sarah how exciting! have you checked the instructions? do they say whether to throw the test away after 10 minutes?

I've never had an evaporation line on a PG test, only false positive on opks (and a LH line on a CBD which got my hopes up, but then you're not supposed to take them apart and stare at the lines that's why they're digital, of all people I 'digitalgirl' should know).

sarahnh · 09/11/2007 11:02

in the office so cannot check ditigalgirl!!! I have never had evaporations lines before either so I just don't know.. deep breath... i was a bit naughty yesterday and bought a lloyds test ( i know i wasn't suspose to test til today...) and that also came up with a very very very faint line... however again i cannot remember how long i left it for so that could have been an evaporation line too!!

Oh god i am being so thick this month!! Every month previous i have regliously checked and double checked each and very pg kit and this month i cannot seem to do it right at all!!

sarah's pregnant sarah pregnant You missed telling us about the Lloyds one! Very naughty. I think congratulations are in order maybe time to break out the CDdigitals?????? At least then if you do that one in the morning you don't need to stress about falling asleep after or mixing up evaporation lines hehehehe. When I do tests (OPK's) I don't drink anything for the last two hours of work and don't go to the loo either. Then I do my test when I get home. You need to hold your wee for about 2 - 4 hours. If you have already had 2 BFP's then there should be enough hormone to do a PM test

Isobella123 · 09/11/2007 11:17

if you're not pregnant I'll eat my tester stick (when I buy one!).

sarahnh · 09/11/2007 11:22

pixie and isobella, thank you for your words of encouragement i think i am too nervous to believe what you say cos until there is a definite and i mean definite line and i am reserving judgement!!! I remember an old thread which someone wished that when you got pg you got orange feet!!! i want orange feet!! hee hee

beaniesteve · 09/11/2007 13:15

two people have commented on the size of my breasts! Oh dearie... must test tonight or tomorrow!

pixie04 · 09/11/2007 13:29

Sarahnh. I am convinced you are pregnant cramping is acctually a pregnancy symptom. Your womb would be starting to swell a bit already which will be why your having painful cramps. My SIL got very painful cramps in the first 12 weeks which she felt very had to deal with they were that instense, but its your body getting ready to accomodate the baby, ligaments stretching ect.

pixie04 · 09/11/2007 13:33

Okay so Beanie is testing tomorrow, GG may have tested, sarah is testing again this arvo? Who else?

I could be anything from 12DPO to 7DPO as I don't know when I Ov'd but am thinking if no AF I may test Sunday is BFN I will test again next Sunday unless AF shows up. am CD31 now so this one could be another 35day cyles.

My only symptoms latley are constipation and tiredness Oh and one sore boob but that's normal pre AF.

ive got my fingers cross and my toes cross too!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

poppysocks · 09/11/2007 15:06

Can I rejoin? (I had some brief hope during my last 2WW on the old thread).

I've had a weird few weeks. AF last time started as normal (well I think so as it was my first since the coil came out). Just when I thought it was coming to an end it kept going. Spotting, and for a couple of days a bit more, for a fortnight.

Anyway, started off again on the TTC when things had sorted themselves out. Pretty certain I OV'd on 29th so well into the 2WW now.

Can't decide whether I am actually having symptoms or whether I'm imagining them. Here's the roll call: horrible headache for most of last week and this week - feels like it could turn into a migraine anytime. This is probably what's causing the on/off nausea and excessive tiredness.

With DD I had really sharp pains in my stomach when I was turning over in bed. Had that last week. Surely that was FAR too early though and I also had muscles in my stomach that needed to be loosened with DD. No longer...

DH woke me up the other night because I was so hot (someone, somewhere on here said that could be a sign). But that isn't massively unusual for me.

I think with all of those I could be looking for the symptoms. Here's where it gets interesting (well, to me anyway!). I'm salivating all the time. What's that all about? Is that a symptom?

On the flip side, the only early symptom I had at all with DD was sore (and lumpy feeling - tmi) boobs. No sign.

Sorry for the excessive post. Just wanted to say thanks to every one on this thread. I may not have posted for a while but I've learnt a lot from you all - esp. Digital Girl. A font of TTC knowledge!

Isobella123 · 09/11/2007 15:13

Poppysocks - I wouldn't worry about the boob thing.

Mine were excessively painfull with DS1 but not that bad second time around.

Probably beacause, like my stomach muscles, they had given up!.

biglips · 09/11/2007 15:44

hiya poppysock...

ive noticed on my knickers that ive got yellow CM....what does that mean pls?

HI cbcb - how old are your two (presumably they are twins). Are you not worried you may get another set!

A chill goes down my spine at the thought of 3!

poppysocks · 09/11/2007 16:33

Oh god. I'm getting worried now. My brother and sister are twins. Hope this salivation thing is general pg and not just for twins!

Isobella123 · 09/11/2007 16:36

You must have the twin gene poppysocks!

Surely two would be fab! (or perhaps not......thinking of double nappies, feeding, sicking, pooing, sterlizing, washing.....)
