@Dolly3113 I think I can see something, but it's really difficult to see with the dye run. I would definitely be cracking out an FRER though. Or re-test in the morning with FMU?

That's what I am thinking I've gone one last test which is also a day of your period one but will see what happens!

Hmmmmm just got up for work and build up the courage to do a ultra early test ... however .... the line is bloody horizontal 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ has anyone else had this? My legs were like jelly for those 3 minutes waiting for it to develop! It was a clear blue test for anyone wondering. Thanks guys x

@Willow1982 I’m so sorry, it’s always disappointing! Ha. It would be great if we were all allowed a holiday during the tww. I hope you enjoyed your crisps! I’m a crisp monster. I’ve started testing and no flashes just yet. Going to do some fertility yoga later, someone recommended a women called yoga yin so gonna give her a go. See ya on the July bus!

@theodora2146 hi, welcome! It takes a while for the cb opks to figure out your 'baseline' if you will, so you may have a few plain circles before moving onto flashing then static smileys. Did you start them on the recommended day for your cycle? I've used them for the last few cycles and find them quite useful. There will be 2 blue lines on the actual stick, as there's always a small amount of the hormone in us anyway. Good luck with them xx

Morning everyone not too sure if anyone has seen my post I did send it really early. First ever pregnancy test I've taken... but a horizontal line has appeared. Feeling really really anxious at work and still have another 8 hours to go before I van get home and re test. Does the line mean a negative for me? Has anyone had this and then gone on to test positive?

@Sam8582 thanks for asking :) feeling pretty down about it all at the moment but I always do at the beginning of a new cycle. The 'being hopeful' stage seems so far away! It's hard having friends announcing pregnancies left right and center, but I guess that's just life. It just seems so cruel that this journey to motherhood can be so exciting and wonderful for some people and so horrific and heartbreaking for others.

@Nai86 I am not an expert so feel free to disregard my amateur reasoning. I’ve not had a horizontal line so also can’t talk from experience. But it wouldn’t make sense for it to be a BFP if it isn’t vertical, because I think how it works is that they make a vertical line onto the test where there are molecules for the hcg to bind to which would then cause it to show up in colour if hcg is present. The stuff the hcg bonds with wouldn’t be located where you can see your line. So I reckon it might be an invalid test? Maybe ask for a refund?

@Nai86 i haven't had experience with a similar test but seems invalid, as neither the vertical (making up the "plus" sign) nor the horizontal line has appeared? I don't see anything in that window.This is the Clearblue one that is supposed to show "plus" sign (ie pregnant) and "minus" (just a horizontal line) , isn't it?

It is still a day early from your Wednesday target for testing.
If you are able, I would get a FRER test to test again after work.

I think this one just didn't seem to work. Also, I never like peeing on a stick. I get a paper cup, pee into it and then keep the test in there for the 3-5min.

@fiep thank you 🙂, I've done a quick bit of reading and states its a faulty test. Going to get a frer instead. It seems a lot of the ultra rapid tests people have used have ended up with a horizontal line ... not great.

@feelsnew I'm gutted it's an invalid one... my legs were like jelly at 3am waiting for the test to bloody develop 🤦🏽‍♀️ thank you for replying. FRERs seem to be the ones everyone goes for! Tomorrow morning then first thing! I cant even pon point my ovulation day all i know is that AF is due on the 3rd. So surely tomorrow should give me a good indication x

So stupid me went out and bought a rapid results test not the FRER anyway bfn on it but apparently the hgc level is 100mu? Wow anyone know if that's true?!
So going to go out again later and get another. That's at least £20 This month on tests!

I've done one but I can't see anything. Wish I'd have waited until tomorrow for FMU
