PS: it was quite nice going back over the thread to copy the usernames and see how many people were on the bus!

Any BBT trackers out there? I normally don't ovulate til day 23 - 35 of my (long!) Cycles, but this month I've just had a massive spike on day 13?! Am I ovulating?!?

@JemRose unfortunately temperature only spikes after ovulation has occurred. Mark it as questionable but if the next three days are also still high then yes, you probably ovulated yesterday/overnight. You may wish to add in another symptom of tracking such as CM/position of cervix to help correlate when you're about to ovulate. Fingers crossed for you

@JemRose impossible to say with just one temp. But assuming there's no other obvious reason (you're not ill, slept as normal, not drinking etc) then I think there's a good enough chance it's ovulation to DTD ASAP!!

Thanks @FinnsMammy, I didn't think it would be this hard to make a baby! None of my friends have had any issues at all. It just sucks. I was ready for throwing the towel in earlier but I really want that sticky bean. Just worried there's something wrong with me as I had a MMC back in Dec too :( sending baby dust your way x

@Willow1982 how you getting on? This month is a washout for us! Only managed once! With my trip away and then toddler has been sick so no bding for us over the fertile time. At least the sticks worked for me! And my cycle seems to have levelled out. Ah well, just need to be on it for next month. xx

Are you going to try something different next month? I am currently drinking Lady's Mantle tea every day and taking extra B6. Had accupuncture too. Also having a break from TTC as I mentioned before.

@Countingchicks @WantStickyBean @FinnsMammy I've literally just done a OPK strip and got a high reading. Would you say my 2 most fertile days start now? And I'm at my peak?

@dunkedbiscuit oh no :( i'm so sorry AF arrived! i've read about positive outcomes after heavy bleeding as well, so i would test after the bleed again to see if the line gets any stronger. If not ... i guess that's bad news :(

I'm currently 2dpo, on our 7 cycle trying to get pregnant. Hoping for a miracle!! 🥰 I'm not obsesively checking my cervix or cm this time around, just going with the flow. I'm also not going to test (hope I don't give in and buy a bunch of tests lol).
I'm currently taking 2 capsules of agnus castus in the morning and 2 capsules of omega 3. Vitamin C and maca. I'm also using a wild yam cream ... AC and wild yam cream for the first time this month, everything else has been a part of my routine for over a year. We'll see what happens this month!!

Also, I'm (not) expecting AF on the day of our anniversary 😬😬😬 It would be so great if it didn't show! 🤞🏻

@AlmostLondoner I can understand having a break, I think it's important to have time to heal. I'm going to look into acupuncture and have been reading It starts with an egg. I haven't heard of that tea, will get googling!

@Nai86 I'd say it's quite likely. But the problem with OPKs is you'll never know for certain. You could ovulate at the start of the LH surge, or 2/3 days later. Definitely a good idea to BD as much as possible in the next few days though.

My poor DH is going to have very organised sex this month . Since my last 3 cycles have been basically identical I've marked our BDing days in the calendar already to try and cheer myself up a bit .

@WantStickyBean we've literally done the deed everyday since my period finished 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ now I've got to keep going for another few days 😂 thank you so much for the advice. I caught the surge this at say noon as I woke up at 6am this morning and still had a flashy smiley. DTD and then at noon it went static so here's to the next few days lol good luck hun spreading the baby dust xx

TTC - Since May this year. Can anyone recommend good supplements please to help

@mummytoolive I used a CB digital in the morning and then used 2 strips at around 2pm and then another around 8pm. Just to make sure I didn't miss a surge and so I could roughly tell between a high fertility and a peak fertility smiley. And so I could also see the increase in concentration levels in the LH hormone. Test as much as you can basically and I started testing straight after my period had finished x

@Nai86 keep testing the LH strips twice a day as you may get an even higher reading. Mine got to the darkest I've ever had it this month at 1.64. Have a look at the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) rather than BD every day, I'm in awe that you've managed every day!

Um, well I broke my no testing rule as I'd been feeling a little nausea for a couple days and a weird feeling behind my belly button (thought it was possibly down to my new abs workout!). I'm only 11dpo so still too early but these came up within the time frame. First time I've ever seen more than stark white on a FRER. Lines are definitely pink, not grey 😳
