Hi Ladies

Thought I would create a channel for July / August TTC for those who didn't receive their BFP's this time around

I'm on CD2 now after sadly AF arriving. TTC no1 at 32 and this will be Cycle 4

I'm currently isolating with Covid after having 1 jab (which really messed with cycle 2 and 3) expecting DH to test positive v soon!

So sorry if I miss anyone or if you haven't got your AF yet or had a BFP ! But wanted to capture a few people as I've found these channels super helpful!

Hoping this month is the month, however will test in August.

Had a MMC in March that went on for 3 months and 5 procedures as well as an infection.

Hoping to get our rainbow baby 👶

Ladies I tested again this morning, now 2 days late and I got my BFP!! I'm so over the moon! It's says 1-2 weeks so clearly all my early testing was just too early! I am sending baby dust to you all and hope that you get your BFP soon ❤️

It's on YouTube - it's really interesting as it gives the perspective of just how far the sperm has to go etc. X

@WantStickyBean @BritInNZ I’d definitely recommend an app. I also find it hard from the charts, so use Natural Cycles app and it analyses it all for you. You can additionally add OPKs, amd that can help the app arrow down your window. I actually only temo for the week or so I’m due to ovulate (I have regular cycles so appreciate that wouldn’t work for everyone), and the app just works it out from there. Baby dust x

I’ve just had my second fertility acupuncture session, and thought I’d share the experience as others were asking about it being n July thread. The first appointment was 2 hours (!) an hour of talking, taking a history etc, then the actual Accupuncture. The subsequent weekly follow ups are one hour. I’ve found it really helpful and she was very thorough. Also shared some helpful insights re diet and other things. After she puts the needles on she covered me with a light blanket and put music on and it’s very relaxing- the second time I fell asleep (!) which she said is very common. She was recommended by a friend who’s had a long journey with infertility. Perhaps it is a case of getting someone who is really specialised in fertility rather than a more general Accupuncture practitioner. Anyway, we shall see if it has the desired effect… 🤞🤱🥰

And that’s a helpful reminder to all of us to try not to torture ourselves by testing before 12dpo!!
This cycle I’m really going to try not to test until AF is due. I think I rather AF just happen, and it then feels quite natural/normal, rather than be floored by that stark white BFN test that I’ve come to dread.

You are so right. It's so hard to resist but after this cycle that's just gone I'm going to do my best to just wait until AF is due. The constant disappointment is a lot to handle when testing early! Better to just see that negative once and then keep it moving to the next! Onto the next cycle ladies!!! Hopefully more BFPs this month.

So thankful for you girls. This would be so hard without this little community

@Lealu I use FF for temp analysis as it's got the most data behind it. But my temps just don't show the sudden rise that lets any algorithm pinpoint ovulation to the exact day.

Yep me too! It's made me worried I'm not actually ovulating!

Hi everyone! Glad I found the August bus! Noticed a few regulars and a fair few new people so hi everyone 👋🏼. My AF showed up ... eurgh. @YummyMummyXoX I remember we tried to be cycle buddies! How did you get on? AF finally over ... time to start the rituals of POAS again. I read in an article that stress contributes to 29% of women not being able to get pregnant. I'm always bloody stressed, not relaxing, barely sleeping (due to job) always on the go can't sit down for more than 5 minutes. So since AF arrived I've been listening to fertility mediation/affirmations...its actually really relaxed me. Good luck to everyone this month, hoping for a BFP spreading baby dust to each and everyone of you 💫💫❤

Hi, hope it's ok to join! Ttc first time round and 34, slightly worried about age but trying not to think too much into it. AF due today / tomorrow nothing yet, took a test yesterday as I am super impatient and was a bfn. I know it is only our first month of trying but have been waiting for my time it feels like forever! Xx

Stopped my pill start of this month, had my withdrawal bleed 9th July. Not sure of my cycle length so not a clue when I test 🤷‍♀️ was stupid and tested last week obviously bfn but I know that was likely impossible anyway 😆 xx

Yours looks way more obvious than mine! Who even knows what was going on with mine 😂 I was sick when I got that huge temp spike

@Itsjustme20hi hi ya! I'm very new to it but I just needed something to calm me when I wake up and before I go to sleep ...

First one I found was Charlene Lincoln fertility acupuncturist - youtube

Then I found fertility yoga by 'brettlarkin' both are on YouTube. The videos are short but they have such a positive effect. I just put my earphones in and lay there and repeat the affirmations.

And lastly...I also listen to 'good vibes binaural beats' and its called deep healing vibrations: healing ovaries with mediation music - increase fertility and pregnancy.

Like I say I always find myself going at 100000mph and never know when to have 'me time' it's a good start for me. I hope they're helpful for you as they are for me. Sorry for the long post lol.

I was due to ovulate last weekend and we didn't manage to DTD til Monday with work and toddler, so thought I was out this month... however tonight I had the strongest OPK I've had yet (only tested this cycle) and pain in my side all afternoon, so I'm hoping I might just be ov later than usual 🤞🏻 I also had some egg white CM yesterday so really hopeful we've caught it and this month is our month 🤞🏻

Hi everyone. Jumping aboard the train ! Ovulating this weekend / early next week (hopefully)! Due AF around 17/8. Getting my second jab on Monday so hoping it doesn’t mess as that is my expected O day ! Oh well , just going with the flow as it’s no.3 and my two little ones keeping me busy . Best of luck to everyone !
