0dpo today (Mon 20th) who’s with me for the two week wait?!

I am ovulating today, just wondering if anyone else is and whether you’d like to join me for the two week wait?

(In my case it is more of a ten day wait as that’s when I start spotting for my period, but oh well!)

As I sit here, I can feel ovulation pains. In theory we could DTD once more late this evening but I’m not sure whether it’d be too late? 🤔

Hi I'm here! Had what looks like a peak on my test strip this morning and my husband is away until tomorrow night 😭😭😭 typical!
We managed yesterday and Saturday though and will try and fit in tomorrow night too.

Definitely not too late to DTD tonight, go for it!

Hi everyone .I think I will ovulate tomorrow got a high on an opk today finally on day 40 ! TTC #3 . I would definitely go for it tonight . We did last night and hopefully tonight 🤞🏻 I’m BF baby #2 who is 20 months it’s our first month since AF returned .

Just managed to persuade DH away from his work (wfh) for a quickie 😆

I got a peak OPK yesterday at 2:15pm then have been feeling ovulation cramps this afternoon, so I didn’t want to leave it until bedtime in case it was too late!

Number 2 for us. DD is 2. I EBF her until 12 months but my period came back when she was 4 months old so I'm jealous of you!!

The egg can stay alive up to 12 hours I read so sounds like you've covered all bases! What ovulation tests are you using? I wanted to get the fancy digital ones this month but husband said to try the cheapies one last time 🤣🙄

Oh wow 4 months you poor thing it’s meant to be one of the perks of bf . I got it back of #1 at 17 months and conceived #2 3 months later I’m hoping it goes as smooth this time .

I’m using the easy@home by premom from Amazon . In fairness they seem to be accurate enough I’ve had 3 different periods of highs in the last 40 days but my body is taking longer . Now I’ve got a peak and cm at the same time .

Hi! Think I’m due to ovulate tomorrow, had my peak OPK this morning. DTD this evening, yesterday and Saturday. DH works long shifts and I’m getting the vibe he isn’t keen to DTD tomorrow as he was already tired this evening, so worried I’ll miss the most important day 😩

Oh it's so frustrating isn't it! We've missed today. I just hope we can do one last attempt tomorrow evening and its not too late 😬

@madeinthe80z I think they say ovulation “on average” happens 12-36 hours after a peak, and then the egg stays alive for 12hours so I think you’ll catch it just in time 😃. We are only month 2 of actively trying for our first, I never knew how complicated trying for a baby could be lol, it definitely comes with it’s frustrations. Fingers crossed for us all!

I also use the easy@Home ones, I think they’re great. Easy to use and the app automatically learns your pattern and assigns low/high/peak to the strips. Definitely recommend!

@Coco90 I saw a chart on here that says statistically the most important day is the day before ovulation so it sounds like you’re good!

I never know how complicated (and statistically unlikely) pregnancy is either. Who knew the egg lived for 12 hours! I would have said it hung around for days!

Hi everyone, can I join this thread? Had my peak yesterday and now beginning the long tww. This is our second cycle trying for our first. I may have become a little obsessed with symptom tracking last month so going to try and be more chilled this month.

Spoke with DH this morning, he’s not home til 7:30 this evening but hopefully DND is on the cards, I’ll feel happier that I’ve then covered all bases then 😂.

Can I join? I'm 0dpo today. Got a peak OPK yesterday and again this morning but assuming I'm ovulating today. I'm a little rusty at tracking. Been TTC for 5 years but have been undergoing IVF for the last 15 months with no success so just going to see if a miracle can happen with my body doing it's own thing. You never know!!

Not symptom spotting but feeling absolutely no different from normal.

I know I’m probably overthinking, but is it possible to have a peak opk but then not ovulate? This month I don’t seem to have much EWCM at all and not as much cramping as I usually do 😣 (sorry if TMI)

Maybe @coco but you're probably best thinking positively as there's no way of knowing, and it's very rare!

I'm gutted. Got my peak yesterday but I'm feeling horrific with a nasty cough and cold. Managed to DTD yesterday evening but even if I could muster up the energy today, my husband isn't coming near, I am too gross 🤣🤣 so I'm hoping I'm not too far off ovulation to have given it the best chance ☹

@Coco90 I'll say the same as @madeinthe80z. Assume you have ovulated and stay positive. I have never had any CM worth mentioning throughout my years of TTC and I have been pregnant 3 times.

@madeinthe80z you DTD last night - that should cover it. Ovulation could happen as soon as 12 hours after the peak so you may have already ovulated.

@Coco90 I'm impatient too! I know it takes 5 days for a fertilised egg to reach the uterus and another 2-3 days to fully implant but I keep looking at the drawer in the bathroom that has the internet cheapies inside.

@Coco90 yes I’m with you on feeling impatient. Trying to stay busy and not feel disappointed that my body isn’t feeling any signs of being pregnant. When will you all start testing?
