@Nai86 I so resonate with how your feeling. It's so so shit and feels so unfair that some women get pregnant instantly with no problems! Just know you are NOT alone. Its really normal for it to take up to a year even if you're tracking your cycle and doing everything right! And although this journey can be aweful, maybe particularly for those of us who are TTC for our first babies and have never had the privilege of holding one of our own in our arms. But the stats do show that eventually, even if it does need a bit of help, we WILL get our babies! And they'll be so loved, and we'll feel so lucky every day. All of this has to be for something, and even though none of us needed to learn these lessons, and none of us deserved this heartache, I have to keep believing that one day it will all make sense. I have everything crossed for you this month! And I feel like age, whilst a factor, isn't necessarily something to get hung up on. My good friend just had her 20 week scan for her first baby age 36, conceived pretty much instantly. I'm 28 and have been trying for a year with 2 losses. I think this journey is so individual, age doesn't necessarily mean easier/harder. But I do understand your fears. Xxx

Ah thanks everyone it really means a lot I really wish I'd found this support during my 2years TTC my DD.

So after feeling nothing but rotten when I woke up I did a cross fit session and walked my 4 legged baby for some mindfulness and now I'm back with my head in the game 💪🏼
Does anyone have any advice on things I can add to my diet and lifestyle that would help regulate my cycle even if it's just an old wives tale I'll take it 😂 I know raspberry tea is good during pregnancy and labour so I wondered if it had the same type of benefit to us when TTC.

Never had accupuncture before but really hoping for some good results 🙏🙏🤞 I go there with my granny, just after one session she felt much better and was able to sleep through the night 🤞

@JemRose your words are so sweet and comforting ❤ I've been reading about spiritual manifestation as your words about mindset just basically said to me "get your head together and be positive" I've also just booked a 3 sessions of fertility acupuncture. Never been for acupuncture before let alone fertility based. I'm pulling out all the stops.

@mummytoolive there's still a bit of hope for me then but I'm definitely feeling the period symptoms right now. Praying she doesn't show

Well everyone, weirdly.... AF has arrived 3 days early so I'm completely out for June although I thought I was 15 DPO 🤷🏽‍♀️ how does that even work .... However, I guess CD1 has started for me and I've we'll and truly boarded the July TTC bus 🤗

Af is due 10th/12th July and we will be starting after that.

Came off the pill in March and since then have had shorter cycles (23-25 days). But so excited to finally begin!

Does anyone know if I should continue testing lh surge on cheapies? I read somewhere that suggested it but wasn’t sure if I should or why? I suppose to track how long you surge for??

Jumping on! First cycle after my period finally came back 26 months PP after DC2 who I'm still breastfeeding. Had a positive opk on Sunday so I must be I'm 2/3dpo. God the TWW is a tough slog.
@Purplewotsit I had HG with DC2 and swore at the time I'd never do this again and here I am! Fingers crossed neither of us ever have to relive that.

@AlmostLondoner have you had it before? I don't even know how it's meant to help you concieve to be honest. I got it into my head last night that my AF may actually be an implantation bleed as it was so light. But AF is back with full vengeance... CD2 for me now. I'm going to have my first session soon as I'm off. We'll get there 💫💫💫 x

Disheartened this morning that I might be basically out this month already. All my other signs (CM, OPKs) said I ovulated on CD14. Based on my BBT, FF says CD16 and DH was ill on CD15/16 so we didn't BD.

Anyone good at temping fancy giving me an opinion on this chart? The first few days of the cycle I had just had my second COVID jab and my toddler's nursery cold so they're all over the place.
