1DPO - The TWW Begins! Anyone Else?

Hey,

I'm 1DPO today, cycle 2 TTC#2. I have an 11 day LP and got my BFP with my first DC @ 9DPO so will be testing a week tomorrow!

Anyone else just started the TWW and want to symptom spot together?

@NannyPear i was thinking that too as with my 2 dc i got a bfp at around 11dpo, not 7dpo!
Im pretty sure ovulation was last Monday, and if not Monday then Sunday couldnt be any earlier.... I had a read through some old mumsnet posts and some say it could be a multiple pregnancy 🤦🏽‍♀️ however there are no twins in either of our families.

Morning All,

Last night (around 11pm) I realised I hadn't been for a pee in hours so thought I'd do another strip test and I could swear I saw a shadow of a second line but only when I wiggled it about.

This morning (8dpo) I did another and I can def see a second line! Again, very faint but I was sure it was there so I bit the bullet and did a FRER...

Do you see what I see???

I definitely see it! Wow so exciting!

Don't know what to think here. Sometimes I feel hopeful, sometimes I look at everyone else's symptoms and think I'd feel more 'different' if destined for a BFP!

Don't know what to think here. Sometimes I feel hopeful, sometimes I look at everyone else's symptoms and think I'd feel more 'different' if destined for a BFP!

We tested yesterday & BFP  AF due between Thursday so happy with lines. Fingers crossed all okay. Last month when I had my chemical pregnancy the line at exactly the same sage was hardly visible. I'm 14DPO symptoms are ALOT of wind & bloating, such a heightened sense of smell, feeling nauseous if I start to get hungry so having to eat little often, super tired napping is essential. How's everyone else doing? Xxx

@JuneySunshine I'm here! Desperately trying to hold out til the weekend, ideally Saturday when I'll be 11-13DPO and AF might be due.

I'm really going to try not to test early, last couple of months the blank white tests have been really hard to see.

Feeling ok. Less gassy today . Very thirsty. But only 8DPO so not really expecting any symptoms.

How are you feeling?

@LittleBusyBee I’ll test tomorrow but I feel like it’s gonnna be negative 😅 I’ve only got the cheap test strips anyways. I feel like AF will probably end up turning up aha

Starting to feel mild stomach cramps so beginning to think AF is on her way...I’ve probably timed ovulation completely wrong aha, think I’m probably out this month...

I really want to be positive and hopeful... but I really don't want to get my hopes up.
I spend so much time obsessing over it.
I'll test on Saturday and if BFP I'll be over the moon but if not... bring on the next cycle!

I'm so happy for all the BPFs so far... I know how difficult this journey can be and how much each of us wants our happy ending. Lots of luck so far this month!! 🍀 x

@WantStickyBean Think it is worth waiting but it feels like an age. I'm feeling ok, thought I'd been having twinges and alcohol aversion/ things tasting weird but could all be psychological! Think I'll actually test Thursday a.m. as now need to travel for work Friday. But should be about 12dpo by then.

@amy1810 Completely understand. Tbh I never known if being on MN is helping or making me further obsess! I'm looking forward to knowing and if BFN I've got a weekend of catching up with an old friend and some beers to look forward to. Nearly there.

@JuneySunshine so the cramps have gone now but when I stand I get pulling pain in my uterus?? 🤔🤔 don’t really know what to think 😂 also feel a lot of tension behind my eyes but it’s not quite a headache?

I'm not entirely sure where I am but guessing about 6dpo, if I'm honest will probs test on Sunday. Not feeling too hopefully as had lots of cm - not sure if that's a good sign or not?? trying not to symptom spot but it's so hard not to scrutinise every little thing!
Can't wait to see some more bfps! Seems like a lucky thread 🤞🏼

@BettyRem honestly I always tell myself not to symptom spot, but as soon as I feel anything...straight to google 😂😂 sending baby dust your way!!

Tested this morning and it’s faint but definitely there!!!!! BFP!!!!!!! 😆😆😆😆😆😁😁😁😁 I’M PREGNANT!!!!!!!! This is definitely a lucky thread ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Not so good here. Started with back ache last night and now getting brown blood when I wipe and pretty sure its AF. Really upset as it was my first real positive OPK I'd caught and dtd loads around the window.
Also we're now only 9 DPO so I can also start worrying about having a short luteal phase.

Sorry to moan when everyone has such lovely news but I might just have a little cry.

@JuneySunshine I'm sorry . Teary morning here too, I've got a really strong sense of this not being my month and it all just feels so unfair. Don't think I'm going to test at all, just wait for AF to arrive.

I could say it's not over until it's over but at this point I feel like the hope has killed me and I just want to forget about it for a while.
I've had my little cry- it's my first month being like this but I can just see my OH thinking he doesn't want to live with this every month and I don't blame him.

Looks like im out 😔 AF is pretty much here (pinkish/red spotting) it's so frustrating as also means my LP was short again this month. Means I will also be on for the wedding 😫. On to the next cycle.
