I'm 7DPO today (I think) and driving myself mad with symptom spotting....

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I'm sorry to hear that the progression is going backwards @MamaSJ15. This process is just awful.

I finally got my AF on Tuesday which is later than my usual but was kind of relieved to get a fresh start. I did a test on Tuesday to check if it had gone negative yet and it was a lot fainter. Might do one tomorrow as I want to keep an eye on it for this cycle.

Fingers crossed this is our month guys 🤞

Hi everyone does everyone think this two week waiting to ovulate is just as long as the tww? Is anyone trying anything different this month?

@Kallie92 haha it definitely is! A week tomorrow since starting my period so at least that's one week gone!

I started this month saying to myself, I'm not going to test loads I'm just going to wait for my period but I guarantee I'll be sat here peeing on a stick in 3 weeks time 😂😂

Haven't tracked ovulation and started CQ10 and Vitamin E, alongside conception vitamins and folic Acid. Still got a few Internet cheapies if I'm tempted to test lol.

@Kallie92 yes it is, but here we go again. i think i ovulated today so due my period sept 14th. The madness starts tomorrow, although im promising myself not to test unless i miss my period

I think I'm due to ovulate in about 2 days. Will be trying to cover the next few days and a couple after just to be sure! Good luck everyone!

@chasingtherainbow1 thanks...i think i got one shot at it this minth which was yday possibly day before ov. i used to get preg so easily this is the longest yet 3rd month, mind you could be my age oh well!

How are you doing? I'm pretty sure I ovulated Sunday, had pains and a lot of EWCM which has now turned creamy/cloudy!

I also ovulated from a different side as pains were left side instead of right. I've never had that much EWCM before but we didn't manage to DTD Sunday, only Friday & Saturday! So not expecting much this month

I'm trying to figure out if I'm ovulating as I'm not sure due to mc. My cycle was 32 days last month so I was told to start taking ovulation tests yesterday. First time I've done them and not really sure what to think.

The top one was yesterday's and the bottom is today but the rope one looks a lot darker because it is dry. I think I'm either close to ovulating or maybe just missed it as I think the test line has to be same or darker than the control.

I'll see how it goes next couple of days

@chasingtherainbow1 I've never used ovulation strips but I think the test line has to be as dark as the control line to show ovulation? Maybe just missed it as the top one looks darker, but as you say it could just be because it's dried.

My cycle last month was 32 days as well and my predicted ovulation date is today but I know it was Sunday because of what I was feeling! Are you going to keep testing every day? X

@line123eyesalways I might do one tomorrow to see if it's got lighter. We dtd on Sunday morning last so not sure we will get a BFP this month either. I've not had any ovulation signs yet I don't think but I don't think I have in the past either. I deffo won't continue with ovulation strips. It's just nice to know my body is working properly again whether I missed it this month or not.

Here goes the long tww again! I'm just going to wait for my period this month though and not test early x

Hi everyone, good to see this thread still going! I stopped getting the notifications for some reason. I think I’m due to ovulate today or tomorrow, judging by EWCM. My app predicted yesterday but I don’t believe it especially as I ov’d so late last cycle.

This is my last cycle of just being casual, going to start on OPKs from next month so I have more certainty.

Is anyone else already dreading the TWW?

@chasingtherainbow1 I never got on with those types of OPKs when TTC my DS for that reason, I found the clear blues much easier but obviously a lot pricier. I would just keep DTD every day and keep testing twice a day so you can see what the line does and that way you’re covered if it does get darker too!

@Charl881 yeah they're so difficult to determine and I've heard you can miss the surge if you only do them once a day 🙄 if I decide to use them again I'll definitely go for the CB ones.

My partner has been away for the last two days but is back today so hopefully can try and cover the next few days and hope that if I have already ovulated, we covered it on Sunday lol

I'm going to try and wait until the 15th which is expected AF date as last month drove me crazy! Xx

@Charl881 I'm going off of an app so god knows how accurate that'll be but I'm sure I can feel my ovulation! Very different this month with lots of CM and pain! But I don't think we DTD at the peak. I know sometimes this doesn't matter as the egg lives for around 24 hours? But I already think I'm out haha z

@line123eyesalways yeah I think it can live a while! I’m just guessing too really. Will probably also count myself out but then start testing at the earliest possible opportunity, even though I’ve told myself I won’t!

@MadamMaltesters it's a vitamin, supposed to help with egg quality.

I think I’m 1dpo what along 13 more days it’s going to be! Going to try my hardest not to test!😂 I don’t want to see negatives! Surley one of us will get a bfp x
