Sorry if you have said before but is your cycles usually longer? When do you normally ovulate ?
I'm starting my clearblue ones again next week hoping to get my surge as normal after my chemical 🤞

Decided that since I had a BFN this morning I'd go and get my second covid jab. I've been really in two minds about it, I didn't like the idea of having it in the TWW, or in the first half of my cycle in case it messed with ovulation. But hopefully having got it out the way this cycle next one won't be too disrupted. Silver linings and all that.

@Fiep have you tested again after your v short AF?

@Laurenxx94 I've got my period back after pregnancy only this January, right at the beginning but then inmid January I got very bad covid and it messed up my next cycle. It was quite late (47 days). Now it's around 33 days or so. My luteal phase is only around 9-10 though.

With my first I had Ovulation around day 19, but luteal phase was classic 14 days.

Now I've been trying to get my hormones back on track 🙏🤞

@WantStickyBean good luck with your vaccine! I had no side effects for the second dose at all, hope you’re the same!

I did test and it was negative :(

I got busy twice in last 24 hours and now it hurts to sit 😅😅😅

How weird @Fiep. I swear when TTC our bodies pull a load of extra stunts just to make us more stressed.

@AlmostLondoner can just imagine having to explain that to people - the OPKs made me do it!

God iv just met up with my most unmaternal friend, and she is pregnant, literally everyone around me is pregnant!! Of course I’m so happy for her, but each time someone else announces I think straight back to how many weeks I would be now!! I think I will be like this until it gets past the date I was due in October!!😔
@Twochews78 hope you have managed to get some rest, my opk come up with a high today, DH is of course at the pub watching the football, think I’ll start mentioning dtd tomorrow, so the exhausting week begins!!😂xx

@AlmostLondoner 😂😂😂 good for you fx for you ❤️❤️ this feels like the longest cycle ever I don't O to next weekend 😭 I only bled for 3 days after chemical but feels for ever!

@Willow1982 I get that feeling every day! Totally understand your pain. My 2 best friends are pregnant and I mean everybody around me 😭 I get so emotional even talking about it sometimes but then I just try stay positive and think it will be our time! Sending hugs xx

@Laurenxx94 I am sorry about the chemical, I kinda think I had one myself last month. Had several very faint lines and then period came. Long cycles are the worst aren't they? Fingers crossed for you too! 🤞🤞🤞

Oh @Willow1982 it can’t be easy for you, the want for a baby can be intense and you’ve experienced a loss too. I’m sorry you’re feeling so rubbish!

I’m grand, think my period is due Friday rather than Wednesday. Think my app is telling fibs 🤣 oh yes, the old Euro getting in the way of our baby making plans!! Nothing wrong with giving him a wee nudge! xx

I'm so confused! CD26 and AF's just arrived . I'm normally a regular 27 days, was surprised with a 26 day cycle last month but 25 days?!? Is an 11 day luteal period enough?

@WantStickyBean I think 11-14 is ok, 10 and less is alarming.

Hi guys I'm feeling a bit ... hmmmmmm. So... I started using my digital clear blue OPKs on CD8 and I had a flashy face last night. A flashy face this morning on CD9 and I've just got a static smiley face .... is this too soon to see a LH surge and hit peak fertility? I have been using 3 OPKs a day as I was paranoid about missing my surge... any helpers out there?

Hi @Laurenxx94uren this is my second cycle at TTC well... a more focused attempt at TTC. I used the boots ovulation tests first time round but I felt I didn't know what I was doing and that I couldn't trust them. However with the CB ones actually knowing I could use my first wee of the morning made me feel less anxious. This is only because I have to get up at 3am for work. This time round I tested at 3am... 10am... and then 7pm. Quite a quick turn around from high to peak fertility. A 24 hour turn around really I guess. My cycles are 28 days. So using the chart CB give you my AF started bang on time and I started testing on CD as advised... and today (CD 9) I've gone straight to a static smiley face so I'm already at peak fertility zx

@Laurenxx94 just did another with a boots OPK lol. A surge has definitely been detected as it has come out with a line as dark as the control line!

@spttc took your advice this time round and tested 3 times a day lol. I'm at my peak... I'll keep testing to see how long it lasts. Time to DTD

@Nai86 it's definitely not too soon, with my first baby, I used to peak around CD9 too and we got pregnant second month ttc so we were very blessed and lucky, I just wish it was that way for everyone else too ❤️

@KSmith94 thank you, just really early. I'm really hoping for good news. Didnt realise how nieve I was when I first started out on this journey thiught it was going to be easy. I totally get now how women can become obsessed with testing and generally the whole process x

@Nai86 I know exactly what you mean, back in school they make it sound like accidental pregnancy is so easy when in reality getting pregnant is much more difficult, sending baby dust your way xx
