12dpo.

Tested again on 14 dpi but it’s still quite faint so I’m not sure how fast is hcg multiplying; hopefully will test again in a week.

clo92 · 11/02/2022 15:20

Hi everyone,
Hopefully going to give this thread a bit of a bump for anyone still hoping for a (late) October baby.

We are ttc our first, this is cycle 2. I'm currently 10dpo and have had BFNs two days ago (8dpo) and again today, part of me thinks I'm out for the month and the other part thinks it's too early to test! I think I have a long luteal phase so I'm still not due AF for a week possibly.

Came off the contraceptive pill in December after 12 years on it so still not sure on what my cycle is like which makes the tww hard. We'd said we'd be casual about it so no OPKs or temping yet.

So hard not to symptom spot, and I currently have Covid so no idea if aches/ temperature etc etc is from being unwell or possible pregnancy!

Good luck to anyone else still hoping for October, would be lovely to hear from you.

justanotherlaura · 12/02/2022 09:51

Hi, I'm still holding out for my October baby, I took a test this morning 10dpo, not getting too excited after my cp on Christmas Eve but there is definitely 2 lines Smile

clo92 · 12/02/2022 17:26

@justanotherlaura Ah tentative congratulations to you! Would this be your first baby?

I’ve managed to hold out on testing today (11dpo) - told myself to wait until Monday at least now as I’m not due AF until late next week. Currently have Covid so it’s hard to have any idea what’s going on in my body and really tough not being able to do much to pass the time!
