1DPO - The TWW Begins! Anyone Else?

Hey,

I'm 1DPO today, cycle 2 TTC#2. I have an 11 day LP and got my BFP with my first DC @ 9DPO so will be testing a week tomorrow!

Anyone else just started the TWW and want to symptom spot together?

I ovulated either 26 or 27th, been TTC #2 since March 2020. Sadly had 2 miscarriages so far. But really hopeful for this round. I'm not sure what my LP is but I'm going to try to wait to test until the 9th July.

Ive also tested positive by CD 9/10 but want to try to wait to get a strong line. If it happens.

I have a PCOS and an irregular cycle so use OPKs to track ovulation as it seem to be different every month. Can be anything from CD20 to CD 28. It was CD 25 this month so I'm due AF 8th/9th July.

How old is your DC? My DS has just turned 1 x

Meeee, I ovulated either Sat 26th, Sunday 27th or Mon 28th (today). Had lots of cramping today and yesterday and boobs very tender and sore 🤞🏻 Had sex on Saturday so hopefully lots of strong swimmers 😁😁 I’ve not been using ovulation testers, but hopefully I’ll get my girl this time 🤞🏻🤞🏻😂

I'm in this camp!

I've been off the pill for a few months but irregular and this is the first time I've identified the LH surge using OPKs. I had a really strong peak friday and saturday at noon and felt a ovulation twinge (maybe!) Saturday night.

We dtd Wednesday, Friday night and Sunday morning so really feeling like we've caught the window. Can't help but be hopefully but even if no BFP coming I feel like it's been a step forward catching the surge this time. Not planning to test until Friday 9th (if no AF by then!).

TTC my first so pretty clueless- don't suppose there's anything I can do during this time to help along potential implantation? I'm not drinking and taking Pregnacare.

I have a perfect 31 day cycle, but ovulation can be anything from day 13 to day 19.

We've been trying since DS turned one. He's 27 months now and an absolute joy. So that's a big positive.

After the losses I was getting really anxious about POAS so stopped OPK's for a while and have done 6 weeks of acupuncture to help with hormone regulation and anxeity and I feel a gazillion times better so I Did my CB OPK's this month. Got a on Saturday and Sunday. DTD Thursday,Saturday twice on Sunday and Monday night just for luck!
Hoping this month is my month as ever!
I sometimes find it exhausting being so positive. Have had really sore boobs so far. But could just be from all the extra bonking! Not normal for us 😂

I'm due my period on 12th, but will do a FRER on the 9th if negative will be drinking over the weekend!

Hi ladies hope you don't mind me jumping on. I'm 3dpo, had my peak on Saturday 26th and supposedly ovulated on Sunday according to my app. I'm getting married Friday 9th July and AF is due 10th July. I think I might test on the 7th so its out of the way and I can just focus on my big day regardless of the result. Juat praying that of AF does come she doesn't show up early 😩😩. Sending baby dust to you all ❤️

I think we're on the same timeline and I'm going to test on the 9th, but for you can completely see you'd want to get it out of the way!
Have you got tests already? I'm wondering about buying a multi-pack so I'm not left unsure before a weekend (maybe) drinking.

Can I join? Think I'm 2DPO but waiting for a BBT shift to confirm.

TTC #2, this is third cycle of charting properly probably cycle 5 of "not trying to prevent".

I have a batch of the easy at home tests and a frer. I might start with the cheapies first anyway. To be fair I don't drink any alcohol so that won't be an issue 😊 would be so nice to get a bfp for my big day. Fingers crossed for us all. ❤️

Anyone else trying not to think about it, but then jumping on google at every slight twinge 😂

@anothermonthbitesthedust I know what you mean about the regularity of DTD... I'm knackered 😂 I think I'm setting myself up for a fall TBH. I know it can take months to conceive but something in the back of my head is telling me it will def happen this/next month 🙈 I was lucky to conceive very quickly with DS so can't imagine it taking a long time (fully aware it's more likely than not) x

Hey ladies, hope it’s okay for me to join. I’m 26 and in month 2 of TTC after a chemical in month 1 unfortunately.
9-10 DPO and after testing two days before AF and my chemical pregnancy last month I’m really nervous to test early this month, if I hadn’t tested early last month I wouldn’t have known about chemical but bloody hell the wait is killing me!!! Me and my partner have said we’d wait until after AF is due but that’s another 9-10 days. Luckily we’re off to Cornwall on holiday on Saturday so that’s a distraction. Spend most my time looking through all these threads 🤦🏼‍♀️.
What do you think, should I cave or stay strong and wait it out?

I had no symptoms either when I conceived DS in 2017. Then the day after I got my BFP I started with morning sickness 😂😂

Glad you're taking a holiday, I know this is all so distracting. We're having building work done too, my actual job is about fifth in my list of priorities at the moment

I think it would be good if you could wait it out. There seems to be a little group forming testing on the 9th- would it work to wait until then?

Me! I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday (Tuesday), as I got my LH peak at 09:45 on Monday.

However, thanks to a work trip, we were only able to DTD on Monday morning, nothing since! So I’m guessing it’s going to be very unlikely?

It’s only our first time round so I’m not sure!

Hope it’s ok I join? I’m 32 and it’s my first month TTC. Currently 4/5DPO, already finding the waiting hard!

@jenxpenx Sorry to hear about last month - that sounds so tough. I think it sounds sensible to wait it out if you know it will cause you stress testing early. I know I would find it hard to resist though…!

@OnTheRoadNow If you know when you ovulated and DTD the day before I don’t think it’s unlikely at all. It only takes one time!

I got my peak on Monday morning so DTD that night and last night, I'm tempted to even try tonight to be extra sure I've caught it! 😉
I hate the TWW, AF due 11th July so going to attempt to wait until then.
Trying not to get my hopes up but hard, trying for #2, we also suffered a ectopic pregnancy in January. Fingers crossed for some BFPs soon!!!

@jenxpenx i had a chemical last month too. Had 7-8 bfps(couldnt believe it so had to test every few hours lol🤦🏽‍♀️) between 11dpo and 13dpo on cheapies that didn't get any darker and af arrived on time 14dpo for 5 days not for the udual 7 days though .
It made me stronger this month and i have faith that it wll happen very soon 😌 I did ovulate 4 days later than usual - dont know if that was due to this.

How's everyone doing? I'm 3dpo and have had a bit of a dodgy stomach and lack of appetite today 🙈 probably anxious about a potential BFP!

As much as I'd love another DC, I'm not at all excited about being pregnant again. I had horrendous, unrelenting nausea from weeks 6-17 last time, it was HELL!!!

I'm also nervous about juggling a newborn and a toddler, it's hard going as it is! Anyone else TTC#2 feel the same? X

Hey all! I'm 3-4 dpo after a positive opk on Sunday. First cycle TTC #3. The TWW is the worst!!
With DC1 I had tender boobs before I got my positive and had to pee a lot before positive with DC2, both times testing around 9/10dpo. Hoping for a lovely thread with loads of BFPs :)

Oh and @H8theW8 I had the same with DC1 and then hyperemesis with DC2. I swore I wouldn't do this again it was so bad so I don't know why I'm doing this 😂

When did everyone dtd in relation to when they O'd. We did it on Saturday night, positive opk on Sunday. With 2 kids and jobs that's all we could manage in the fertile window...
