December 07- MC Avengers in big pants, going through, been through or pg after a mc, still here, still eating cakes. We will not be beaten!

OK so I have a reasonably positive start to the new thread.
What I thought to be AF turned out to be a bad case of theruns
And so when I poas'ed last night I actually got a BFP

Very nervous about it, but happy too. I actually went to the place(shopping centre) I got the positive with my dd for good luck
My dh thinks I'm mad but hey don't they all
now if I can just get past the nine week stage without going insane

ALBS glad your finally able to admit your pregnant

Lissie glad your getting that referal at last
ilts sorry it didn't happen this time

Thanks for finding that. Will try and stay positive(at least till 8.00) but i just wish I would stop bleeding.

I am feeling a little better today, pains have eased and sort of feel its not really happened to me IYSWIM, I thought that I had stopped bleeding but it seems to have started again. Just want to put it behind me and start again in the new year, it had been such a good year up until sunday

aqua, have been lurking (havent been in the right frame of mind for ttc boards) but i couldnt stay quiet.

Aqua - So, so sorry. Can't know exactly how you feel as we are all different but everyone here can remember how we felt\feel and how lonely it seems. I am thinking of you tonight and so hoped it was going to be good news. ((((((hugs))))) As others have said we are all here when you need it.

Hy Gilly glad you are getting used to the big smoke! Job is in same place but different area - although got totally trashed at xmas party last night so am sure they'll be withdrawing their offer today why can't I just have one or two drinks and keep my big gob shut????? Funny you are going to see infertility people - have you tried Clomid? I now know lots of people who conceived easily first time then took over a year next time - My mum just told me it took her 2 years howl howl...keep me posted about your progress I am pretending I don't care this month and

good morning all, how is everyone today?

had long talk with dh last night, the first since 'it' happened and about what happened, quite helpful but difficult

he is not keen on telling his parents but we are spending Christmas with them and the subject of babies is bound to come up and honestly I am not sure how I would react, it is all still so raw

Hi SFXmum I had an MC late in March and we went to see his folks and mine at Easter - they all knew and that worked well with my folks as I told them i wasn't ready to discuss it so please don't ask but his mum told me all about the neighbours she had been discussing it with and that they had had MCs but that she hadn't (perfect womb woman ...ayhoo the long and the short of it is they'll get it wrong whatever you say cos what you are going through is totally devastating - I kind of hid away alot then poked my head out, got drunk, cried innapproopriately (too many letters . I can honestly say it has been the hardest year of my life - maybe even harder than losing my dad the year before - had no idea how life changing was going to be - and is particularly hard cos everyone just seems to be PG around you so there is no getting away from it
DH and I still discuss it now but to be honest he always gets it wrong too ha ha now he just agrees with me bless him!
