Hi I'm Zoe,

24 years old, mum to two girls and currently on CD1 (period started today boo :( ) on our 10th month of trying to conceive baby number three. Miscarriage in May at 6 weeks.

Been a tough old journey, and actually a pretty lonely one too as no one knows we're trying again!

Looking for some wonderful buddies who are on a similar journey. 😊

What OPKs would you all recommend? Xx

@GAAJ04 I've used the clear blue digital and will use them again next cycle for cycle 1. You get 10 sticks I think about it is about £20 but I found it really easy to use and extremely clear. Only took two cycles to conceive. I'd used cheap internet ones until then without absolutely no success.

@Sunrise321 me!! I'm 0DPO today lol - managed to DTD only 3 times in the window not sure it will be enough but we shall see!

@Sunrise321 yes I am worried about my luteal phase too! I have had progesterone bloods done that said I'm fine and ovulate but I'm getting days of brown discharge / spotting before period which worries me! My average time till period starts is 13 days but the spotting starts around day 10 on average. Spotting has never been later than day 13 so I guess I'll know by 11/12th...
Taking a right concoction of vitamins and supplements to try and increase progesterone naturally to stop the spotting (or better still get pregnant!!!)

Sorry for butting in! But I am exactly the same. I have a 9-10 day post ovulation stage, then I have 3 days of spotting before getting what I would consider to be my actual period. It's frustrating as I don't know which to count as day 1 of my cycle.

I tend to ovulate on day 19 and my cycle is 28-30 days usually🤷🏻‍♀️

How are we all doing ladies? I'm anxiously anticipating the peak test, I'm due to ovulate according to my two apps in the next few days.

Me and DH had such a lovely conversation about potentially gaining a third child into the family. God I really wish we have a Christmas miracle.

How are you all feeling?

@zoeoliviax I'm doing good, have no idea where abouts in my cycle I am, had a few high opks but no peak.
Haven't had a period since before DD but even then they were quite irregular so I'm just going with the flow and will see what happens

@2019Mama Ah glad to hear it, so frustrating. I had one month of highs for about 2 weeks and then finally it peaked and it was right so hold on tight hopefully it will appear!

Hi again! I posted earlier this month, saying I'd skipped my period (was due on the 14th) I tested on the 15th, 18th and 24th - all negative.

Until today! Got my BFP ☺️ feeling very overwhelmed to be potentially dealing with a toddler and newborn fingers crossed. But also feeling confused.... I'm so unsure as to how many weeks I am, because of the previous negative tests. I think I'm just going to assume I'm around 4 weeks.... and I must have ovulated late.

@miltonj awwww that's amazing!! Congratulations!
@Sunrise321 - so many that I rattle!! I was just taking the seven seas trying for a baby tablets but on gut feeling/basic research I've added:
vitamin C - supposed to be good for progesterone and tbf good for immune system anyway
EPO - for cervical mucus and I've def noticed an improvement
Q10 - egg quality (not entirely sure I take enough though)
Magnesium, B complex including B6, omega3 and agnus castus (again supposed to be good for progesterone)
Who knows whether they are doing any good but surely they can't be bad!!

How many times do people aim to DTD in fertile week?

@Sunrise321 oh and vitamin E but I was already taking those pre TTC
I just had a scroll back through my cycles and it's actually only 8/12 that we managed either the two days up to O / the day of O - the others had attempts 4/5 days before or a day after...not sure if I'm just trying to make myself feel better about being on cycle 13 though! This month we did CD9, 13, 14 and 16 with O on 15 so got everything crossed!

Got some decent left sided cramps these evening.. Does anyone else get ovulation cramps? I worry that means I'm too late and it's happened!!

@Sunrise321 I missed your question!

I used to tell DH about my peak, but I found it sometimes got to him with the pressure and made it more difficult than it needed to be. So I just don't say anymore 😊

I usually tell him once it's way passed.. do you?
