ahem!
glastochick it's never too soon to chart temps! on the other hand it can be a pain remember to wake up at the same time everyday and take it, and not get up to go to the loo within 3 hours beforehand.
other ov-spotting tips:
cervical pursuit - this is where you check your cervix position, whether it's high/low, soft/hard, open/closed. it takes a whole cycle of checking before you can start to tell the difference between the different states. high, soft and open means you're fertile.
some women get ov-pain/cramps. once you start to notice them each cycle, you'll be able to tell the difference between ov cramps and AF cramps.
some women get sore nips or shooting pains in the boobs but not sore to touch.
some get horny (which is helpful)
some get irritable (which is not helpful)
you can also use opk's which detect the pre-ov surge in LH. however, if you have an irregular cycle, then these are actually a waste of money because you can get an LH surge but no egg.
Lesson over!
GG have fun at the Amy gig, I will be watching my sister sing at the Jazz Cafe instead. She used to model herself on Amy but has thankfully given up the booze and drugs in order to ensure her performance is on top-form. Lets hope Amy does the same.
Shame you can't make Friday. I'll shall sip a glass of vino in your honour (even though I MAY be on the 2ww, should know by then)
cbcb have a lovely time dunking tampons in mulled wine! (what did I do with my mince pie? sorry, stole GG's joke, i hope she's flattered)
