Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies.

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

@lexber crossing everything its your turn this month too. It is hard to get excited after a CP, you're right life would be much easier if men felt the same way. Hopefully he buys your story that it's too early and when you feel ready to test I hope two big fat juicy lines jump right out at you

@Minster2012 oh I did forget about that! OK yeah, definitely time to stop feeling sorry for myself! Hahaha omg if I could knit better I'd give those a go but it's definitely beyond my skill 😂

@becarefuloutthere yeah, she was being properly doom and gloom about it, which just really wasn't helpful. Maybe just a sign I need to avoid talking about IVF stuff with her. Hope you're feeling OK 😊

For everyone who has done IVF... What do they do if your cycle is ridiculous? Mine go on forever! The sonographer last Monday thought I'd come on soon but there's been nothing... (Definitely not a BFP, my body is just ridiculous). So if this happens during the IVf stuff do they just force a bleed??

@Minster2012 100% true. I've said that to him, ttc for him is more abstract. I'm stuck in my body life is divided into fp & lp, af fw & tww. My cycle is ruling my life and never thought I'd say it but starting to miss the pill! It must be really difficult for you too factoring in whether to start a new round of ivf too. Sorry no sign of ovulation for you, that's frustrating.

@feliznavidad2 ugh I had ovulation bleeding last month for the first time ever, wtf! Mind mine was just light spotting. No idea.

@DKDK123 we have already done about 6 months of not tracking or obsessively trying (although I alway test early) but for some reason decided to dig out the opks last month 🤦‍♀️ af definitely hit harder then. I think it's the assuming it won't happen is where I need to get my head. Hope is too hard. I think we need to give it a few months of not preventing but also letting go of the idea of a baby. Thank you for sharing x I honestly can't imagine going through so many ups and downs as you have. No bfp is awful but you have had such a hard time with all the cps. So unfair x

@InkyPaper feeling a lot better today and not as bloated which is good, I always feel awful on day 1, I'm convinced I have endo so want to push that really whilst having investigations done! I can't help on that ivf front sorry xx

I can't remember who said it but where is it that I can find the guidelines for blood test results? I'm picking mine up today so want to be able to see if they're where they should be

Also forgot to add on we're going to see a house today!! It's not exactly in the right away we've been looking at, we've been looking at a town nearer our work, my sister has just moved there and both have friends there too, only 20 mins from where we are now, but it's so expensive to live there and we've always said to live there we'd have to compromise on not having something in the house, however we've seen a house in the same town but a lovely area with nice schools around it, and it has everything we want space wise, it needs a few bits doing to it but brand new kitchen etc so that's a big thing we wouldn't need to touch, it's a perfect family home, I feel really excited about it!!

The plan, I don’t know how to feel, it might yet be early so I don’t want to disappear yet, I am not a patient person so waiting for af for a week it’ll be torture, doesn’t take me much to get carried away, hence the talk about dates etc....
We don’t know what to do, dh is working this week, maybe a few less hours, but last week some days were 13/14 h, end of projects.... and we’ve been everywhere the weekend and just got the bulk of the school uniform so spends a fortune too, I am thinking nice takeaway and movie, sex in the sofa kind of night....? there’s been talk of restaurants but on Monday and can’t drink much, dh work is quite physical and can’t exactly hide in the office hanging, and I don’t know if I should drink really, I don’t often any way so it doesn’t bother me much

@Vil10 oooo good luck on the house! I was going to ask you if you had any more luck with them! I'm afraid I don't know on the guidance for the tests but @Juno231 is the oracle!

@InkyPaper for the ivf they will likely give you northisterone to bring on an AF so that they can manage it, so don't worry bout that!

@Manifestingbaby Yep absolutely agree, months are split into sections for us which is horrible & just so emotionally debilitating, I honestly can't even imagine the pain for you @DKDK123 it must be heartbreaking

@Lexber when is AF due? 🤞🏻

@Franklydear DS will love the sleepover, and they are probably asking you on the schools coz they know you will have done great research (that's what I would do!)

@Minster2012 they said they thought there must be a good reason why I chose to massively inconvenience myself, they are very good parents, I’ve passed on my notes but also recommend they do their own research/talk to the sencos, but appreciate with covid is harder, I am sure the boys will love the sleep over, not sure they’ll sleep though, she thanked me for reaching out as her boy was anxious he’ll never see ds again, hence the quick come over response

@vil10 the paperwork comes with the guidelines! So e.g. if FSH it will give the normal range next to it. Still post it here though if you want as the guidelines only get you so far (and at times are too generous!)

Congrats to those who BFPs since I was last here.

I spent the weekend all by myself. Husband went to visit his mother and spared me the horror of having to visit her so I had a nice quiet weekend.

I'm doing well on my diet bit my weight is going up instead of down. Makes me want to give up but I won't.

Re prolactin, I don't really understand it either but I had it tested last month. I won't have the results til my appointment next week. I'm not sure if it's a standard test or if I got it because my endocrinologist wrote to the gynae telling her to have it tested. I'm not sure why she insisted - maybe she thinks it should be a standard test and tells everyone to have it tested or maybe it's because of my medical history with endocrine diseases?

Anyway I'll report back when I get my results.

Getting my second jab today! Hope it doesn't make me too sick. DH was exhausted for over a week after his.

@Minster2012 Thursday/Saturday 11dpo today and feel meh as hell

@Minster2012 I'm 50/50.. tests ordered so be here today. Maybe tomorrow but trying to resist!

@minster2012 appointment was good, got to have weekly bloods until af arrives to try and see if I'm actually ovulating, and a bunch of others , then follow up in 3months, ... OH is due to list a few on eBay they will be full axes with the head on ☺️ and I think they are all great for log splitting 😁

@Franklydear maybe see how you feel in a few days and if af still hasn't arrived you could test again, I don't think I could wait a week either!! Takeaway, movie and sofa sex sounds the absolute best plan!! Enjoy your night you deserve it x

@Somatronic I had my prolactin done last week and need to have it re tested in a few weeks time, no idea what it really means to be honest but a few women on here were really helpful and had lots of advice x

@Juno231 I have my results!! They're so confusing I don't have a clue how to read them!! Also my LH and FSH was tested and I didn't think they were supposed to be, thought they were day 3 blood tests so not sure if that makes a difference? I'll post them on here x

@vil10 woop for results! So as you can see - your prolactin is eeever so slightly elevated - honestly very slightly though so I imagine they'll redo the test just because they should and then dismiss it as nothing to worry about.

FSH/LH I wouldn't trust as it's the wrong time of the cycle for it so perhaps just ignore it?

Your progesterone is perhaps a bit low I think? I know it says it's within range but I think that range can vary depending on the trust. In mine I'm pretty sure they said it had to be >30 nmol/l to confirm ovulation. It's all guidelines though, not a rule!

Otherwise everything else looks nicely in range, nothing else to comment on :)

@Juno231 yeah I thought it wasn't too bad actually, they've booked me in for a repeat on the 23rd, think when I go in I'll ask about them doing day 3 bloods, I've been speaking to @becarefuloutthere and she said the same about progesterone, great😂 I was deffo 8dpo too, so it wasn't done at the wrong time, on my form it says it's fine but I'd rather be sure! Thankyou so much for your help, you're a star!!

@Dollybird89 that's brilliant on the repeat bloods each week! That will be fab to try see what's going on. And def let me know about the axes, I'm thinking a bit of wood for his birthday later in the year!
