thanks ernest, will give that a try to, it doesn't matter i'm using really old sticks does it?? Oh also today I ahd an on clal positive for OV but a clear blue neg??? (no idea what's goignt on) even thou test results were normal this cycle the dr is still going to refer me to the Gyno. (3 month waiting lists! - Great!)

36 laps munnzie - v. impressed would love to share the choccy but...

not sure what's going on with resetting your persona. did you put new batteries in? It says that you can use a used stick to reset it so I presume it wouldn't matter that you're using an old one. are you waiting for it to switch off? are you sure the stick is properly in place??? I'm sure you're doing all these things - just trying to think of something that might help! Sorry not to be more use but hope you get it sorted soon. How long have you got until AF?

hi rudy, i know, i was dead chuffed as well, (took all my restraint no to go to maccy d's!) lol.

i've done all of the things u suggested, am goign to try and clean the stick reader thign with teh water, then try again. They're fresh batteries in there but not duracel ones, I didn't htink that would make too much of a difference, I'm only on CD11, (i think OV day either today or tomorrow??) can ur OV date change each month by about 2-3 days as i'm sure it started out at 14, then again thou that was a 28 day cycle, now mine seems to be 26 days exactly. ooooooooooh forgot my angus catus.. can I take it after only a bowl of cherios..... don't see y not!

right then, i've cleaned it, now it's off so i'll put the stick in and switch it on....(it's clicked into place so I know it's ok) switchin on.....on... red lights... 3 and book symbol holding down m button holding......... holding....... for about a minute, and no change to the display... any ideas? is it faulty?

munnzie - this may be a stupid thing to try but it says turn it on and let it switch itself off. not sure why but it might be different if it turns itself off when it's been opened rather than is just off. Also are you holding down the M button before you hit the opening catch to turn it back on?

is just the red light flashing as all 3 shoudl flash when you get the 3 and the book symbol

only the red light that's on the test stick not the red light next to the green one

i'm leaving the lid open, (once it's switched it's self off then putting in the test stick, and then pressing the on switch once the red test stick light comes on and the display shows up), i press the m button as hard as i can without breaking it obviusly, and nothing. The M button must be ok as i managed to put it back to day 1 from the otehr lady's. will it still be working to her cycles even if I do the whole pee on the sticks or will it overwrite with my details?

the red, green and yellow lights should all flash

There's a helpline number to call 0845 608 6081 - they might be able to help and you don't need to tell them you bought it on ebay . (Just read apparently the line is open 7am - 3pm).

you don't need to wait for any lights to come on to turn it back on (I didn't). But make sure you are holding down the M button before you switch it back on.

You possibly could just use it over the other info but I don't know how long it would take before it would be your info only iykwim (and you don't want her getting pg do you !)

fingers crossed this time Jeddah. Jave just done the test kits, and on call was pos again and clear blue was neg, (CB had one line fainter as well) but on call's were exactly the same, how can that be two days on the trot? which test should i trust? have any of u guys used on call and got pg?

Morning girls, how is everyone today then?

Still no af for me, have got backache though! I'm sure it's totally unrelated but hurts loads and is taking my mind of the long wait!

Getting a bit twitchy now but trying desperately to hang onto to the sense of reality which tells me I'm not pg as my blood tests said I didn't ov this month and my cycles have been 40 days in the past, so still some way to go. Think I might have to tell myself I can test if I still haven't come on after that, seem sensible to you guys?

DP has a cold so it looks like it'll be "I'm dying and you don't care" for the next week for me!

Hi everyone! Nothing to add to all the persona conversations although I do know of someone who got pg twice using it ..............as a method of contraception!!! So if thats not the greatest advert for it I don't know what is!!!

Bibi20 - Come Dancing was great - my Saturday nights are now on hold I love it so much!! DD was dancing like a demon - fairly amusing seeing a 2.5 trying to do a paso doble!!! Dairmond finally went out although he did a better dance! Jill Halfpenny continued to be amazing and Denise Lewis carried on being sooooo competitive! Set your video next time!!!

Tania2 good news with you - sadly I tempted fate too much and DD was up half the night with one thing after another (new slippers which she wouldn't take off got tangled up in her blanket ..... baby books don't tell you that sort of broken nights do they???!) DH flying to Holland this morning so was up at crack of dawn and then cab tooted his horn and woke whole street up and DD at 5am!!! Grrrrrrr - feeling good today!! Coffee time???

Hello ladies!!! Very quiet here today...

Well I tested last night with Clearblue and I got a BFP straight away!!!

Feeling very nervous about it because of a few reasons - I had very bad AF cramping and lower back pain last night (but I also had this with both my other pgs). I also had a tiny bit of brown spotting last night. Also three of my closest friends are pg and ALL three have miscarried in the last week (at 6, 10 and 11 wks). The only people I have told are dh and you ladies.

Symptoms were: tingly, zingy bbs up until 7dpo, very bad AF cramping and lower back pain 7-8dpo, then nothing until 2 or 3 days ago when I kept on waking up at night feeling very, very hot and a bit sick...

Very quiet indeed but surely this will pick things up a bit!! CONGRATULATIONS MommyD!!! Great news - really pleased for you!!!

Fingers crossed all goes in the right direction!
