Well… AF came and got me in a big way today so on to the next cycle anyone else TTC November 2021?

Congratulations to everyone getting their Bfps it's sooooo great to see them!! I am so pleased for you all.

I have a question if anyone has any experience with this......I'm due to ovulate tomorrow but so far no surge in LH, this is my first time using these so is it possible to just suddenly surge tomorrow?!? I'm so impatient and want to start my TWW already lol

@newjourney21 I use these all the time. I went from .16 to 1.41 in a day!

@Essexnewbie ahhhh I still can’t believe it! I’m so happy for us, how amazing we both got our bfps together ❤️ Haha that’s brilliant, what a wake up call for him!! How did he take the news? 😍 It’s just so exciting 😊 I haven’t told my other half yet, I think I’m going to retest first thing again tomorrow, hopefully see some line progression and I’ll tell him then, we’re out at show tonight and it’ll be really rushed when we get in so I want to savour the moment tomorrow when I tell him. Plus I know I will cry my eyes out when I do so it won’t be ideal just before the show tonight 😂 definitely keeping my fingers firmly crossed that everything goes as it should for us and all the other ladies who got their bfps too! 🙏🏻🤞🏼

Oh and how strange is this @essexnewbie.. I had another dream last night, I was walking along a path somewhere and I had two pregnancy tests in my hand, a digital which read ‘pregnant’ and a first response with two pink lines on it.. I don’t have any digitals in the house so I wonder if that was a bit of a premonition of our bfps this morning?! So weird isn’t it, I sound like a nutcase but I swear it’s the truth 😂 x

@SantiagoSister okay that is very weird about the dream! I love to think of it as a premonition! I just can’t believe it still 🙈 I’m so glad it was both of us and not one or the other, although I would still have been so happy for you ❤️ Would love to know how your journey carries on even when this thread I guess becomes redundant in a few days! Enjoy the show tonight and enjoy getting to tell your other half tomorrow! You must have butterflies in your stomach waiting to tell him. How are you feeling in general/physically??

Feeling ok thank you, had a few little cramps today and TMI I have quite a bit of trapped wind, I had this before when pregnant but surprised to see it this soon! How are you feeling? Any more symptoms yet?

@Lua2020 I used my clearblue fertility monitor to track my ovulation, DTD every other day in my fertile window and used conceive plus on occasions. Hope that helps! Hope to see you joining us with your bfp next week 🤞🏼

I got caught up in the excitement, went out and bought a FRER and did it this evening. I got a BFN, disappointing, but our day will come! Hope you are both in a bubble of excitement with your DP with your lovely news!

New to the board and think I will be joining the December one. Not out of the running yet as AF is due 1st Dec but thought I would share I found Sainsbury’s own early pregnancy tests (upto 6 days early) that are only £3/4. Thought these were a right steal!

Arghhhh amazing news @SantiagoSister and @Essexnewbie!!! I’m so happy you both got your BFP’s in the same month!!! How are you both feeling? Any symptoms? My boobs aren’t hurting at all yet which a big pre AF symptom for me. I also know having sore boobs is a symptom of pregnancy so I’m a bit confused by that one!

I’m having a few little cramps, and have been some weird/vivid dreams which was a sign for me last time too. I’m starting to get breathless walking up the stairs as well now, that happened to me before also 😊

I wanted to double check I had some line progression this morning before I told my partner, thankfully my tests have got darker. Taking things day by day and keeping everything crossed for a healthy rainbow 🌈✨ wishing everyone still waiting on their bfps the best of luck! There’s still time for some more November bfps 🤞🏼❤️

@SantiagoSister they are beautiful lines! 😍 do your boobs usually hurt before AF arrives or not usually?
I’m 7DPO today, if I was 9DPO today I think I would have tested! ☺️

@Curlywurly3 they don’t usually hurt before AF for me, and are still not hurting at the moment so I guess it really can vary symptom wise in early pregnancy. 7DPO, you’re so close to being able to start testing 🤞🏼 Wishing you lots of luck and looking forward to your update!

@SantiagoSister thank you I’ve been doing digi clear blue and had sex most days in my fw I am taking the seven seas pre conception vitamins if it doesn’t happen this month i might try some type of lube that helps the sperm sorry TMI

@Curlywurly3 aw thank you so much! It’s been a crazy few days! I definitely feel a bit nauseous after I eat as the day goes on and I’m totally off vegetables which is annoying and not like me at all. Boobs hurting more than they would before AF usually arrives! How are you feeling? When do you think you’ll test?

@SantiagoSister thank you, won't test again; will just wait for nature to take its course! So exciting seeing your line progression...no doubt your DP will be over the moon! Fair play being able to contain your excitement... I don't think I would be able!! Can I ask what the tests are above the FRER in your pic?

That’s fair enough @ali2021 🤞🏼 Aw DP was really over the moon thank you, it was lovely telling him ❤️ The other tests are called Easy@home tests and you can get them on Amazon, I think they’re about £7 for 20 so they’re a good bargain.

I wonder what you ladies think I should do, something really mad happened today and I’m really worried now. We are currently decorating upstairs and my partner was sanding the walls using an electric sander, he closed the doors and taped it all up to minimise the dust around the house, and he had a mask on and the window open. I stayed downstairs in the kitchen to keep away from the dust. Unbeknown to me, the crazy wind we’ve had today was blowing the sanding dust down through the floorboards into the soil pipe tube which runs down a corner in our kitchen, which filled the kitchen with sanding dust. It was so fine I didn’t even notice it, I was in there for nearly 2 hours breathing it in without knowing. When I looked around I noticed a fairly thick layer of dust on the worktops and floor and of course I’ve googled it, and everywhere is saying it’s really bad to be exposed to paint dust especially in the first trimester because the chemicals in the paint can cause birth defects 😢 I’m so worried we’ve done permanent damage to my potential rainbow 😩 I’ve called 111 about 5pm but I’m still waiting for a call back… I know I can’t do anything to change it now but I’m so worried 😔

I tested… BFN! 8DPO, AF due Wednesday. Not even a whisper of a line

@SantiagoSister the advice years ago was for pregnant woman to stay away from paint containing lead but even then you would need to be exposed to high levels of it for it to to be a concern. They stopped putting lead in paint in the early 90’s. Honestly, I know it’s hard because we worry about everything when pregnant but you will be fine xx

@Curlywurly3 I had nothing until11dpo not a hint, and what I thought was pre-bleeding on 8/9dpo. @SantiagoSister said, don't count yourself out till your period comes! Sending you snowy wishes!
