That must be difficult for you @Capricorn8990, sending hugs to you!! From Jan, they seem to be around 25/26 days, although I had a random 30 day thrown in there! What are yours like? Yes trying for first, how about you? I read somewhere that the boots tests aren't as sensitive as they used to be, so you are definitely still in with a chance :) xx

Think I'm out, have some typical af cramping and very very light brown spotting - won't be implantation bleed for me as this spotting has been regular for me the last few cycles. Quick question, for those who spot briefly before af, do you class that as first day of period? I never used to but I'm sure I've read somewhere that it should be...

@Sam8582 thanks so much. I honestly feel so supported through this group. Mine have been pretty regular between 29-30 days with a 5 day period which is nice. Yeah we are trying for our first too - I keep imagining how I'll tell our parents it's excites me! I am feeling more positive now with the spotting as I've never experienced that before, only when I had a UTI.

@feelsnew I'm glad to hear that you experienced it as I know not all women do. I just went to the loo again and the blood is brown.. not sure if that's very good!? I never spot this far before my period (4 days) xx

@Capricorn8990 implant bleeding can be pink, red, brown and even black. It depends how old the blood is xx

@SATCfan thank you for the detail, that's all really useful to know. A recommendation of low carb wouldn't go down well here either . Feeling a bit wobbly about the needles bit so good to know you found it relaxing.

Reckon I ovulated this afternoon, so going to jump "poor" DH one more time tonight then I'm into the TWW. Poor man did an ultra run yesterday but didn't have the heart to turn me down yesterday evening so he'll be pleased to have a break .

I started taking pregnacare conception tablets at the end of my last cycle and I think it’s kicked me into gear and regulated me! I believe I ovulated yesterday on CD16 so I’m now in the tww. After my last 3 cycles being 38-45 days long I’m so relieved. First confirmed ovulation since before my mc last year so I’m so happy. Now to make it through the wait without testing too early 🤞🏼

@mummytoolive mine is very light, almost non existent. Ahhh hope my body is not playing with me xx

@AlmostLondoner my best friend (3 kids) told me after I tested positive with Dc1 not to read too much into it.
Our line is “you’re already positive! That’s a positive so keep positive!”

Coming over from May thread!
Been a super busy month so have missed the new thread.
Currently on Cycle 7 TTC baby number 2.
Ovulated on June 14th (My Birthday✨) so really really hoping this will be my lucky month. DS1 was conceived in June and if I catch this month, my EDD would be on DS1’s birthday so I’m praying these are all signs🙈
I’m 13DPO, have been feeling quite fatigued over the last few days, and also very irritable😫
My boobs are noticeable tender today also, so I’m hoping so so hard that these aren’t just signs of AF on her way😔
I’m stopping myself from testing even though I’d probably get an accurate result now. I’m just going to wait and see if AF shows on Tuesday. Fingers crossed she doesn’t.

I was like you last night too and so thankful I posted on here to just get it off my chest before I test in the morning.

Special thanks @Nai86 for the late night supportive replies, they were so sweet and felt nice someone was listening as I was alone at home with my 3yo.

@WantStickyBean wow your man is a machine! Baby dust to you!! And everyone else of course.

The needles are nothing like needles they use for bloods etc.. I certainly am not bothered by them at all - hope you can cope okay with them too. Keep me posted on how appt goes x

@Sam8582 thank u! I missed your question re counting for period and I have personal experience. I used to have super heavy periods from Day 1 (a tampon every other hour) but after my pregnancy, I went on the copper coil and began having lighter periods which would start with very light spotting on day 1.5 before AF on day 2-3 and day 4-5 heavy period (we r talking 1 super tampon per 3hours). My period has and always been 9 days long.
Off the coil from Feb, I noticed I continued to have very light spotting on day 1-2 and my heavy day also shortened and lessened (which made me panic about my aging ovaries at almost 37 and ttc). The nurse who removed my coil said I should count it as start of my period. My cycle is then bang on 28 days monitored since March. Hope this helps!

We’re TTC baby #1 and currently 8 DPO. It’s taking everything not to test right now 😂 Ive been very bloated and absolutely exhausted so keeping hopeful!

Thank you! Hopefully I’ll make it to testing ha! Going to wait until Tuesday which is AF Day! If she hasn’t come by the afternoon I will test as usually comes first thing!
I’m just holding onto any hope I can so don’t want to test now and kill the dream🙈
