Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies.

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

So my final dissertation some of you might remember I failed when I submitted back at end of November when I was going through my MMC, I resubmitted and results out this morning - passed. I mean literally scraped a pass but so so relieved it's all done and dusted 😥

OH fully recovered
DD confirmed positive, she's pretty well other than a temperature and we've actually so far been having quite a nice time in the house doing different activities but the thought of another week of it feels pretty testing right now!
I seem to have avoided it! Yay for double vaccination!
I have a swab on Friday which is isolation day9 due to working in a hospital. But I think that's actually a good thing for a bit of extra reassurance!

@Laurenxx94 congratulations on the BFP 💕
It is so nerve wracking after chemicals, but the progression and the positive clear blue are both brilliant signs xxx

Fab news on DH @blackcurrantqueen here's hoping that your DD remains well too! Are you able to go back to work providing you test negative now the rules have changed slightly for essential workers?

I've never thought that I wasn't ovulating because I always thought it was so obvious to me, i always get really strong opks, loads of ewcm and ovulation pains so never thought I'd have low progesterone!! So frustrating!! I'm going to ring up today and ask for a follow up with doctor to discuss my results

So after realising my progesterone was low yesterday, before we went to look at the house, I just had a melt down, full on crying, I've always had little cries during TTC but I've never been a crier, I'm always quite strong with my emotions, but this yesterday was something else, OH came in from work and just looked at me and went "are you crying", and it just set me off with the whole "these results are shit, the doctors aren't even arsed, they don't know what they're doing", so the house viewing definitely cheered me up and OH ended up getting me more chocolate😂 I never have chocolate or sweets on a week night and considering I'm out for tea tonight and on Friday night I feel disgusting!! I've still managed to maintain my weight loss but I wanna lose so I need to stop being a big fat greedy pig and look for the fruit when I cry😂

@feliznavidad2 we need to stick together, imagine relying on the doctors, trying to find the right mainstream school for an autistic is a nightmare, so many factors, my best support in initial diagnostic were other parents, in fact, my primary school senco took note, and made a little committee to embrace parents in new diagnostic or changing schools

We had a lovely night, and went to bed so early, pesky kid keeping us up, he was fine, got a making the fort picture at 8.30, no news yet today, I imagine they are all still asleep from the shenanigans, they did warned us that they would not be rushing in the morning

@Lexber as we are going away on Sunday for a few days, I think Sunday morning is perfect for testing

Feeling really down and deflated today for no reason what so ever I just feel like sitting and crying about nothing!

It's my busiest work time today and I'm so distracted and losing concentration 🤦🏽‍♀️ and just want to curl up on the sofa and cry?!

I have no reason whatsoever to feel this way, if anything I am lucky with my family and home and very happy in general.
Feeling shit about myself and just generally down - god I hate hormones!!!

Really need to shake myself and out my big girl pants on!!

@Lexber how unfortunate, I think I would feel that way if I had to move, luckily I’m at my leisure for a couple of weeks more, I hope to have a resolution by then, imagine I just got one of those 114 days cycles!

@Vil10 oh bloody hell. Actual covid sending it wonky? Jeez. You would hope it should settle after this time though? As for the GP - no, they are useless. But should only be doing these tests to refer you to the fertility clinic at the hospital? So i wouldn't worry too much, as long as they get you there. The hospital will do the rest.

Update from me. Went for scan. Only one 1.9 follicle this time on the right. Ovulation test flashing, insemination tomorrow.
What was interesting though was she went over IVF stuff in case this doesn't work and they'll give me the paperwork tomorrow. We are to fill in and send back. It looks like there is no wait time at all. She said I can wait for the outcome of the iui before filling in. Or some people fill in before and one lady recently did so, and had her first ivf appointment before even knowing the outcome of the iui. Apparently you can just put the clinic on hold if you want to. So if the iui worked (but you miscarried later) you could just inform the ivf clinic and they'll pick it back up. Or if you send everything off but decide to wait, then that's fine too. Equally you can go very soon. She did say there might be tests etc though so the actual ivf isn't forced to happen instantly, but they'll start doing whatever they need to do. And will look further into why, than the hospital have. So this might be useful info for you? @Juno231
I also complained I wanted to be normal. She said you'll be surprised how normal you are. In fact having issues is probably more normal than not, and mostly they never find out why either.
Not sure that made me feel better. 🤣

@Juno231 I do, first breakfast alone in 11years, he’s about a five minutes walk away, so I feel ok that if anything had happened I could just fetch him, like freak out at night time....clearly just me then, I think dh felt weirder

Ha! Just got a test from dh asking if I tested this morning, the cheek, now he is requesting I wait till Friday, my test, my schedule!

@paintfairy thank you - that's really useful to know! And it's reminded me I have forgotten to do the paperwork still lol... I'm really glad this IUI is on schedule and the IVF stuff is finally happening for you, I'm so relieved for you!

@Juno231 yes I think we just need to get the iui out of the way. At least then we know what the next step is and can decide when we do it. Rather than just feeling stuck.

@paintfairy that is really interesting! I didn't realise you'd be able to start the ball rolling with IVF without knowing the outcome. Hope everything goes well with the IUI tomorrow.
